1 starA nightmare masked as a dream truck. We flew to ************** with excitement, hope, and every dollar we had saved to buy what we were told was a reliable 2019 Ram 2500 with ****** miles. It was supposed to be the cornerstone of a new businessour fresh start. Instead, its been a crushing blow.Within 24 hours of getting home, the truck threw 32 error codes. THIRTY TWO. Thats not bad luck. Thats deception. Our local RAM dealer cleared the codes once, only for every single one to come roaring back the next day. After pouring $1,700 into urgent repairs, it broke down again. And through all of this? Not a single word back from Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Sandy. No apology. No explanation. No support. Its hard to express how devastating it is to feel like youve been lied to and abandonedespecially when you trusted a certified Ram dealership to thoroughly inspect and vet their vehicles before listing for sale. This wasnt just a truck to us. This was our future and more than that, the future of our twin baby ******** knowingly sell a vehicle in this condition with an expensive warranty tacked onto the purchase price that covers none of the suspected issues is unconscionable. And to go silent afterward is inexcusable. We were left strandedfinancially and emotionally. If youre considering buying from this dealership, I beg you: dont make the same mistake we did.Review fromJosh C

1 starBeware beware beware. Avoid this service department at all costs. They are incompetent at the least and dangerous at the most. You must question if they provide what was requested and paid for. Simple example. I drive a ram 2500 diesel. The manufacturer recommends a specific FULL synthetic oil. I asked for and paid for full synthetic oil change. Got my truck and reviewed the invoice . Invoice states that "conventional oil" was used. This can be catastrophic due to the high sensitivity and lube requirements of a cummins diesel engine. I approach the service writer and he says "oh thats a typo, we only use full synthetic oil here." Obviously this answer did not satisfy me and i asked for further clarification and guarantee i got what i requested and paid for. He goes back to talk to the tech and comes back and says "they are confirming, i can text you and let you know, but rest assured its full synthetic oil." I leave and get a text message of a screen shot conversation with the texh and service writer. The tech confirms he installed Synthetic Blend NOT full synthetic. Now i forced to go back , take more time, to get the oil changed again with the correct oil. I highly recommend that you all take a few minutes to read the various yelp and ****** reviews about this service department. You will see that my experience is far from unique, rather these issues appear to be the norm. If you value your $50k+ investment, Avoid this place at all costs .Review fromGreg M

1 starI visited this dealership today to potentially test drive a *****. I met with salesman, ******. After test driving a car, I told ****** that the Jetta was not going to be the car for. However, I told him that I would like to see what they would pay me for my vehicle. When we got back inside the dealership, I handed ****** the keys to my car so that he could evaluate it. He then said that he will be back with some numbers on the Jetta. When I reiterated that I did not want the Jetta, ****** poured on a little hard sales tactic. I then told him to disregard evaluating my car and I asked him to give my keys back, while simultaneously reaching for the keys from his hand. ****** quickly moved backward and refused to give me my keys. He just said, "I got you. I got you". I was about to get loud and make a scene, but there were service customers nearby, so I just allowed him to go evaluate the car. He returned shortly and gave me and offer. He then handed me the keys, and I left the dealership. The fact that ****** refused to give me back my keys when I asked is very unethical, if not criminal. Please beware when visiting this dealership.Review fromRomulo G

1 starThis is regarding the service department. On June 3, 2025 I brought my RAV4 in because it was overheating and displaying a check engine light related to the coolant bypass valve. Later that day, I received a link to a multi-point inspection report stating that the radiator and cooling system passed, with no leaks detected.I called the service department for clarification and was informed that the bypass valve would be replaced at no charge, but that the battery needed replacement and other maintenance was needed. I verbally authorized all the suggested maintenance which added to around $450.00.That evening, I revisited the inspection link and noticed a newly uploaded quote in PDF format. This new quote now included recommendations for both a radiator and water pump replacement totaling $2,362.00. I spoke with the service tech once again and he explained that the valve was replaced and after test driving they found the cracked radiator. Since I urgently needed my vehicle, I agreed to the repairs. When I picked up the car, I questioned the service technician about the inspection report indicating the radiator passed the leak test. He was unable to explain how it passed initially, yet was later found to be cracked. He offered to show me the old radiator to verify the damage, but it had already been discarded by the scrap metal collector, just in few hours of the repair. I now suspect that the bypass valve was replaced first and the vehicle was then test driven, which caused it to overheat resulting in the radiator cracking. It doesn't make sense that the radiator passed a leak test, only to be deemed cracked shortly after. I was shown a video of the cracked radiator but this video was taken after the test drive. All the evidence that was shown to me indicates that the cracked radiator was caused while my car was there at the service department. I ended up paying over $1,000 for something that there service department may have caused.Review fromCorey S

1 starMy experience with Larry H Miller around June 1, 2024, was awful. I bought a Jeep Cherokee here, but issues piled up. During routine maintenance, they let my car roll into another, damaging it. I live an hour away, yet no calllearned of it after multiple trips (6 total). They gave me a rental, covered the cost, but charged $250 for insurance with no warning. I have receipts and emails proving this. Asked for a credit on the original fix; they refused, costing me 2 more trips and 10+ hrs driving. A service advisor admitted the crash but said to ignore it as a review hurts him. Also, my bulk oil change package (3 left) expired without a clear warning. Six trips, poor communication, and extra costs soured me. I wont return or buy **** again. Fix transparency and service!Review fromRichard F

