    ** Coplaint Statement**I am disputing an invalid account reported by Creditor/collection angency name/ name on my credit report. this account inaccurate.unverified, and violates the fair credit reporting act (****). Since It does not meet the legal standard reporting, i request its immediate removal. if the furnisher cannot provide proper validation, it must deleted per federal law.

    I am not liable for this debt with ALDOUS. I do not have a contract with (Collection Company). This account was opened without my authorization and constitutes fraudulent activity. The company has failed to provide any signed agreement or documentation proving that I consented to the opening of this account. Without a valid, legally binding contract bearing my signature, there is no legitimate basis for this account to exist under my name. Therefore, I dispute its validity and request its immediate removal from my records.
