      *************************, and Truth installed my solar today and they crushed it! It took them 4 hours to complete my 4.8kW system. Im so excited to see my power bill be massively reduced by making ************. Thanks for the professional job Lumio. From Sales to installation everything has been smooth and I got solar on my home in about a month. Stoked!

      We told the salesman that we needed to replace the roof before moving forward. This company gave us a a bad vibe, so we told them no thanks. Now they wont stop calling using high pressure tactics threatening to charge us $3500 for cancellation. They lied saying they paid for permits. (we both worked for our city and know they only require permits for new construction that change SQ/Footage) then they said they ordered the materials. Any company that is this untrustworthy before any work was done, surely cannot be trusted afterwards. Stay away!!

Customers that cancel beyond that are subject to pay any costs Lumio has incurred up to that point. While it might not seem like Lumio had done anything on your project yet, there is a lot of backend work, such as design, that goes into it.       I bought solar panel from Lumio in March. When their sales rep came to sell their product, after I told him the price was too high, he agreed to reduce the price and, he wrote to me that if I sign up with their security bundle, I will get a rebate check for the monitor fee three weeks after installation. Then of course, the real contract never mentioned the reduced price and the rebate check. I protested to the attorney general in **, and they agreed to the price we initially agreed upon. However, it's been more than six weeks, and they still told me the check is "processing". Their customer service reps seem responsive to their customers, but you can't trust anything their sales reps say, even in writing.

      I'm a local contractor in ********** that has a service contract with lumio. I did $12,200 worth of excavation work with this company and it's been over 60 days since invoices have been submitted and i have yet to be paid. **************** law allows 10 days from invoice submission for payment. Im trying to be cordial and give them a gracious chance , but i can't get ahold of anyone at corporate or the ap department to discuss why I haven't been paid yet. The branch manager supposedly can't get an answer either and I'm starting to feel like I'm just getting bs excuses. A company of this size that can't pay subcontractors is disgraceful and terrible buisness practice. Currently ready to take legal action against them and I hear there are many more like me in the same boat and I hear there is a plethora of customers getting shiestered too. Hopefully they can make it right.

      Salesman and installers were here when they said they would be here. A tech came out to change out the breakers because they had placed the wrong breaker size in system. So far everything is ok.

      HELP!!!!! Our roof was 20 years old and your company sent a drone over our house and some men and told us that our roof was fine to install the panels. After a few months we got a leak in our back bedroom, Jamie came to fix it and two months later we got another leak and Jamie came out to try to fix it. At that visit he said we should have never had an okay from company to install panels because the roof was too old. After calling to take panels off because we needed a new roof immediately after being told that the company would take them off and put them back on during the meeting with Justin, we were told that it would cost $5,250 to remove and $5,250 to replace. The roofer said if we did not get them off the roof was ready to give out and they would land in the attic. We had them removed, new roof put on and have been trying to get the company to pick them up. They are securely packed with cardboard between each and a tarp over them. They have been there for over a month and the town inspector said we would have to move them or hire someone to take them to the dump. We have all the electric parts in our garage packed SO please come and pick them up before the town does. I am 81 and my husband is 91, had a stroke 3 years ago and I have had a nervous breakdown over this company!!! Please help!

      This company is a riot. First they gave me a price of $49,483.66 total cost including financing. That was for a roof, solar & a 200 amp breaker. Then they called me & let me know I didn't need one...they took the $5000 breaker out of the package & had me sign papers which I found out today added $10000 to my final with financing I call Goodleap & find out since then the total has grown to $64000. They hooked solar into a 100 amp breaker old since ****. They could have burned my house down if I woukd have started it up. There is a class action lawsuit forming against LUMINO for all who havebeen hurt by these crooks. They left my house a mess These are crooks RUN FAST! AN A- BBB? COME TO MY HOUSE!!! GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!

      I am not in the habit of writing reviews, but in this case, it is imperative. This company and its contractors lied to me for a full five months (yes, that's not a typo: 5 MONTHS), promising to get my roof done and with no results. I was the victim of deception, lies, gross mismanagement and zero customer support. I tried in vain to get someone to tell me why it was taking so long. I was only told that "these things take time, with all the shortages, blah blah blah and thank you for your patience." After all that time, and my being subjected to extreme stress and worry due to a leaking roof, they still had not even started. Unbelievable.
      I would stay far away from this company and their contractors as they are unreliable and will deceive you to the end. I don't even want to give them one star, but this form doesn't allow it.

      4 months after install, I still don't have a system that has passed inspection. I have worked with the sales **** ******** service rep with no resolve. They failed to follow up or follow through. Stay clear of this company. I am concerned that I might have been scammed.
