      If I could give a lower score I would. I was told by the solar rep **** that if I signed up (11/2022) for installation with Lumio (which I didsilly me) I would have panels in by the end of of the year. Now we are in 2024 I have no panels, a sub panel that was installed incorrectly, a project manager who wont answer my calls or texts, a bill from a finance company for panels that were never installed and everything time I call ** told the project manager has to look into it. It got to a point where I had to go to the website request solar panels to installed as if I was a new Customer to have someone return my call. Now its more of the same. Im still making payments to finance company who has already paid Lumio and another project manager who doesnt want to return my calls and has started to forward my calls like Im the nuisance. I want and full refund and the BBB to investigate Lumios deceptive practices. Im also thinking of reaching out to the Investigative reporter ****************** of ******* Area to expose Lumio.

      We have solar panels installed by Lumio. For us, they have been a good company to work with. We had a nice experience with their employees, from early on with sales people who came to our door, and actually followed up, to the installation and inspection teams, to the billing department. I feel like they have been professional and the workmanship was quality. I also think the price was fair and from my research, we received top quality solar and equipment. We've had the panels for a year now and they are working well. It did take a bit of time to get the panels installed and inspected, but I feel it was worth it and I think they were busy during the end of NEM3 in ********************I never give reviews of companies, but I feel they deserve a good review. Thank you Lumio!

      I've been told someone's going to reach out to me for a quote on one or two more panels soon from sonova. Everything's a little better since I got new air conditioning. Now I'm only in the red a few days a week instead of every day.

      I was misled by Lumio sales rep on benefits of going solar. I was told solar would produce 110% they did not tell me that my electric **. Ocala utilities only bought back about 50%, so my solar paid $40 on this month's bill leaving a balance of $215 then add solar payment $212. on top of that so I am now paying more for electric than before I had solar installed. Then there is the tax credit I was told I **uld use to pay down solar to keep payment from going up, you do not get that money in your hand so there is NO way you can pay down solar. If you owe no taxes you do not get the credit it just sits out there in limbo waiting for you to owe taxes. I was also told that once solar was paid off I would no longer receive electric bill. I was also told that if I were to sell home the loan would transfer, or panels removed if new owner did not want them, **me to find out the new owners would have to qualify to take over loan and if they did not want panels I would still be responsible for them. I am so disgusted by the line I was fed and fell for. I wasn't that upset until I found out that my electric ** did not buy back that much and you did not get tax credit in hand. Duke energy gives their customers 100%, why can't ocala electric? I have written the **mpany, the loan **, **mplaint with the state, I have been doing this for over a 18 months ow at least!

      Fast and efficient installation. No money out of my pocket, just low solar bill and bill credits towards my pocket. I signed up and week later they were putting the panels on my roof just like it said in the design. Very satisfied!

      One word! Aggressive!These door to door sales kids are canvasing our neighbors all the time and don't give a flip about "No Soliciting!" signs, even if u read it to them. In Broken Arrow they are supposed to have a permit for door to door, but when asked, the kid told me that he has one, but isn't showing it to me? I said, " Great, you can show it to the cops and called the police. He continued to be get smart with me and told me to go ahead and call the police, like it was no big deal? This is after he got really pushy and started talking to me like I was stupid because I wasn't going to agree with his sales pitch.

      Do not use Lumio. They will leave you absolutely high and dry. I have seen first hand how they just forgot about customers. Leaving them with unfinished solar systems. Engineering taking months. Systems left non functioning for a year+. Terrible customer service. They will not answer. And the people they hire are completely incompetent. They were started and are run by people who fail solar companies to take government funding and subsidies and loans until they burn every bridge and then shut down and start a new company. This is their business model.

      Lumio has been great to me. The solar system got rid of my electric bill. Im super happy my bill was getting into the 300s and now Im paying 186. I would recommend my solar **************************** if youre in the **** areas. He helped me out a ton and I wouldnt have gotten solar if it wasnt for him. He was there every step of the way and he still picks up my calls.
