      I wish I could give more as the actual techs have been great. The issue is related to customer service. In order to cancel you will need to speak to the account manager. Sure no problem. As usual, they try to keep ya. Well, after my year I called to cancel and he convinced me to put the account in pause until December as my finances may be better. I agreed. Well, what happens the month after? I get appointment request. I advice the tech that I don't have service until December. He informed me that I do have an active account and that they are to service. Well, I turned him away. Next week, same thing different techo. At this point, it is once or twice a week I am being contacted and I tell them no to let their management know. Instead, I get a text stating from support services that I need to call and speak to my account manager. No, I am not going to through all that just to go nowhere. They have the notes, fix it. At this time I canceled my card to stop charges and told them to stop texting me yet they continue harassing about appointments and that they will appear that day and I have to keep telling them no.

      This company knocked on our door like a door to door sales pitch ignoring posted signs not too. They then convinced my wife to sign up for a service contract that required an up from $200 sign up fee, for $100 a month 12 month contract that had a $250 cancellation fee, and renews automatically annually until cancelled. Even though they charge $100 monthly, their service is performed every ******************************************************** pest control, we cant even be certain they were using real treatments. We complained we werent seeing results and they just made excuses. I asked to cancel twice before being directed to their cancellation department which then explained the cancellation fee, would not waive it, would not give a refund for poor service, and even explained that unless I paid the cancellation cost my contract would annually renew automatically. This company is nothing more than a ************** scheme, and they know it. Just a bunch of con artists selling snake oil to customers who wish to be rid of pests. Please avoid them. There were several other companies locally that would have been a better option.

      Worst pest control company Ive ever dealt with. Scams you with false advertising (our contract was supposed to include termite bond), then doesnt send us a copy of the signed contract. Records my husband agreeing to insane terms of 36 months and a $250 cancellation fee, but asks him questions over the recording, so he doesnt hear it what it is saying. Sales person then LIES telling him its just talking about something different than it was. Then has a product that doesnt work. Still seeing ALL bugs they said they sprayed for. Terrible customer service and a scam of a company. Never again.

      I am located in ********, **************. A Sales Rep for **** came to the house and sold me on a two-year plan that was $99 to start, followed by a $79 dollar monthly fee for bimonthly visits. I told the rep that I didn't have the money, so he said that he'd do the first service that day but allow me to choose the date of my first bill, which I set for next Friday. Two days later, my account is billed. Their customer service number did no good because every time I called, I was put on hold, and then hung up on after a few minutes. Their email address did no good because I never received a response. I finally got a hold of someone through their website, and she informed me that the sales rep lied about the capability of billing delay. I asked her to close the account, and she told me that she could not do that and that the Sales Rep had to do that. Shortly after, the sales rep contacted me and offered to reimburse me through CashApp or *****. Everything about this experience felt deceptive and unprofessional. If zero stars was an option, I would have chosen that. RIDD is a scam, do not use!

      They are the worst ever first I had this nasty sales guy Colby come to my door when I can and no soliciting sign on my door but I decide to give them a chance. He completely lied to me and told me if I wasn’t satisfied with the service that they’ll come out with no charge when the first exterminator came he sprayed on my house and gave me traps a couple days later I saw bugs more bugs than I have ever seen in my life. I reached out to the sales guy that sold me this package and he had the ********* attitude and would not help me told me that I had to wait 10 to 14 business days for the bugs to go away I was really upset because I did not make any sense and he lied to me told me that they come out any time so I reached out to the exterminator and told him what happened. He came back out sprayed my house again and I keep on seeing bugs, I made a decision that I don’t want to deal with him anymore. I want to cancel them with no fee so want to charge me a fee which is unacceptable because I am new not even 30 days in with these ******* people and they still wanna charge me a fee they did not care what I had to say and told me they cannot break the contract. You guys do yourself a favor and never go to this place. They are the worst. They are the biggest Scammers Ever.

      ****** came to my house trying to sell a pest control contract. He started off on the wrong foot by having an ****** aggressive knock (multiple, repeated taps trying to make a rhythm). While talking to him, he proceeded to lie about **** having the contract from the previous owners (I know the company, and technician that the ** were using and it was NOT Ridd). After I informed him that I was not interested in their services and that I took care of our pest control myself he proceeded to take credit for my and the other companies actions and tried using scare tactics to push me into signing a contract. If this is the mission of the company, I would steer clear.

      They dont come out as often as the contract says theyre supposed to. I waited the whole year to cancel. I missed the cancel date by a whole 3 weeks and they auto-renewed without my knowledge or consent for another year so they want to tack on a $250 cancelation fee. I understand a fee to cancel a contract early if there was no breach on their end. However, not showing up at the correct intervals? Thats breach of contract, which should legally release me from my end. I even waited out the year out of consideration, but to do this 3 weeks into the second year? Another full year contract that I didnt sign?

      3 day cancellation policy. Do not sign up. Had 1 service with a recall as I still had a ant problem. Still had a bad ant issue after a few weeks called to cancel as it wasn't working and had paid over $200 already towards a $600 contact and they hit me with a $240 early cancellation fee. So paid $440 for a substandard service oh and for the monthly visits they schedule and email you just 1 day in advance. 1 day to plan ???

      I live in ******** Fla,Paid the $79.00 intro fee on June 27th,called to cancel on June 29th (within three(3) day to void contract).Talked with *** who stated ******* that showed at my door,should"nt have taken a check,she(***) wanted me to give her my credit card info(I refused).Also gave "Notice" to this business by email to cancel contract. Given the run around and told I have to talk with a acct rep to cancel Account. This business(RIDD) is a sham.
