      Exact same issue as **** W below This is horrible and now our PGE so high over 2 weeks waiting but we were told can no one get out here for non functioning panels for a month and a half! What?

      I am not pleased with this company at all whatsoever. I have ordered and paid for a back up battery four months ago and every couple of weeks I ask whats the deal and I dont really get a full answer. I feel like I am just pushed aside because my Product has been paid for and that it needs to be installed and delivered. Ive already had a full set of panels installed and a back up battery, but I wanted to order another and I have yet to get it very disappointed. My health depends on a functioning AC system for my home and now theres a hurricane coming , so who knows what happen. I keep getting the runaround if I had a choice I probably shouldve just stuck with a whole home generator with propane and be done.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. Salesman comes knocking, I politely said no thank you which for some reason they couldnt understand then a second salesman comes the next day and again I said no thank you but this is a term they are doing their best to deny, leaving me the potential future customer with less and less options on how to nicely say NO. This second salesman came back for a third time assuming id miraculously change my mind after being pressed and pressed and still saying no, I had to shut the door in his face they need to train decorum to their salesmen or at least train them on how to politely take no for an answer. If these salesmen come to your door and you have a camera I would recommend you save your self the headache and dont even bother answering. This company as a whole is beyond rude, pushy, disrespectful, and they have no understanding of good sales. Based off their current star rating Ill bet they wont be in business long and if they are it only because of bully tactics and pushy down right rude interactions. I also suggest you look into the class action lawsuit they are currently (2024) undergoing as that should help better describe what kind of hack operations they are pursuing, and yes this review was a result of the companys trashy salesman.

      We contracted with Lumio over a year ago to install our solar panels. Over a month ago I was informed by the system software that many of our panels were down and the micro inverters were no longer communicating. I called Lumio and they said they needed to send a technician onsite to fix the issue. Then I heard nothing else. I have been following up for the last few weeks and getting the runaround from them. They keep telling me that my case has been escalated to a higher manager and they will call me back. This happened 3 times and NO ONE ever called me back. Today I called back and was told they don't have any service technicians in our area and are looking to hire someone soon to service our area. No timelines were given. Meanwhile, we are producing far below what we did last year at this time and having to pay more of power. This is criminally negligent customer service. After reading the other reviews below, it seems I am not the only one with this issue.

      My solar panels have been out since July and I have called multiple times to get someone here to fix the system. The panels dont save me any money to begin with and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have not even received a call back with the update of when a technician will be out to fix the system. Terrible experience.

      These guys fail to mention in the beginning that you have to have good credit ..you will be taking out an outrageous loan, the power company *** says these systems underperform in 95% of the systems out there. And they expect you to believe these panels in 30 years will be just as good as the panels they will have 30 years from now..but now the icing on the cake is that they continue to call you while telling you every time that your being taken off the list .total harassment

      If I could give - stars I would. I have a solar panel/micro-inverter down and wont come out to fix it. All I get out of the call center when I call is oh well we are waiting on a second ********** to help repair. This has been since June. Then lately all my calls I get told they will pass on that I want an update and they will reach out to me. Then I ask to talk to a supervisor oh they are all busy. They will call you back. Never do I ever get a phone call of an update or from a supervisor. Only thing I get are for surveys. I paid alot of money for these solar panels. They were quick to complete my job but dont want anything to do with warranty work.

      Had Lumio for almost 2 years. Was lied to about how low my bill would be barely made any difference. Were told we would get a ****** tax credit which was also a lie. Have 2 microinverters out since February we recieved the inverters in April but can't contact anyone to replace them. I regret ever getting these panels.
