      I have just started with the process. So far Ket, the sales rep, and ****, solar survey, were professional and friendly. I have been recommending solar to everyone. Looking forward to finishing the project.

      I have had a terrible experience with Lumio. We were excited to go solar and have been so disappointed by the lack of professionalism and responsiveness from this company. I have tried to get in contact with them on several occasions as I am currently being billed for solar panels that have not been turned on (which have been installed since January) -- along with a double **** from my energy company! Unacceptable. What does it take to get some basic customer service?

      Id leave 0 stars if I could. Im in Southwest ******* and I am wondering why is this company is sending out sales people at almost 9 oclock at night?! Completely unacceptable. I have a Ring camera and have video of one of their sales people going door to door that late at night. And then the same person coming back the next morning! Horrific way to do business.

      Sales reps continue to come door to door and text after expressing we are not interested. Just rang my door **** and knocked and left my home again at 8:26pm this is unacceptable with children and pets. Have some respect for peoples family time / bed time routines. Upon first visit, I answered the door - and he showed me neighbors bills? Strange. Also, Let me know that my neighborhood is about to blow upWith door to door knocking and to get ready. ****** pushy will not get you more business!!!

      I have a no soliciting sign when an individual knocked and rang my doorbell. He told me I should've received a letter from Oncor, I hadn't but told him I would contact Oncor directly. He didn't acknowledge that, just went into his spiel by saying he lived down the street and described a vehicle there (ironically that description matches the car next door and not the street he supposedly lives on), I told him no thank you. He didn't acknowledge me and kept speaking. I told him I'm not interested and he kept speaking. I had to firmly say no and close the door. It was uncomfortable and I felt the practice he used of describing a familiar vehicle in the area to put a female at ease was shady at best, especially when the vehicle he described is parked next to my house.

      Thank goodness for Lumio! I have been living in Northern ********** for 7 years now and my electrical **** has gone to well over 400$. I had somebody come over and give me a quote about 11 weeks ago and was very surprised to see them able to cut my **** almost in half. I went solar with them and in 6.5 weeks I had panels on ******* and the whole process was very smooth for me and my wife.

      did business with deca. didnt install panels on garage, have not sent ma a check in the amount of 5000$ or so which would equal to 2 years of payments as promised. salesman ********************* had left the company before the company became lumio, now there is no record of any agreement of the promises he made to entice me into going solar. he never returned the information regarding the promise since he left the company and took or deleted our agreement. i can go on and on, but i would think that if lumio is a reputable business, they would address my concerns. their only response is "did you get it in writing?" they just dont want to be responsible for the shady dealings that the company which they aquired are responsible for.
