      If I could give no stars I would. Just like ***** and others below. I was approached by an "***" "***" representative (who had *** id and uniform) to lower my *** bill if I get *** security system in my house. I was told and contract signed, that my *** bill would go down to $135.00 a month when I pay $63.99 a month for the security system. Sounded good and SafeStreets person installed the *** security system. However, the *** bill never went down to $135 (pursuant to 1-2 mo. adjustment). After 5 months of arguing with ***, *** and SafeStreets I finally got the "2 year contract" with *** stopped. I was told by *** that SafeStreets would reimburse me $447.93 (payments made to ***). I have threatened breach of contract and fraud to all three companies and am now trying to file a small claims action. But I can't serve SafeStreet in ********** because they have no office here, just agents working from home (how convenient for them). DO NOT sign this contract - it is a scam.Also will report Safe Streets to Better Business Bureau.

      A Safe Streets rep came to my home and offered to substantially reduce my monthly **** cellular and Internet charges if I agreed to a two-year ADT contract. It looked like a great deal. I was told it would take one to two billing cycles to appear on my **** billing. After five months of no changes to my **** charges and being charged $69.99 by ADT for that period I called ADT and cancelled the service. ADT was very helpful but said that Safe Streets may charge me a cancellation penalty! I started getting calls from Safe Streets, first saying I had to pay the cancellation penalty. After I told them that they were the ones that breached the contract and I would not pay a penalty they continued to pressure me. I am still fighting with them weeks later!

      We were told ADT was coming to our home for security, but Safe Streets showed up. The gentleman that arrived said he was with ADT, we were hurried through a massive contract and tricked into monitoring by them for 3 years. We didnt learn it was an authorized reseller until seeing the van he drove in. By that time we had already signed and it was too late. We feel scammed! The customer support is non existent, ADT says we pay $30 less for surveillance than we are charged each month, and we get none of the benefits of working with ADT. We cannot get service after 7pm and we cannot use the online portal. Its complete nonsense and a rip off!

      Just like everyone else I feel scammed and lied to. I was told it was a soft pull to check my credit for financing and I got a hard pull. I was told auto pay was set up and I can access the payments in my ADT portal ... Then the payments never went through. They contacted me via email and told me that there is no payment portal and sent me a link to pay and set up auto pay. I paid what the link she sent asked for, then she emailed again and said I still owe when will I make another payment? I asked her to provide me with current due dates, and what that payment was for. I never received a response and my bank account was charged again this morning without my authorization. At this point I have no idea what I am paying for, how much I have left, or what my due date is.

      This company scammed me into signing up for ADT offering a Gift Card of $100 that was mailed to a place that never redeemed the card. When I called they gave me the run around. I would never trust this company. Plus when they came to my house they upsold me so much I ended up paying an extra $700. Advice to you just call ADT directly and don't bother with this company.

      Illegal ******************Do not trust!!!Our service has not worked from day 1 , installed almost 1 year ago. Many service calls to our address did not fix the problem. Many calls with no refunds on the amounts taken out of our account from them. When called to terminate they said we had to pay **** to terminate stating we are under contract. Would not let us out of it even though they have not lived up to their end. Do not use them or trust them! We have been robbed! We are forced to pay for a service that does not work and never has and is well documented. This is Illegal!!!!!!

      This smart security install was by my new home builder, they have you set up an appointment to set up the garage, door, and thermostat then they take the opportunity to sell you home security and not upfront about the charges, I was informed only $99 installation fee, then two days later I get an additional charge on my card. not sure what I got myself into and finding out spending more money.

      Rated 1 out of 5 stars ************ is out to separate you from as much money as they can make without explaining any security plan options or what equipment they can provide or not provide. Background:My experience is a very negative one, but a very real one. The SafeStreets technician came to my home on 9/6/2022 and rammed $2100 worth of security equipment, activation fee and prepayments down my throat and put me into a 36 month ADT monitoring contract for $64.99/mo plus sales tax. They had my credit card info ahead of the technicians scheduled installation date as a result of my authorizing the activation fee of $99.00 on Sept 5, 2022. The company could NOT provide me with what I wanted: an outdoor camera hard wired to an existing outdoor patio light that didnt have a security camera. What the technician salesman installed instead was a doorbell camera even though there is no existing doorbell for the back patio door. After one day, the patio door door bell camera failed to work because of connection problems to my home WiFi. After 3 more days, technician came back and installed a new doorbell camera which did eventually connect, but 3 more days after that, the new camera stopped working. The camera indicated low battery charge (25% or 24 hours left). I called SafeStreets back and spent 70 minutes (mostly on hold) trying to explain that I wanted a patio camera hardwired to my house wiring - not a Bluetooth enabled camera that needs to be charged every 3 or 4 days and which takes 4 to 5 hours to fully charge. For me personally, this is a major INCONVENIENCE for a lot of $. Customer Experience:Customer support stinks. My impression is they are more concerned in making money than creating a good customer experience.Recommendation:Save your money and go to one of the top rated security alarm installation companies among which SafeStreets is NOT listed.Very disgruntled and dissatisfied

      Horrible. Sold themselves to us as a security ***************** installer via a builder. BS. They could not even hook up the sound system and told me to call the brand name and have them walk me thru it. I PAID THESE PEOPLE to do that, not me! Now useless system sits on the floor, the front doorbell doesn't work already, and God knows what else will crash. 3 days post install! And customer service never answers you back! Disgraceful

      Absolute worst experience as a new home owner, Shame on this company!! We had a package installed on Saturday at 9am. Part of the package included a new thermostat that hooks to your phone where you can control the temp. of your house from your phone while your home or away. The technician that was installing it worked on trying to hook up the new thermostat for 4 hours he was non-stop on the phone with a support team telling him what wires to cut and put elsewhere, finally after the 4th hour the tech. gave up and placed the new thermostat on our counter and hooked up our old one back to the wall. Telling us we had an extra wire and the unit wasn't going to run right, but we paid for it so he was leaving it with us. That should have been the first red flag. we then realized on Sunday we had no heat or air blowing through our vents.... To our surprise they are not open on Sundays so we had to wait to place a complaint till Monday morning. It then took 3 phone calls of frustration later to finally get someone out to look at everything, just to be told from them they cant fix it. Something that worked perfectly fine before they BROKE IT. We then were told we would have to put in a claim to figure out if they would reimburse us for having to have hvac come to us. We were told we would get a call the same day (Tuesday) to let us know what to do with a broken thermostat. Mind you I live in ************** and it has now dropped to the 30's the past 3 nights and our heat is broken. We have now had to spend even more money out of our pocket to have someone come fix it!!! It is now Thursday and we have had not heat or air since Saturday night and we have yet to hear anything from anyone about our claim!!! THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!!!! SHAME ON THEM!!!!!
