      After our first heavy rain in many months around 5/13/25, we noticed 3 seperate locations on our ceilings that had water marks. I called Sunnova (Leasing Agent) per our sales rep from Lumio to report issues on 5/19/25. At the same time, I called a local roofing company who is friends with a friend of ours. Gold Key Roofing came out as a courtesy and went into my attic and identified where all 3 water intrusions were coming from. They stated in order to repair, solar panels in the 3 locations would have to be removed before the repairs could be completed.
      I called Sunnova back and shared with them what Gold Key Roofing stated. I also share pictures with Sunnova per their request. Today, 5/28/25 I reached back out to Sunnova as they were closed on 5/26 for the Memorial Day holiday. I asked them for an update. They put me on hold for several minutes and came back telling me I needed to reach out directly to Lumio who was my solar provider/installer back in 2023.
      The phone number Sunnova provided me for Lumio (************) is no longer working. I googled Is Lumio still in business and got this info.

      "No, Lumio is not in business anymore. They filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in September 2024 and subsequently sold their assets to Zeo Energy. The sale was finalized in November 2024. As a result, Lumio no longer operates under its own name."

      I called ZEO at ***** ******** and they kindly advised they only purchased certain of Lumio's assets and Sunnova as the leasing agent should be taking care of this. I reached back out to Sunnova, shared the info I was provided by Zeo and advised I would hear back from them in 3-5 business days.

      I have a feeling this ios going to go around and around for some time. All Im looking for Sunnova to do is remove the solar panels and re-install after roof repairs so the inside damage does not get worse.

      My husband and I had our Panels installed in 2022, financed them for $51,000. We are getting ready to place our home on the market with said panels and we were not informed that they needed to be paid off before we could not relocate the panels until they were paid off. We were not also notified that they would not be continuing to operate. I called the company that acquired them and they have no information on our contract, our warranty, or any of our paperwork. I was told by the company that took them over that they do not have any information either prior to them acquiring Lumio. Now we are stuck with a loan of $47,000 and going to be a fight to sell our home with them on there due to the buyer more than likely will not want to assume the loan.

      We were told by our finance company Mosaic that they were never notified of neither Lumio or Atlantic Key Energy permanently closing.

      We were given false information on how we would recieve the tax credit, apparently it is a roll over credit. They informed us that we would either be able to apply the tax credit to our panels or we would get it on our Tax Refund Amount.

      Lumio has owed me money for TWO YEARS due to issues with installation of solar panels. They supposedly “approved” my refund of approximately $500 several times, but yet.. never delivered. Every time we have contacted them regarding this matter, we get the runaround about how it was “approved but no timeline for when we will receive it”. On top of that, the issue has continued and we should have been reimbursed even more than the original dollar amount, but we can’t even get the original approved refund. At this point, we are considering legal action. Absolutely disgusted with the way Lumio has done us.

      On Aug. 19,2021, I purchased Solar Panels from a company called Decatur. This company went bankrupt and was purchased be Lumio with the understanding that Solar panel purchased from them would remain covered and the 35 year warranty cover as with Decatur. I have attempted several time to reach a Lumio representative at ************. I left messages with no response. Please assist me in getting in contact with this company.

      I purchased solar through Lumio in 2022. This solar company went bankrupt (according to a search) in Nov 2024. I was not notified, and have been unable reach anyone at Lumio. I have a panel that is not working.

      I use an Enphase App to monitor the system, and it has a customer service number so I called it. A man answered and said I had already called it in and a new panel is on the way. He started acting more suspicious and pushy about me already calling it in, so I hung up, he called me back from a different number and I blocked it.

      It appears that I have been left hanging here, especially seeing the F grade and no customer resolutions. What can I do? I am sure some company bought them out.

      We purchased solar panels through Lumio after pressure was placed on us by the salesmen. They came to our door 3 separate times, and after being fed up with telling them we weren’t interested, we decided to hear them out. They laid out a full estimate showing us how we would be paying less with the solar loan and panels producing for us than we were paying on our current electric bill. They falsely claimed that the resale value of our house would be increased, as solar panels would be sought after. We have not seen a net decrease in our bill, and we are now struggling to sell our house for full value as people are leery of solar. I have tried contacting the company for a resolution and have heard no response. We would be fine with them fully removing the system and excusing the remainder of our loan, however it seems that they have filed for bankruptcy due to misleading other consumers.

      My solar panels Don't worked as promised. Did not even give me my contract papers nothing they said was true what they told me only works 50 percent.

      I have tried contacting lumio solar for months. The phone line puts you on hold for hours, the customer service emails bounce back as un-deliverable. The solar panels they put on aren’t producing the outage they promised. They won’t come service the panels not working. They won’t fix the hole they made in the roof in which I had to seal myself after installation. They will not send me the agreement/ contract. This was a predatory company that is currently in a class action lawsuit. My monthly bill keeps going up and up every month. Please come take these janky made solar panels and cancel my account.

      I have been trying to get a hold of lumio, the solar power company to have them reinstall a microinverter that went out on my existing panel system. I have been calling for a week straight. Every time I call which is every 20mins on the hour everyday. The phone keeps saying that we Are unavailable at the moment please leave a message and will get back to you. I also tried to send an email Several times to their Website that they have listed and every time I receive an email back saying message blocked invalid email address.

      I have been trying to contact Lumio Solar panel company by phone and email with absolutely no response. My solar panels were installed in 2022 and after some inspection by roofing companies, the solar panels have damaged my roof. I'm having leaking into my home when it rains and I'm afraid if i don't get this under control my roof will soon be completely destroyed. the contact number I have been trying to reach them is ###-###-#### and have emailed [email protected] with no luck. please help!
