    ******************************************* of ************, file number reference number *******, is trying to collect on a gym membership in the amount of $166.95. The membership was month to month. I changed my banking information which disallowed the gym club " Fitness 19" to be unable to bill me for the following month which I have not attended the club since January 2022, when I changed my banking information. Reiterating the membership was set up as a month-to-month pay-as-you-go, termination for nonpayment at any time.

    Have placed in collections of "gym membership" without notifying me that I owed a gym have been to the gym twice completely forgot that I even had a membership there......and owe 300$ apparently.

    HELLO , THERE ARE SEVERAL BLINK MEMBERSHIPS OPENED UNDER MY NAME SOME EVEN STATING THAT ITS BEING USED IN A LOCATION FAR AWAY FROM MY RESIDENCE OR ***. I TRIED CONTACTING BLINK THEY HAVE BEEN UNSUCESSFUL WITH EVER GETTING BACK. I HAVE WENT TO THE *** MANY TIMES WITH NO RESOLUTION. I CALL ALDOUS AFTER GETTING A NOTICE STATING IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES BASED ON PAYMENT OR FINDINGS THEY WILL ASSIST OR JUST TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON, I CALLED BASED ON THIS EMAIL AND HAVE BEEN HUNG UP ON INFACT TOLD AFTER RELAYING THE LETTER SENT I AM TOLD DIRECTLY BY CUSTOMER SERVICE " SO ARE YOU READY TO PAY" WHY DOES YOUR LETTER INFER IF THERE ARE ANY FISCAL MISHAPS TO CALL THE FIRM?     I am rejecting this response because:
    I reached out aldous and associates and spoke to a representative named *************** stating that the 306 charge was a duplicate. It was  associated with the two accounts that were in collections. As a result ended up merging the two accounts in collections making it seem like a separate account. This resulted in making it seem like I had three accounts,  when the accounts owed are two which I paid one already leaving ONE account to be paid at ******.

    I have a collection on my credit report from Aldous & Associates, PLLC for a $195 Blink Fitness gym membership. I was gifted a gym membership for a year, but the responsibility to pay was never on me, but the person that gifted me the subscription. During Covid Lockdown, somewhere within that time frame this bill got attached to me, probably a result of default payment from the person that kept those payments going the entire time I went to the gym.I'm sure there is a payment history that proves someone else were responsible for those payments, and never myself, and there was never any agreement for me to take on this responsibility. Never! So how and why is this on my credit report? It shouldn't be, because I have no payment history with Blink Fitness. I am demanding Aldous & Associates, PLLC to remove this collection from my credit report immediately. This is illegal for Blink Fitness or Aldous & Associates, PLLC to try to collect an unpaid debt from me because the person responsible defaulted through no fault of my own. I was gifted this gym membership and the payment history will prove it.I want ******************************************* to present any proof of any credit card, debit card, or other payment method attached to me in their Blink Fitness report, which is an impossibility, because it doesn't exist, or remove this collection from my credit report and remove my name from their files.

    received a notice that I have a collection from ALDOUS on my credit report. It says it was opened on 04/27/2021for $0.00 with account number starting in ********** that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer according to the **** and FDCPA.I would like for this collection to be removed asap or I will file a CFPB and FTC report.

That's messing my Character & name up as a person.They are in violation & told me 30 days when I had fraud. A identity theft with police report I had attatched as well, they are in major violation.
