    This is a totally SCAM company. Beware! The negative reviews reflect exactly what I experienced. Seems to be a script they follow. All the glowing reviews they post are extorted from desperate customers just trying to get something back. They tried that tactic with me also. I have sent voluminous information to my credit card company, in protesting this charge. Please do not take this from them, contact credit card company with full details. Expect harassing phone calls from as we have all experienced.************

    I purchased a 60 watt solar street light. The second morning was very dim so I order another, which was 140 watt light. It was no better than the 60 watt light. So I sent them both back for a refund. Several messages and time spent, even phone calls. Which they completely ignored me. Now I am blocked from messaging. Now they have both their lights back and my $250. These people need to be locked up.

    This company is a total scam. I glad I got my money back from PayPal because I put in the complaint early Lesson learned- never buy ANYTHING from a social media site like Facebook or Instagram.Stay away from Marnetic

    Didnt deliver product and refuses to talk to you or resend product. I had to make a dispute with credit card compay to try and get money back.

    I ordered an outdoor solar light for above my door and they sent me an adress sign light instead, I have emailed them multiple times. They told me it's in review! What is there to review? I ordered a light and they sent me some cheap sign that I didn't order instead. It's been 7 days and no resolve. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!

    I ordered 2 different lights from them, the first one arrived broken and the second one they sent me was the wrong one. I was also overcharged, it was suppose to be a black friday special. I did the one overcharge refunded. I have been calling and emailing for 2 weeks without a response. I am out over 200 dollars. This company needs to be accountable for how they are ripping people off. They also wanted a video showing how great their product is, how can I do this when the product is broke.
