    The debt collector didnt respond to my dispute letter within five days. I have not received written verification of the debt prior to my call (they lied and said they did), I have never received a copy of any contract or agreement that shows I agreed to pay the debt, or a statement that the debt is within the statute of limitations and can be legally enforced.

    Made an attempt to pay a debt I had no previous notice of solely to make it go away. After 2 different people tried charging my card 1 dollar 8 separate times it froze my bank accounts. After giving them my information 10 different times the woman on the phone told me it isn't her problem and she doesn't care about my payment or credit. I called back and spoke to another person who again charged my card 1 dollar 8 separate times and still no resolution. Never pay a debt from these "people".

    This company reach out to me regarding a fitness 19 collection. I informed them that i had requested Fitness 19 to close the account via email and that i have the supporting email to prove it. and that i would be happy to send it to them if they can provide and email address. the lady said they only accept mail to resolve these issues so i have to send it to their P.O.Box and that they will continue to put the collection on my account unless i pay them. They are making it difficult for consumers to resolve issues with them by threatening to place the item on your credit report. If Fitness 19 requested an email why cant they accept an email. Who mails stuff anyway. What kind of company dont have an email. They are hurting consumers by making it difficult for you to communicate with them. I have asked them to cease and desist from contacting me in the future. They are scammers.

    Just got an email from this company. Not sure who they are, but they are saying I owe money to a gym I haven't been to in 6 years.

    ********** Closed at my location and only gave a couple of days notice. I tried to close my account but they kept pushing me into another Gym that was too far for me to drive. I never signed any document that I agreed to move to another gym and my membership was tied to this gym only. I still had to pay dues to a gym that was closed. It wasn't worth ruining my credit so I paid it. This collection agency works for numerous health clubs.

    Unprofessional behavior So I owed $134 to Blink fitness gym and yes I was sent to collections for $134 moving on. I was told by Blink fitness my account would be closed since it was Covid and we werent allowed to go to the gym, but that wasnt the case. They kept my account open and then sent me to collections for not paying the bill, so I finally called this company made a full payment and was told I would get a receipt by email and proof that it was closed over a week waiting. I never received an email never received proof of full payment made by me and I called to speak to customer service as of right now and once I explain to him that I made the full payment and havent gotten a receipt in the middle of him , ready to ask a question the phone just clicked on me now I called back and no ones available to take my call unprofessional you guys want business and want these payments made yet you guys are looking totally fraudulent and unprofessional to me so now Ill be disputing this with all three credit bureaus because I have proof of my payment through my checking account and will dispute this immediately the unprofessional behavior and being hung up on my go to training if you dont know how to answer the phone correctly and speak professional

    FIRST, I THOUGHT IT WAS A SCAM, THEN THEY REPORT ON MY TRANSUNION. I DID NOT EVEN KNOW HOW I ACQUIRED THIS COLLECTION ACCOUNT. I AM GOING TO PERSUE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST.

    This collection agency represents club4fitness which has ignored any and all attempts to cancel membership including but not limited to, complaints to the ****** This collection agency has now falsely and aggressively attempted to collect a false and non debt using the credit bureau. There is no promissory between this agency and myself. These guys will face litigation for erroneous claims against me.

    I PAID MY CONTRACT IN FULL -- ALDOUS WILL NOT INFORM YOUFIT TO RMOVE ME FROM COLLECTIONS -- YOU FIT AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED THE MEMBERSHIP AND WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO CANCEL UNTIL ALDOUS REMOVES ME FROM COLLECTIONS -- HORRIBLE PEOPLE CAUSING ME MORE FEES!!!

    This company is extremely unprofessional, I called 100% willing to pay a $142 dollar debt. I gave a man named ** my CC INFO and requested that he confirmed the collections would be removed from my credit report BEFORE he charged my card 3 times only to have him cut me all 3 of times and mid way through the third time he says your card has been charged successfully. I never gave permission to charge my card. He hung up on me after asking to speak to his supervisor. I pay my debts when I am in the wrong, but this company is just extremely unprofessional.
