      I have been trying to get use of my system for over a year now and I have been paying two bills for over 8 months and I have yet to receive my reimbursement for that time. When I call for information about my account I can never get a solid answer my refund has been pending for over 8 months. I don't understand how it has taken so long to receive a refund when Im paying 2 bills and I have spent so much money. I would not recommend this company to anyone else after this experience.

      I recently had the pleasure of working with Lumio for the installation of solar panels at my home in ********, **, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process and the results.From the initial consultation to the final installation, Lumio demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. Their team was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They took the time to explain the benefits of solar energy, the installation process, and what to expect in terms of energy savings and efficiency.The installation itself was seamless. The Lumio team arrived on time, equipped with all the necessary tools and materials. They worked efficiently and diligently, ensuring that the panels were installed correctly and securely. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and their commitment to maintaining a clean and organized worksite. They even went the extra mile to ensure that the aesthetic of the solar panels complemented the look of my home.One of the standout aspects of Lumio's service was their focus on customer satisfaction, from the sales team to the installation crew.

      The issue weve had starts with the misinformation on the credit we would receive for installing solar. I and my wife are both self employed so are not eligible for the tax credit. I wish they had been more clear. Second. There was a mix up with installation and we were changed an additional $350 ish dollars. I have text messages and emails stating we would be reimbursed for this, but had to wait ***** days. Its been almost 1 year. And now they have ghosted me on email and text message. Please please please do not use this company. There are many other solar companies out there that do not run their company like this one.

      We were sold a bill of goods from Lumio. We have had the MAXIMUM amount of solar panels we can have per our square footage with zero return on our energy bill. For 9 months the panels were not even functioning and it took us another 2 months to get a tech to come to our home and address the issue of our nonfunctional gateway. When it stopped functioning again, customer care representatives hung up on us then, sent an email describing how to " trouble shoot the system ourselves." We cannot get a tech to come to our house and, multiple emails to customer care at ********************** have all gone unresponsed to. This company is a complete scam and now there is a class action suit filed against Lumio for some of the same complaints above. Daily, there are sales people from Lumio canvassing our neighborhood on scooters and segways, harassing our neighbors in attempts to sell Lumio solar. We stopped one representative and explained the issues we were having. He attempted to get a tech to come out to our house and was told there was nothing more Lumio could do for us and, the tech called us and canceled the appointment to come to our house. Beware of this company, they are a scam.

      Their door-to-door sales personnel need to learn what respect is. One of their Lumio reps came to my house today and tried his best to bamboozle me with his sales pitch. How hard can it be mentally to process and understand what the word no means. Even with a no soliciting sign on my door post it did no good. I don't know who in ************ gives out soliciting permits to these people, but they should offer IQ tests and reading comprehension tests to them and be able to fine Lumio and other companies with their ****** aggressive sales tactics. No one should have to contend with this type of garbage. I will say, someday someone might get hurt. The City of St. **** needs to put out guidelines to these companies and fine them when complaints are made. Maybe we need better City Officials who know how to take control of issues to get things done.

      Lumio's installation had several issues resulting in a system that didn't work. To restocks that issue I contacted customer support to request assistance. Their customer support was terrible. The troubleshooters speed up, disconnected my system (without letting me know they were at my house). I talked to them while they where troubleshooting the wrong panels. They said they were going to get someone and be back. They never came back. I turned the system on and did the repairs myself. I do not recommend this company.

      Pleased with the system. During these summer months we are producing a surplus of electricity. In addition to the data about electricity production, I noticed that my consumption when we are away from home was higher than I thought, that allowed me to inventory our plugged in appliances and lights and turn off the ones that don't need to be on all the time.
