    Ordered a lighting product from Lights and Home on October 22, 2022 totaling $770.40, my credit card was charged immediately . Prior to ordering the product I read on the site that the product would ship by 11/4/2022. When the product had not shipped, I emailed the customer service e-mail address provided on the website on 11/6/2022. I had approximately 7 e-mail exchanges with 'Christina' from 'member experience'. She indicated the product would ship on 11/11, after speaking to management. I never received a tracking confirmation. I indicated I wanted to cancel the order and have yet to hear back from the customer support e-mail. I attempted to call the number associated with this business on BBB and no one answered.

    We ordered solar lights for the outside of our home on 10/17/22. On 10/18/22 we got a order confirmation but that was it. When we didn’t receive anything I called the number listed and it went to voicemail. I received a email stating they had a warehouse issue but it had been resolved and our order would be shipped. After several more phone calls I finally spoke to someone but once again they lied, told me they would be shipped on Monday and we would receive them by 11/3/22. Needless to say we haven’t received any updates and once again all phone calls go to voicemail. Something needs to be done about this company advertising and taking peoples money and getting by with it.

    I tried to contact the company for a replacement. I’ve been in email messages since last week. The person said to give them a few business days to have the “ tech” department contact me for replacement. It’s been almost a week and I have heard NOTHING. Also now my emails are not getting responded to. And they BLOCKED me on social media I just want to say that I want my replacement that I deserve to get under your 1 year warranty. I’ve sent video via email that was asked of me showing the light DOES NOT WORK. Customer service is non existent at best! I wish this company ACTUALLY cared about its product and customers. Bought my light in May/June 2022. So much for their 1 year warranty.

    Emailed Company on Oct 8, 2022 for the status of my order.
    Recevied email from Company with a tracking number and promise of shipment.
    Sent email to the Company on Oct 12, 2022 that the Tracking showed that the order still had not shipped. No response to email.
    Sent email to the Company on Oct 17, 2022, that the Tracking still showed it had not shipped. No Response to email.
    Sent email to the Compnay on Oct 23, 2022 that the Tracking still showed it had not shipped. No Response.
    Tried calling the Company on Oct 25, 2022 at ###-###-####, no answer.
    Tried calling the Company again on Oct 26, 2022, no answer, left a message that I need a call back today.
    Sent email on Oct 26, 2022 that I need someone to call me today.
    Oct 26, 2022 Tried calling the Company at ###-###-####, the phone number that the BBB has, and it does not seem to work.
    I need these items and I want them shipped ASAP!

    I ordered two lights on 10-4-22 and did not get a shipping update until I called on 10-8-22. They sent were they printed a label to be shipped and that's the last I've heard anything. They will not return emails or answer the phone when you call. It goes to a voice mail box then hangs up. After they took the payment nothing else has been done.

    Ordered product around 10/4/22 never received a tracking number. Called they told me they were having issues with the warehouse and would email the tracking number never heard back. Now they will not answer the phone and the one time they did as soon as I said I want to check the status of my order they hung up on me. Sounds like they are doing this to a lot of people see lots of the same complaints.

    I paid for a light package of 2 75w solar street lights. Part number on box RS 7075 There was a long delay in shipping the order I was told on phone was due to warehouse issues. The order finally arrived around Sept 25, 2022. Tracking was create on Sept 2, 2022, weeks before the order shipped around the 19th. The order was missing 1 of the lights. I sent pictures, emails and called. I disputed the charge for the 1 light, $92.38 . They submitted documents to revere the payment back to them. Homeandlighting.co is their website for orders. Calls are being ignored now and hung up. Emails are being ignored also.

    This is the parent company of Home and Lighting. On 9/4/2020 I ordered 6 led lights, *******. One of the lights is defective. I've been trying to get credit for the faulty led solar light. However, after 3 voice mail messages and 3 emails requesting credit/call back. No response, ignored.

    Purchased a Solar powered light (ORDER HL#******) for $47.46 in August. It was a no show and they answered my email saying it would be sent soon. It did arrive one week ago and there is a small puncture in the solar panel. I've emailed them many times with no response. (6-7 at least) I've messaged them on Facebook and they say email them. When I tell them they are ignoring them they then ignore me on Facebook. I've called the number for the business 6-8 times and you can never leave a message and no one ever answers. I did send them a picture in the first or second email on this issue. No response on any of them at all. Reference the exchange mentioned. Only if they pay for all shipping fees back and charge no re-stocking fees. The shipping fees must be covered on a return label then send me for UPS, Fed Ex or USPS.
