      This is ridiculous we have waited 3 months to get this solar inverter replaced and it still hasn't been done. They keep saying they will come out and fix it but they wont. They were supposed to be out today between 11pm and 12pm to install and fix it and its 508 pm and they havent come out lumio is a godamn scam their customer service is freaking ridiculous do not go with lumio to buy solar there is no point they dont fix anything or seem to care at all!!

      My solar system has been out for over a month. Right after ****** hurricane I was told to call back in a week, so I waited an entire week. When I called back I was told they knew of the problem with one of my systems not working and that it would take time to get someone to look at it. I have been calling leave messages no one ever calls back. Now if you call, all you get is a recording.I have had so many issues with these panels and issues with this company for the last 3 years. I am so disappointed, cause paying for the panels and the energy bill is no fun. The cost is worst then I have ever expected. I thought going with solar would be a savings, it has never been in the case.I wish I had never been introduced or made think that it would be better saving. Not a chance and I would never recommend Lumino even good customer service is not in their agenda. I gave a star in order to be able to post my review, there should be a no star selecting.

      If I could give negative stars I would. They don't deserve 1 star. I had Lumio put solar panels on my home 3 years ago. At that time they put in a new electrical panel & immediately after I lost all power in my home. I've lived here 22 years & have never lost power but they told me it wasn't there problem. After daily phone calls & contacting the *********************** they finally sent a group of young men out who fixed the problem. I am selling my house soon & I have been calling customer service for over a week so I can get paperwork showing the new roof/panels that I paid for. I HAVE LEFT 3 MESSAGES & NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL ME BACK!! This is the most unprofessional, shady company I have EVER dealt with. They got my $76,000 & ran! ***************** company! You've been warned!

      Our solar has been out for 4 weeks now and still cannot get someone to come look at it. We have called multiple times to see when we will be put on the schedule and been told every time it will take 3-4 weeks before they come out but here we are 4 weeks now and I just found out our case hasn't even been assigned to a technician. The sales guy was great to work with but the support from this company is ridiculous. We referred multiple people to our sales guy but we will no longer suggest lumio for solar, their treatment of customers after the installation is shameful. We've had solar in the past and anytime there was a problem with the system someone was out within 1-2 weeks, The customer support and technical support for lumio truly is below par.

      Worst customer service ever! My micro inverters have not been working since April 2024. I have called, texted, and emailed Lumio every week for months. I get a response that they are trying to find a technician in my area (********, *****). I am frustrated beyond belief. Our house is on the market and I cant get this issue resolved. Who is going to buy a house with solar panels that dont work??Lastly, my electric bill keeps going up. Not only do I have to pay higher electric *****, ** paying for solar panels that dont work.Buyer beware! Stay away from Lumio.

      When my Lumio solar panels were to be installed they told me they would have to cut down a tree in my yard. They charged me $1500.00 to cut it down, however they didn't touch the tree. I am still paying for that. They have refused to take that off my bill! This has been ongoing for over 2 years. They never call you back. On top of that I was promised that if we decided to sell our house that they would remove the solar panels for no extra charge. Not that it is time to sell my house they are refusing to remove them! They tell me I am stuck with them since they have filed bankruptcy. It is ridiculous! I left one star because I had to. I would leave none of I could.

      Wonderful at the sales pitch! Then it takes months to get it installed. Schedule times to install when you arent available then schedule a time when you take an entire day off work, without pay, and then a no show. Total S@&t show. Once installed then, try to call and find out when it will be switched over to solar and no one answers or returns calls. Finally, I got in contact with a Lumio employee, a salesman from Lumio, trying to sell me solar. You have got to be kidding!! I told him it wasnt turned on. Wish I hadnt done that because it was switched over and now Im getting two bills. One from Lumio, around 124$ and one from FPL 143$. Contact them and tell me that should be expected and it wont be that high of an amount. Have paid double for power 3 months in a row. Oh yeah, they sent me a survey how are we doing at three months? Put one star and it says a server error and nothing more. Click the link again and put in 10 stars and it scoots me right through to more questions. Hmmm. Thats curious. Fortunately, I figured a way around their little trick. DO NOT GET SOLAR WITH LUMIO. PS I checked the reviews and thought they werent that bad. My stupid mistake!

      We were promised a cap on our electric bill and ended up paying almost double per month than we were prior to installing solar panels. Do not, under any circumstances sign a contract with them.

      We contracted with Lumio over a year ago to install our solar panels. Over a seven months ago the system completely stopped generating electricity (since March 28th). I contacted them over 30 times by phone and over 5 times with the supervisor through emails. I filed a complaint and a case with them but nothing happened since then. They mentioned that they will send a technician onsite to check and fix the issue. I called and sent emails to schedule the time during our presence but he came (end of July 2024) while no one was at home and reported that he couldn't fix it and will schedule another visit while we are at home. They scheduled time to come on September 10th and I received a confirmation email, but no one show up. I called and they reported that some one put the date by mistake to October 10th. On October 10th no one showed up as usual and they told me by phone as usual that they could 't contact the technician and they have to wait until the technician contact me. They keep telling me that my case has been escalated to a higher manager and they will call me back. This happened 3 times and NO ONE ever called me back. I called back and was told they don't have any service technicians in our area and are looking to hire someone soon to service our area. No timelines were given. I am paying almost a $1000 monthly for the electricity and solar panels for 7 months. This is criminally negligent customer service. After reading the other reviews below, it seems I am not the only one with this issue.

      Lumio Solar is a joke, I don't even know how they are still in business. They came out, made everything sound great. They came installed Solar panels and everything in 2022, about a year later, I found a leak in my Roof. I called them, they came out 3 times, because they had supposedly fixed it. It is now October 14, 2024 and still has not been fixed. The Damage of my home is so severe, the water damage is now coming in through my Garage!!! My home is a two story house!!! There is mold, and even mushrooms growing out of my carpet. Now they are saying the damage is not from them, and I have to pay them 380 dollars per panel. So a roofing company can redo my roof. My kids are starting to get sick due to their Negligence. I'm thinking I will have to sue them to get all my money back, for the damages in my home, stress, loss of wages, etc... This is Ridiculous!
