November 26, 2022 I purchase ligths from home and lighting, order ******.
December 4, 2022 I send my first email and made a first call about it
December 9, 2022 I send another email and another call, which never was answered, replied or called back and so on..........
Finally, January 6, 2023 was able to chat with somebody, who told me they can do 20% discount on my next light since it passed 30 days after delivery, I explain that I was trying to get hold of them earlier and sent 6 emails and 4 calls(voice messages), she stopped to reply
then , I called January 6, 2023 and was able to talk to Patrick, who said he will work with me on this
January 11, 2023 Patrick came back and told me I have to pay for shipping to get replacement light.

Purchased a light from this company. The photos on the website and email provided implied it would be a complete item of light, pole, and mounting bracket. When item arrived, it was only the light. I tried contacting and emailing the company 4 times with no luck. I finally was able to contact them and was disconnected. I called back and stated that the item was not as advertised with the pole and bracket. I stated the picture showed a pole and it implied it was included. He said it was just a picture. I stated that it states nowhere that the pole and bracket were sold separately. He then hung up on me. I called back to tell them I wanted to return the item. He stated I had to pay shipping and restocking fees of $30. I am now filing a complaint for False Advertisement. The item was the 7500 lumen/75 watt solar light. Upon further investigation, others have said to stay away from this company. I paid a total of $107.95 and would like the company to provide a full refund and to provide in their product description that the pole and bracket are sold separately.Initial Complaint

I ordered a solar light (140W Solar Street Light 14000) which the company claims is as bright as a street light. I paid $161.45 after a 5% discount. This light is nowhere as bright as a street light. Its light is just like a regular bulb. This is false advertising. I called, emailed and chatted with someone from the company and was told that their return policy include charging $30-$150 as a penalty fee plus warehouse fees and shipping fees. This is just unreasonable. They’re telling me that I’m returning this item because I don’t like it. I told them that I’m returning this item not because I don’t like it but because they falsely advertised it. I just want my money back because “their product is not as advertised”. I ordered solar lights on July 5 2023 and paid $873.72 for them. On July 8 2023 I received an email from the company stating that Fex Ex had put a delivery exception on the order. I called the company and was told they would look into it. After hearing nothing for months, I started to try to find out what was going on. I was accused of scamming the company because I had received the order. As of this date I have not received the order. The order # is *****. I have asked for a refund but have gotten no reply to either phone calls or emails. On December 15 2023 I contacted Fed Ex about the order. I was told the box is still at the Olive Branch Mississippi Fed Ex Facility. The reason it wasn't never delivered is because the box is empty. This was determined after x-raying it. The Associate told me I could do nothing about it because I was not the shipper. She told me what to tell the company which I did in both a phone call as well as an email. I requested a full refund as they have had my money 51/2 months and I still do not have anything. I have replaced the missing lights so I just want a full refund. They have yet to contact me at all since July 8th when I calked to ck on the order. Probably 10 or more phone calls and at least that many emails have been attempted. This is all on them and I should not have to pay $873.72 for an empty box. I am glad it was not delivered because I could have never proven that it was empty. It seems like to me they were the ones trying to scam me. I have ordered mu.tiple times from them with no issues. I just want my money back. Fed Ex tracking # is ************.Initial Complaint

I ordered a solar 8000 linens light from this company November 29, waited for a Black Friday type sale as these lights are VERY expansive for what they are. Still paid over $100 The light showed up yesterday December 17. I unpacked. Mode button on light is broken. Did not come with the mounting hardware. I messaged the company online and brought this up. They said they only advertise what’s included in the pages notes and don’t advertise what’s not included. I commented that the listing shows the hardware and I was told I have to buy it separately. I informed them that they advertise on their social media and the website the mounting hardware. Nowhere does it say it must be bought separately. I want the mounting hardware that I thought was included and a partial refund for a light that partially works. Also, I took apart the light to try and fix the mode button with no success and it appears all the parts OR the entire unit is shipped in from overseas and this company advertises being AMERICAN BASED…. I had order this light and when i recieved it it says charge it for two days before using it so i did and then it stop working so i contact the company by e-mail and facebook and they told me to try these step to turn it off and let it charge for 4 days to reset it so i did and i still have the same problem it only last for 5 hours at the most so i tired to get ahold of them and no responds they don't answer there phone calls or by e-mail then i got ahold of someone and they ask me to send two pictures and videos so i didn't and they don't want to do anything about it so i try to get ahold of them again and no responds from them. On there web site it says 1: These LED Solar Lights can also get charged with ice/snow in the solar panel. 2: These solar street lights built by Home and Lighting with stay ON at full brightness all night long. Our solar powered outdoor lights DO last ON all night Long. 3:These Solar lights last up 14 hours during the night with only 2 hours of direct sunlight on the solar panel. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS. This is a completely scam organization. This company is guilty of false and misleading ads ... they state lights will last all night long but fail to mention if its cloudy they don't 2 hrs is all I got after a week of testingInitial Complaint

Unfortunately I purchased a product from this company. Shortly after, they started sending non-stop unsolicited emails and texts. I've asked to unsubscribe to every one, but they continue to send the spam and refuse to remove my info from their system. They are in violation of multiple FCC rules. On December 14th, 2022, I emailed Home and lighting regarding an order I had purchased from them in March of the same year. I wrote: I purchased 4 80W 8000 lumen solar lights from your company on 3/7/2022. Order #*******. Three of the lights will no longer illuminate. We have removed the lights, powered them off and allowed them to charge in direct sunlight for 3 days and they still will not operate. I have left a message at the ###-###-#### and have not received a call back. When I attempt to call this number now, it says you're not accepting calls from my area. Extension 11 for your "waiting line" no longer works, telling me extension is invalid after I JUST spoke with someone at that extension who conveniently told me the lights are not warrantable as per your terms and conditions. What kind of business are you operating???! These lights should be under warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase according to your site and I would like someone to contact me ASAP to get replacements handled.
I received one response from the same gentleman I spoke with. I attached the screen shots of those emails. I also attached photos of their website depicting their 1 year warranty and replacement policy, which the company with not honor.Initial Complaint

I received an order from Home Lighting on 11/29. It was 8 solar street lights with mounting brackets. I took them out of box and let them charge two days before mounting them. After I mounted them and tried to turn them on, I realized the remotes do not match the picture or instructions sent with the light. As to date, I cannot get any of them to turn on. I have emailed and called Home Lighting many times and no one has answered or will return a call or email. I just want to know what to do to get them working or get my money back. I see that there are numerous complaints against them. It is obvious that the company does not even have a customer service department or office for that matter. What they are doing is false advertising at the least. Can you help me? ******* *****
