      Extremely unhelpful, told us false information so we could not use their system. When I tried to have them disconnect the system they told us they would need to take back the products I paid for! Unacceptably poor service I would recommend to use anyone but them

      Very poor communication skills and added devices I didn't want decided to give himself a 5 star rating which he didn't deserve I wouldn't recommend them at all complete rip offs

      They are unethical and there should be a class action lawsuit against them for such. They do not ever say they are opening you a credit card you dont want. They never mention the equipment charges monthly that are in addition to the monitoring. I am going to contact my state for the unethical business practices and blatant misrepresentation.

      I got scammed by a person ***************** that came by and said he could lower my Spectrum bill as long as I added ADT it's a scam I expected my account to be as promised $83 for Spectrum and $63.99 for ADT for a total of $147 for my total account, I paid up front for the equipment and locked in for 2 years. Spectrum confirmed they don't work with this company nor do they have a deal with ADT. I've tried calling my rep and the Residential Operations number nothing. I would like to know what my next step would be in stopping people like this scamming others.

      Company uses synchrony but the technicians tell me it's just for my monthly rate. But it's the monthly rate plus the equipment. So my $59 monthly payemt in reality is $59 plus another $80. Don't tell me about 3 day cancelation. I didn't even sign paperwork, the tech did for me and just sent me a copy. Said they are adt, not contracters/dealers.

      Their customer service is even worse than described here. They are rude, incompetent, unethical, in essence, thieves. Because of their terrible service in one location, I am canceling ADT in my home location. They have destroyed the reputation of a DT and continue to provide poor if any service at an outrageous price. Dont call ADT because they will refer you to this band of pirates without telling you. And maybe they should stop sending me requests for referrals. It doesnt seem to be working out for them.

      I WAS TOLD BY THE ************************************** empl# evo80084) that If I put a sign in my yard to advertise for them that I would get service for free. We just moved into a new build neighborhood. I have all conversations on my ring camera and indoor camera. I cancelled because we no longer will be living there. The rep told ** that we had to pay a city fee and so we set it up. When I cancelled I was told that was actually the fee for ADT service. This rep lied to me and I have this all on camera. When I cancelled the "Manager" (*******************************, actually only a relocation specialist) said that he doesn't care and we have to pay a 75% cancelation fee. I guess I will have to take it to court. Don't go with this company, they scam you and don't care. I was telling my neighbor about this and he tried the same scam on her. I guess when he kept telling me not to share our agreement with anyone, should of been a red flag. Unfortunately, I will never go with this company or ADT. I will be writing reviews on every site I can think of. I'll update after court.

      The customer service is the worst I have ever delt with. Long story shot: My service don't work and techs don't show up after being scheduled. I really regret every calling this company.

      Avoid SafeStreets ***: Poor Quality Equipment and ************************* When I decided to contract their services, the salesperson told me we could end our contract at any time as long as the equipment was paid in full, so I paid for the equipment and prepaid a year of service. However, when the equipment started malfunctioning a few months later, they told me the warranty was only for three months (when it was actually for an entire year, as I was a Meritage Homes customer) and refused to fix it. The app stopped working, and the doorbell and keypad also had issues. I couldn't access video footage from my camera, which was a disaster. I called numerous times to get it fixed, and they hung up on me twice. So I had to go with a different company, despite my efforts to keep the business relationship with them.After signing up with a different company and buying all new equipment, a few weeks later, I received an invoice from SafeStreets *** totaling $714.32, stating I was actually signed up for a three-year contract and refused to let me leave without paying the large fee. I explained what the sales rep told me when I signed up, and they said they would investigate by accessing the phone recording. After three weeks of silence, the Resolutions Department's verdict was, "our IT department couldn't access the recording, so you have to pay." Despite numerous attempts to communicate with them and resolve the issue, they threatened me with damaging my credit if I didn't pay.SafeStreets ***** ********************* was unhelpful and unprofessional, and ultimately I was forced to pay for faulty equipment and poor service. I do not recommend doing business with SafeStreets ***. Their customer service is rude and unprofessional, and their equipment is unreliable. The salespeople tell you one thing, but the contract tell you the opposite. Don't fall victim to their false promises there are better options out there.
