      We have had the best experience with Lumio Solar. *** our salesman in ********** has been very knowledgeable and addressed any questions immediately. The installation crew was fast and left everything cleaned up after. We have recommended Lumio to several of our friends and family. Our panels look great and the electrician did an excellent job on the new panel box and meters. From start to actual flipping the power on to solar was only a couple months.

      ******** came to my house and fraudulently created a signed lease after I had them check my lease financing using Sunnova. Hard to cancel lease and salesman never shows up again.

      The sales person, ************** brought in Deca/Lumio HX Contractors to install the solar panels. The solar panel installers ended up damaging my gutters after I had just replaced them in 2021. After several attempts to get the damage repaired it still has yet to be done. They keep saying someone is going to come and fix them. My kitchen ceiling now has a hole from the water damage due to the rain coming in from the smashed gutters. An inspector from *************** also noted the installation of the panels were done incorrectly and needed to be redone. I feel I was taken advantaged of because I am a single elderly lady.

      Lumio... Just like other comments here. They can never finish the install, it's been since December 2022 now the end of April. Called a hand full of times and haven't heard anything back. This company is a catch 22 and would rather leave you in the dark. I'm now pondering and curious about legally going after the company. Your junk is on my roof only deflecting sun light. ??

      This guy comes to my house in a gated, private community with plenty of "no solicitation" signs posted. He rides up on his hover board at 6:20 PM to interrupt my dinner. I called their customer service number, which says is open until 7 PM, but it disconnected. Looks like a scam, smells like a scam...

      I am still waiting for my solar system to be turned on. Even though my payments have started the system hasn't passed inspection. I was told I would be receiving a ******* to pay for the first three months, but have not yet seen a dime. I was recently told that I had to prove to them that I qualify (I already did that) and I have sent them a copy of my first bill. I have called multiple times to find out the status of my system, but have yet to receive a return call. No impressed at all with their customer service. I'm about ready to contact my lawyer.

      This Company is terrible. Worst experience ever. They installed our Solar Panels back in October 2022 and we are now in April 2023 and still our Solar panels are not up and running. We are paying 2 bills PG&E and our Solar bill and have yet to receive reimbursement. What company does this? Oh wait, Lumio does. Would never refer anyone to this company.
