1 starThey are scam my device is not working since last couple of days and now when I call them they said *** purchase your contract and when I call Adt they said ********** will responsible they are scam please be aware of safe street . ********** is not an ethical company. I HIGHLY advise all potential customers of ********** to go with another company. ********** sent a technician out who was not able to connect the device to the wifi. He opened up a second box to see if the first ****** nest equipment he opened up was faulty, but the second set of equipment also would not connect. We called our wifi provider (Tmobile) and they said our wifi is functioning just fine and the issue was with the ****** nest equipment. After an hour and a half the technician said he had another appointment and left. We've called safestreet countless times, spoke to a supervisor and were told that all the technician needs to do is "install" the equipment, but connecting it to wifi is on the customer (this was never explained to me especially because he went on to attempt connecting the equipment to the wifi immediately as if it was part of the service. The technician told his company that the equipment was installed, which now leaves us bound to the cost of the system. ********** does not work towards customer service or customer resolution other than to say they can send another technician out, but after 2 attempts, it is obvious that the equipment is not installable at our home and we should not be held responsible for it, especially when the installation was not completed.Safe Streets USA, LLC

The system you received is part of a partnership we have with Freedom Forever where their solar customers receive a free ****** system in their home. We only install the system's for them, but don't handle the penalty fee you are speaking of. Any issues with cancelling your solar project/incurring the penalty from cancellation will need to be brought up with Freedom Forever directly.Review fromTerina H

Safe Streets USA, LLC is the Abolute Worst!!! A technician was out to install a system in two of my properties. The installation was very unprofessional. I ended up cleaning up the mess that he made. In addition, I incurred additional charges on my card. I called to inquire about the charge, got transferred to a salesman who tried to get me to purchase a Vivint alarm system. The sales guy got upset because I didn't want to hear his sells pitch and I asked to speak with someone else in customer service. He told me to ****** the customer service number and hung up. Now I am really upset, I called back to cancel the entire contract on both properties. I ended up speaking with young lady who apologized for my experience and told me that she would forward my concerns and that I had (3) business days to think it over and to call back by Tuesday 8/27/2024 at midnight. I called back on Tuesday morning to cancel and was told that I should have called Monday by midnight. WHAT! I spoke with several Safe Streets/ADT representatives trying to get this contract cancelled. To no prevail, none seem to take accountability for the misinformed information I received from their Safe Streets USA LLC representatives. Instead, they proposed a new contact. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Is this a scam! I have no further interest in this business. I received several excuses as to why they wouldn't cancel my request. I literally had the service for 3 business days....... No one wants to take accountability for the misinformation or have empathy for the Poor Unprofessional Installation and *************************************** I've received. How can anyone trust that this organization will safely monitor their property. I have NEVER been this DISAPPOINTED. Zero STARS...... Save yourself a headache! I wish I had taken the salesman advice, cancel and switch over to ******. All I was trying to do is obtain a safety monitoring system. Now I am without service and money loss!Safe Streets USA, LLC

After further review of this account, management at Safestreets will be releasing you from your contract without penalty. Although usually we refer back to the contract that customer's sign as it is the customer's responsibility to read the details, we apologize for the confusion and misinformation you received and in light of that will attempt to be making this right with you for both properties installed. Safe street LLC / *** , ************ does not take care of their product, they donot stand by it, its very cheap product, will not stay where its placed, the sensors, as they use a cheap sticky tape, they will only come out and fix their dysfunctional security system, which is not secure, my home has been broken into 3 X , so if you pay them $100, theyll come out and fix their product to work in your home ! Even though you make a monthly payment They donot do free setvice on their own equipment, their service ***** !Safe Streets USA, LLC

We are sorry to hear you've had a negative experience. Every customer is provided a 90 day warranty as outlined in the agreement you signed at the time of your install. During that 90 day warranty service repairs are provided at no cost, however, any service repairs after the initial 90 days will be subject to a service fee. 1 starAbsolutely terrible. First they missed my appointment by a week. Had no record of an appointment when I I called because they had no showed. Got it scheduled for a week later. Found out when the tech arrived that it was an ADT authorized dealer. Was sold on the fact that it was actually ADT, but was mislead about this. Within 5 minutes of the tech being in my home he was attempting to upsell me on a different touchscreen panel that was bigger for another $100. Then doesnt ask me for my input on where I would want my panel at. Drills a hole into my wall behind where my door opens at. Doesnt check for a stud where hes drilling, doesnt check for wires, or any pipes that *** be in the wall as the wall he chose is one of the walls to the bathroom. When that spot doesnt work says hes going to put it in the kitchen instead. Which is not close to the front door. Told him to leave and immediately called to cancel. Lied to from the get go, and an incompetent tech that did not know what he was doing. Honestly havent been able to find a review anywhere that is higher than 1 star. Avoid this at all costs. Wish I could give zero stars. Got a promo for them through ****************** as I bought a house through them. So if youre doing the same decline the offer for that. 1 starWhen this company came to my neighborhood, I already had ADT services through another vendor. The company salesman told me they would pay the remainder of my existing contract with my vendor and would take care of cancelling my current contract. About a month later, I received a call from my previous vendor advising me that not only was my contract not cancelled, that I was now in arrears in my payments. I spent over 1 month trying to get this issue corrected with Safe Streets finally telling my that they would only cover $700.00 of my contract and I would be responsible for the remaining amount. The also told me that they did not know when they might be able to pay the $700.00 to my previous vendor. The told me that even though I was told by the Rep that my contract was going to paid off, as I did not get it in writing, they would only cover $700.00. Although the equipment is good, I would be very carefully dealing with this company and as soon as get down with all this drama they have caused, I will looking for another monitoring company, as I have lost trust in Safe Streets and their business practices.Review fromAndrew R

Worst company Ive ever dealt with if I could give a negative star I would this company is going to overpromise and under deliver. Pay attention to your contract because you have 24 hours to change your mind. The devices that they sell you unless they are attached to another company will become useless after your contract expires or if you wish to get out of it the devices become useless Attached to the *** app if you do not wish to stay with *** devices that you purchased for hundreds of dollars are useless they do not care or wish they told me to go do a review instead of trying to fix my issue. Ive been with the company for 32 days and all I want is out they are going to charge you 75% of your contract in order to get out of their deal. They do not care about bad reviews or customer service company in customer service myself this is dreadful.Safe Streets USA, LLC

Every customer is given a 3 day right of rescission period from the day they are installed to cancel without penalty as outlined in the agreement you signed. The equipment purchased is also ADT equipment that is specifically hardwired for ADT monitoring, this ensures higher security so no one would be able to hack into your system and monitor it themselves.
