      There's a woman that I'm exes with named ****** ********************************* 11/12/1997 11/11/1197 she was a phlebotomist at **************** Clinic ******************************************************************************** she disclosed very very personal medical information about me and another woman who lost her baby breaking multiple HIPPA violations. I'm a patient mentally and physically of Intermountain Healthcare and is very inappropriate to bully someone after getting fired and making funny of people that are bipolar. I'm a suicide attempt survivor from *****************************, but intermountain healthcare saved my life off highway attempt and also fixed my thumb to go pro in video games and body build. Thankyou so much for mending the damage my ex did working for your company.

      During my elderly mothers 10 day stay she had 2 in-hospital falls and multiple violations of patient rights at IMHC ******. I have filed with multiple federal / state agencies who substantiated my claims. Additionally I appealed their original internal "investigation" to the my mothers falls and it was over turned. Nurse managers made up hospital and insurance policies / coverage to intimidate my parents - the care was so bad the managing doctor relocated my mother to another floor. In addition to posting on all available channels, you may want to file with the ***************** ****** for ******** and **** ********** of ****** and ***** services. The filing was very easy and the substantiated claims at least it becomes part of the accreditation record. I have yet to find a way for the hospital to actually be accountable to the patient for such violations to patient rights.

      Disgrace I do not comprehend how ******** doesnt close them down they are they worst ran business in creation with impotent doctors. I am leaving my HMO THANKS TO THE TAKEOVER!

      Really BAD!! The doctors and people that work for them were great, BUT once they "supposedly" billed my insurance that is when the issues began. Their billing department is a JOKE! I am still dealing with issues from them for 12/31/2022 (it is now September 2023). They are still sending me bills from having my son (that have not been ran through insurance. When I tell them this they "send it back to be re-billed" but it just shows back up without going through insurance a few weeks later. I finally had to call my insurance company so that they could call Intermountain and figure it out. Funny that once I did that the bills magically went away. I would rather go anywhere else then deal with this for 9 months! Waste of time.

      I want to report harassment against the man who works as a valet, first he called me funny because English is my second language, and then when I ignored it and took it as a compliment, he threw the car keys at me because I asked him to move the car to the entrance for patients coming out of surgery. We are talking about an elderly gentleman with a certain disapi and this happened on 9/7/2023. I hope that someone will do something about his behavior! Thank you!

      08/03/2023 This was my first visit to this clinic. The nurse took me to the scale to weight me. I then asked how much do I weigh. Her reply 167. I then said I don't weight 167. She then said well that's what the scales said. I said look at me, my weight is 120 or less not 167. The nurse finally said she would go back to the scale and recheck it. She came back and said my weight was 116.3.The doctor and I discussed my reason for being there. I need a referral for an E.N.T. because of Balance problems and refills.When the nurse came in she said that I need a blood Test and urine test ASAP but the doctor NEVER mentioned any test during our meeting. Never received an E.N.T. referral, I canceled the blood test appointment and my appointment for March ****. Buyer be ware!

      Earlier this year, in early March, I believe, my PCP wanted me to get xrays, as part of my application for FMLA at work...to justify it. I didn't want the xrays, but it was necessary. IHC was closest. The first problem was they refused to accept my CareCredit card for payment. We're poor, and I can't afford health insurance. There's supposed to be charity programs in place for those with no insurance (but apparently that no longer applies to U.S. citizens, only illegal aliens. We wouldn't receive the same in THEIR countries). I applied for financial assistance and sent ALL required info. I received a letter that it was denied because my income exceeds IHC's assistance guidelines. What a load of BS! I called and emailed and was totally ignored. No one there CARES that I actually CAN'T pay a $1000 xray bull. They only care that it doesn't meet IHC guidelines, which obviously need to change!!! I can't AFFORD health insurance, which would pay for the xrays, and without insurance, I can't afford to pay the bill. I'm the only one who can determine my true ability to pay. I don't have the ability to pay a $1000 xray bill on my own. We're a household of FIVE, with ONE income....around $50,000/year. The other bills have to get paid, and we have to get fed. We can't even afford the 2nd car we so desperately need. Nevertheless, IHC is forcing me to pay $1000 for xrays I didn't even want. I. AM. PISSED!!!! And I've already let them know that. Not happy at all. This is causing us extreme financial hardship. This needs to go on file, officially, so they'll know they're in the wrong. They also need to start CARING about people, and our inability to pay medical bills no matter WHAT IHC's GUIDELINES say. Put that in the report, please..thank you. I sent this to BBB. *** wrote back, STILL claiming they did nothing wrong. I'm writing this because BBB closed it as resolved. It's NOT. And they didn't file the official report I requested here. ALL need to know IHC folk are jerks.

      Horrible! They are UPCODERS- straight-up fraud. I went in for an annual "free" ******** annual exam which lasted fifteen minutes. They charged $865.00 - no labs, no special health issues, nothing, there wasn't enough time. ******** paid for $439.00 for that scam, and I am on the hook with Intermountain ******* for $426. Why? because I asked if the doctor thought I may have a bladder infection. Huge mistake! That question cost me $426.00, Not the treatment JUST THE QUESTION. Result: talking about a possible bladder infection is an "additional" service, so my so-called free annual exam morphed from the ******** annual exam to a $426 physical exam, without any exam. This means ******** doesn't pay for it. It's an add-on. ANYWHERE BUT INTERMOUNTAIN FOR HEALTH CARE!!!! I am so sorry SCL merged with this despicable company.. SCL was great! St. ********* was great. Intermountain? - Dishonest Greedy ****.....ds. Do I have to even give them a one?

      They cannot retain providers in *************** and the ones they do retain are subpar at best. I'm a diabetic who has gone a year without being able to get to an appt because the providers leave before the appt comes up and I've been several months without medication. Finally switched out of their system and got both an appt and medication on the same day. Goodbye forever.

      HORRIBLE place! I will never go to any Intermountain Healthcare hospital again! My husband had a preventative procedure done which is 100% covered by insurance. I called our insurance before to confirm, I confirmed with the receptionist and, even the doctor. Well wouldn't you know it a week later I get a 3K bill. I have called and talked to the "patient advocates" and they tell me the billing code on their end is incorrect and it's my responsibility to get it corrected. How on earth am I responsible to correct their error?? I have spoken to the Dr to make sure his codes were correct and indeed they are so it's the billing code in the billing department. Somehow I'm responsible to change the billing code. It's now been 4 months and I'm still fighting with them to get this straightened out. They DO NOT CARE about you all they care about is scamming you out of your money! Disgusting place!!
