    The nastiest spirited people I have ever contacted. According to manager ***, which Im sure is *****, she claims She is not in the business of customer service . Not only did she make that disgusting comment to me as a client but insisted that its nothing she would do or suggest and basically told me that its all my fault any of this happened. Then she tried to hang up on me twice, belittled me by calling me hunny with a disgusting attitude. When I asked for her name, she only gave me a nickname and refused to tell me her full name. As you can see this isnt the first time this company has gotten a bad report for POOR customer service and its so sad that SUPERVISORS brag about not being in the customer service business. I would never recommend any facility that uses this firm, completely disgusting . Honestly the conversation was one sentence away from her being vulgar. Completely ruthless and disgusting approach.

    Wish I could leave a 0 star rating, I have told them numerous times that my phone number has nothing to do with my daughter, but they continue to call me. They are rude and unprofessional, as I was explaining to them it is illegal for them to contact me for debt collections tied to my daughter they hung up on me.

    There customer service is horrible they just hang up on you, then you call back and get put on hold and they never come back to the line. Very unprofessional and ride people.

    Horrible customer service, won't explain who or why they placed a collection on the account and just want me to pay them for a gym membership which I have no links with.

    So rude! I tried to explain to them that I never signed a contract with the gym & told them to cancel my membership several times & all they said was so are you paying with Mastercard or ***** They did not even listen. Horrible customer service!!!

    Gym balance of $18, even though I canceled a month early! And it somehow went up to over two hundred dollars within a few months. Spoke to just move on what collections could do the ease the fees since it was literally a family emergency and collections didnt care what the gym who sent me to them said!
