    This coming is a complete fraud! They stole my money and I never received the product I ordered.. Dont be taking advantage of STAY AWAY!!! Only reason for the one star it would not allow me to post until I chose something.

    This company is an absolute scam selling sub standard lights. They are not made in the USA and are very deceptive. They will reply back for the sake of replying back but if there is a problem requiring a resolution they will ignore you (I was charged double for duty fees because they requested the item be shipped back at the border and I was left with a second invoice from FedEx). I received the light with a cracked lens. And I would have been required to pay all the shipping and associated fees for their mistake. Avoid this company by all means.

    This is a trash company and if you live in ******, PLEASE PLEASE don't order from these crooks. They cheat by saying free delivery and after you got the item, ***** will send a bill for custom duty for the 1/2 of the purchase price. When you contact them, no reply. ***** will sidestep saying that these is not a delivery charge but customs duty. Whatever name you wad to call it. Free delivery means free.

    This company is a joke and a big SCAM. They are not *** as stated. They are Chinese junk, poor plastic and workmanship. I ordered and after I sent my order in, then was told the brackets to install was another $40! Their advertising shows it all with the brackets, but they ARE NOT included. Deception big timecustomer service is clever and slick. If I wanted a refund, they gave me the option of doing a 45 second video touting how good their product was and then they would send free brackets. Im not gonna prostitute myself for a bracket!!! This is such a communistic tactic. ***************** just 3 hrs after I ordered, was so evasive with answers to my questions and demands, I knew right then what I was dealing with. How is this company still operating in this country? Those different customers you see in their ads were perhaps pushed to do a fake video to get their refund. I noticed every time I saw their ad on ********* it was different faces showing how satisfied they were with the product. Agree with others that their FB does not allow any negativity, only fake people who say how theyve ordered multiples and love these lights.I was assured my 3 hour old order would be refunded after 15 mins of communication and many demands. Time will tell. I plan to report this company to the ************************ for deceptive business practices. A family member is a high up attorney in this Commission.AVOID this company all costs!!!!

    **************** *****. Emails and phone calls back and forth. Over all I ordered 5 lights at 2 different transactions. The first shipment arrived in a timely manner and lights survived shipping. I than ordered 3 more lights and 2 lights were broke. I just want them replaced. I was offered 10% off my total bill or I could purchase new lights for 40% off. Excuse me! You packaged and shipped the items. You as a company should be helping your customer, and filing a claim with your shipper and cheerfully replacing damaged product. I just want the product (not damaged) remember you have already received my money. It's been a month of back and forth and I still don't have my lights. Not to mention I payed for the shipping expense ($78.00) for the return of the 2 broken lamps. WTH? Thats another story at another time.I'm in to this company for hundreds of dollars, and I have yet to receive my product in new/undamaged condition.When a person orders something new they want to receive that product new and in working order.My advice: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. EMAILS AND REVIEWS ARE TRACKING ITEMS YOU WILL NEED TO GO TO COURT. KEEP GOOD NOTES NAMES, DATES,and TIME. (this company has a different clock they are reading, stuff not done in a timely manner. should you reach someone track it.)I gave 1 star rating only because I could not post without rating -5 is more like it.

    All videos and advertising shows poles and brackets in the box with the lights. When I received them there were no poles or brackets. Sent them an email and they said they could where their might be some confusion. But poles and brackets were not included but I could purchase them. Asked for a return label and refund and they pointed out their clause in their "terms and conditions" which say I have to pay to return them and there is a $30 per item fee. Which is not in their "actual and ready available" return policy. Do not buy from this company because of their false advertising and poor customer service.
