      Same thing as everyone else. A disgusting legal scam to empty the pockets of veterans buying a home with a VA loan. Beware of ANYONE who mutters the word "concierge".So they tell me it is a $600 install @ $60 monthly. But oh, you have holes in your security. Long story short, it was $2000 install (I supposedly got $1900 in free equipment, laughable), and $70 monthly. Oh yeah, and the early termination fee is...THE REMAINDER OF THE CONTRACT!!! If tell them to stick it, they cutoff service, and I STILL HAVE TO PAY for 3 years of monitoring. I guess us veterans really are suckers. Gross.Safestreets is basically a shield for ADT to scam their customers. After the 3 years is up, I will never ever be a customer of ADT again.

      Sales team was great. System is sub par. Techs damaged parts of my old system and left pieces of wire all over. They were courteous enough to pry the old door bell off the brick wall instead of doing a proper uninstall. The system lacks what most companies offer. Need multiple apps to control it. Features are lacking too. We had three major faults in the first 48 hours and canceled per our contract under the buyers remorse clause. We were told 72 hours ago someone would call to collect the equipment between ***** hours. No call. ADT was courteous and polite when we canceled but *** from safe streets had an attitude when I tried to schedule the uninstall. Luckily we hadnt canceled our previous security company yet and can install the equipment that these techs didnt damage. According to *** themselves, this is not the experience they wanted us to have.

      I am a technician for another alarm company here in ** been doing this for over 20 years and have never seen this poor of customer service ever , they have hung up on me and have lied saying they have canceled one their customer accounts and have not . The customer whom the builder of this subdivision used safe streets for home automation does not even have a contract with them nor is using the alarm system and he isnt paying them anything so I dont underhand how they cant just cancel his account so that it can be used with someone else . They are very rude and not helpful at all , I know the industry and its not hard to call your monitoring station and have account put in partial close or complete close .. I guess have to call adt and complain if I were adt I wouldnt want them using their name or continue to install systems for then .

      This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Safe Street is not the same as ADT, and I regret my decision to work with them. I paid a deposit over 60 days ago and am still waiting for my refund. My Order ID is ********. To make matters worse, when I tried to sign up directly with ADT, I couldnt because my information had already been registered with Safe Street. I want my refund, and I want to be removed from your database. If I could give less than one star, I would.

      Hello, we apologize for the negative experience you've had to this point. Safestreets is an authorized provider of ADT that installs ADT security systems, but all monitoring is done through ADT directly. Additionally, because *** has multiple dealers or providers that also sell and install their security systems, they place a hold on customers accounts to ensure that different ADT dealers don't attempt to undercut or sell on top of other ADT dealers. This hold is ADT policy that will be removed after 90 days. As for the unrefunded charges, our records show your account as being cancelled, but we do not have any payments recorded on file and therefore do not show any refund needed. If this is an error, we will be happy to fix it. Please forward a screenshot or statement from your credit card or bank showing the charges that have not been refunded to *********************************************** and we will process that refund.

      Was told the install would take 4 and 1/2 hours. It took 14 and 1/2 hours. It took one week and the technician had to come out 3 different times to complete the install. Was charged the full amount due for the monthly monitoring when the system was not fully installed. The three days to cancel started from the first day of the installation, even though the system was not fully installed until a week later. Requested a supervisor from SafeStreets and ADT to call me and did not receive a phone call from either one.

      Absolute sham and rip off. My husband and I purchased a new home and wanted an alarm system. We had worked with *** in the past and thought going with them would be a good choice. Called to get an install. BIG MISTAKE. They sent out Safe Streets to do the install. At no time ever was it disclosed to us that they are a subcontractor. We got 2 cameras installed along with a doorbell camera and a panel. A month later, we changed internet routers (router, not provider) and the cameras would not connect. Reset the cameras, did troubleshooting on their app etc. NOTHING would connect the cameras, unless a tech came out. Called ADT they sent me to Safe Streets. This was the first disclosure that we were working with a third party. The tech came out and first words were did they tell you me walking up to your door is a fee and what you are asking me to do is $1000, which they HAD NOT, just connect the cameras to the new router. This is more than the entire system and install cost by more than triple. I told him to leave. He then said you need to call *** and break your contract as this is how they do it. Then call us back and we will install without ADT for another fee. Must be a competition for worst service between the companies. There was no support from *** or Safe Streets. In working with another company they pointed out to us that this camera would NEVER connect without a tech it has to be disassembled from the back to access a particular reset button -- They are currently threatening to ruin our credit because we are refusing to pay the duration of the 3 year contract for a system that worked for 1 month. The contract is a service contract that was not providing a service. Mind you the set up was to come with 3 window sensors that we did not even take as we were getting new windows installed--

      I was approached by a door to door *** of safe street who misled me to believe that I would receive equipment up to $2,000.00 in exchange for placing an ADT sign in my yard for three years. I was told that the remaining cost on the equipment I received would be financed and charged to me in my monthly bill for service. I was approved for the loan on all equipment the night I signed my contract and was told my monthly bill would be around $65.00 including my payment for service and the additional cost of my equipment. After about a month I was called by safe street collections and informed that because smart home did not cover what safe streets sales *** promised I was going to be charged $1,400.00 for what they would not cover. They intentionally misled me and now demand I pay the remainder and will not allow me out of my contract and recover their equipment and threaten to send the cost to collections to hurt my credit in order to scare me into paying for something they originally promised I wouldnt have to pay for.

      About one year ago this company come to my house offering a deal to save some money with my cable company,they installed the equipment and supost to next month my cable company has a descount so far nothing has changed they said spectrum company has deal with this company that is false,i desconect the equipment call them to pick up the equipment nothing yet they are charging me for a service i dont have because i dont have internet and i camcell service with spectrum too,**************** said they dont have any service with ***********Thank you

      They should learn basics of customer service. Banging the phone was never considered appropriate.They were so haughty they said $47 per month is the rate. There is no one else in the market. Wanted me to commit even befire they send a technician to assess. To make things worse the manager called next day to reduce rates. When I said I found alternative, he too banged the phone. God save this company

      Safe Streets installed an ADT alarm system at my home on January *******, and I signed a 36 month contract. On July 9 The alarm system activated with a silent police panic due to a faulty panel. ADT never received the alarm signal. After rebooting the alarm I asked Safe Streets to send out a technician to do a diagnostic on the system but they refused. On July 24 the alarm siren activated even though system was disarmed and couldn't be manually silenced. This happened twice on that day. I contacted Safe Streets and requested the system be removed and my contract terminated, which they replied I would have the choice to having the system repaired or I would have to pay the early termination fee of $1,153. During my conversations with Safe Streets there has been multiple instances of misinformation and inaccurate statements made by them. In my opinion Safe Streets breached the 6 month money back guarantee by refusing to send someone to examine the system after the July 9th episode. The 6 month guarantee window expired July 25. I am requesting Safe Streets terminate my contract with no early termination fee.