1 starMy wife and I have purchased at least 5 vehicles from this dealership over the past 15 years or so. Unfortunately, our experience with them today will guarantee we will never buy another one from them. We purchased a 2012 Rav4 on Saturday, May 24, 2025. We test drove the vehicle for 10 minutes and noticed a slight smell, which was described as "old lady" by the salesman. We figured we could take care of it with cleaning and odor-cleansing spray. We drove the vehicle to an event that night, and the smell had intensified to terrible and sickening. The next morning, my son found some foam pieces in the front passenger area. Upon further review, he discovered mouse droppings (which can carry hantavirus) under the passenger seat. I called our salesman this morning, and he arranged for us to speak with a manager. We met the manager, *******, who listened to our story of the events and then proceeded to tell us that we shared some blame because we didn't realize at the time of purchase that there could have been a mouse living in the car. Needless to say, this didn't sit well with me, and I told him so. I believe the dealership not only knew this was a possible issue but also covered it up. They brag about doing a 160-point inspection of the vehicle, so I find it extremely hard to believe someone would not have noticed any signs of damage to the vehicle or a mouse infestation. Our manager was not at all helpful or apologetic and gave us limited options about what they would consider. He wanted us to pick out a similarly priced vehicle in the lot, and there were none. We were willing to leave the vehicle until someone could look at it on Tuesday, but they weren't willing to offer my son something to drive in the meantime. That ended our conversation, and I told them my credit was locked, so they would not be able to process the loan. We ended up cancelling the sale.Review fromThomas Marlin C

1 starBought a new truck at Larry H Miller in early March. The sales manager, ******* said he would beat anybodies price by $1000.I shopped around brought back the lowest price that I had found. We talked and agreed on a price. I even recorded our conversation and have him on tape agreeing to the total out the door price. I paid the price we agreed upon and took the truck. They delayed getting my paperwork to me for almost two months. When I finally got the paperwork, I went to the *** to register the truck. It was then that I discovered ******* hadnt included the excise tax on the vehicle as we had agreed. I was stuck coming up with an extra $1500.00 that I hadnt planned on. ******* had lied to my face. When I called him to address this issue, he actually laughed at me and told me it wasnt his problem. Then he just hung up on me. I would avoid the dealership at all cost. They cant be trusted to keep their word.Review fromMelissa M

1 starSister location replaced tires/did alignment - a wheel spacer was left off. A ball bearing failed. A front tire was dangerously loose. Sister location took 4 days to even assess the vehicle. Then told me they didn't have the part to fix the vehicle but would order it. Advisor "went to Mexico with his family". No communication was provided, had to call continuously to get answers. The part took even longer then expected to arrive, I had to beg for this information. It was not provided to me. I had to call both locations and yell and complain before I was heard at all. Vehicle was received by service department on 4/2, repair was complete on 4/18.
They finally said they would cover the cost of the ball bearing as well as the initial spacer.
Did not expect a repair to take nearly 3 weeks. Went out of the country on 4/14. They said they would hold onto the vehicle until I returned. Once I was communicated about the finished repair I informed LHM that I would be back on 4/24 to pick up the vehicle. Contacted LHM the morning of 4/24 to request a ride (a service they provide) to them pick up my vehicle. Was told I need an advisor to sign off on sending a Lyft. Waited over an hour. Called again and was told "advisor is still checking in clients" it could be an hour before they get to me. Called again to express how inappropriate this was and was dismissed and placed on hold by someone that was unwilling and unable to help. Called sister location and expressed frustrations. Finally received a Lyft ride to pick up MY VEHICLE that was basically held hostage for an undisclosed amount of time for repairs that were needed because 1 location messed up a tire change and alignment while another could not care to communicate anything at all to me. They acted as if I was bothering them asking for information, timelines, and status updates.
The missing spacer and failed ball bearing could have killed me or someone else. Disappointment is an understatement. Disgusting service.Review fromRobert L

1 starWanted an oil change on my 2004 Dodge ram diesel. It takes 12 quarts and I wanted ***** 1 synthetic. I can buy a gallon of my preferred oil for $35 at a parts store. They were going to charge $18 a quart for a total of $305 for the oil change! I know they get their oil delivered from parts stores I'm sure at a dealer discount. Looks like they markup the oil 100 percent for their customers. I bought the oil myself and went to ********** and saved over $100. I am grateful the service department called and warned me about the cost before I got there. I can't imagine the cost for an actual repair. There are so many quality repair shops out there. I will never use them again.Review fromDebbee S

1 starI'd leave ZERO stars if I could My car went into the dealership in January 2023 to have the turbos replaced, which were covered under warranty. No other issues at the time. After they were replaced I was told that the engine was knocking and would need to be replaced. I was told it was covered under the warranty, and that it had been ordered but would be a couple months to come in. Over the next 18 months I was continually told and reassured by the dealership that the engine was ordered and on it's way and was reassured over and over that it was under warranty. August of 2024 a new General Manager took over (***** *******) and he decided that it was no longer covered under warranty. My vehicle booked at over $20,000 when I brought it in, it is now worth nothing. They offered me $4000 or I could pay $6000 to pay for part of the new engine. In the 18 months it sat in their lot the dash is now destroyed, the windshield is broken, the new battery is dead the year old tires are warped, the air-ride suspension has gone out. It's destroyed. There are engine parts sitting in the back. It's destroyed.
