      I signed up with shedrx through Groupon. I received the initial product but knew I would not be able to afford their monthly billing. I reached out to them via email since that was what their website said I had to do to cancel and I received no response. Now they have billed my credit card. I went online and confirmed the way to cancel and it said it can only be done via email or text. Since I already emailed and received no response I sent a text but I have received no response. Upon seeing all the complaints about their business I have no faith in their trustworthiness to actually cancel my subscription so I have canceled my credit card. Good luck billing me now. Seriously a dishonest company. Customer beware.

      I started using this company for a prescription service. They are the middle man between customers and compounding pharmacies that give access to lower-dose prescriptions for weight loss medications. They are charging my card on file, but not sending out the medication. They have charged for May, 2025 but I have not received the order. It was due 1 week ago. They have told me from the beginning that this is an auto-renewal each month so that I could receive medication ON TIME. Now they are saying I have to "request" a refill each month and will not acknowledge that that this is the case. I have been without medication now for a week. They take zero responsibility, they just take your money. Upon request I have all supporting documentation over the past 4.5 months.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      customers are being told conflicting information routinely, regarding refills of their medications   
      one month we are told it should auto renew, the next month told to submit refill requests.  
      payments come out of our accounts timely but medications are not shopped timely. This is causing medical issues and unneeded stress upon bodily systems which is undue, simply because this company does not maintain accurate processing and shipping times.    
      There is no excuse for conducting business in such a disorganized manner. you are affecting the health of many people this way. 
      You are not operating with integrity by blaming the customer for not submitting refill requests, when, during account activation, you state that medications ship out automatically ensuring timely receipt.

      I used the medication provided for the first month and had horrible side effects. I asked to be refunded the next month due to the side effects. The company charged me without sending me next month’s subscription. The company has been pressuring me to meet with a provider, so I can continue taking the medication they are selling. I want to cancel my subscription. The cancellation ask you to give up your right to a refund for all the previous months. The company purposely delays message to charge you for the next month. I have disputed the charges with amex already and froze my card.

      The member did not schedule their follow up appointment with the provider and then disputed their account.  All members are held to a two month minimum per terms and conditions when a member signs up.

      I have been trying for weeks to get my Credit Card information removed from the login in on the website as I have canceled my account a month ago every time I text or email they say 24-48 hours and nobody gets back to me to get this taken care of, they have no direct line to talk to anybody in person…I paid on time they should hold to their word and get my issue taken care of in the 24-48 hours the keep saying…

      I purchased a Groupon for semaglutide compounded formula through Shedrx.
      I redeemed the Groupon and received a vial that is filled with a brown solution and when I read the label it said it was glycine, B12 and semaglutide. I have no idea what amounts of each and when I asked about it I was told that is what compounding means. no, it is not what compounding means. Compounding is where a pharmacy makes a prescription individually for specific concerns of each patient. It does not mean adding things in without telling the person.

      I asked for a refund and then I was told I needed to order more and could get a discount. THey are shady and I will never use this vial of brown liquid.

      I had a disappointing experience with ShedRx. While their billing policy is straightforward, the real issue was how long they took to process my order. After being charged, they waited an entire week before even submitting my prescription to the compounding pharmacy. This unnecessary delay meant I didnt receive my tirzepatide on timesomething that can seriously impact someone who relies on regular dosing.When I reached out, the company repeatedly gave me the same canned response about billing and shipping timelines, completely ignoring the actual concern: their delay in fulfillment. Instead of taking accountability, they deflected and were defensive in tone.I ended up canceling my subscription. If youre considering ShedRx for a time-sensitive medication, Id strongly suggest looking elsewhereespecially if you expect timely communication and reliable service.

      I met with my provider with Shedrx on 3/31 and she approved my prescription. I was told that my prescription went to the pharmacy on 4/4 and it would take 10 business days to receive. The medication never came I contacted them and requested a refund and was told that they could not give me one. I never received the medication or tracking number. I am really upset since I don't have money to throw away!

      I signed up with shed RX March. I scheduled an appointment and on my scheduled date and time the doctor did not get on the zoom call at the scheduled time, he actually called me 45 minutes after my scheduled time and after I was the zoom link for over 20 minutes waiting on him to join in on zoom. That was the first red flag. I paid $199 for my first month. They debited my card on file for $299 for my seconds month because according to them you must be in the program for 2 months before you can cancel the services because I tried to cancel after I went through the first month because of the unprofessionalism and not being able to speak with anyone at no giving time. I have paid $299 and still almost a month later I still do not have the medication to continue my process if trying to ***********. I have gained the the weight back and then some because I haven't been able to continue with process because I have not received my second dosage of medication. I have have tried to get the prescription canceled and get my money back but I can only text and in that I have been told that they are not able to reach the pharmacy to cancel the prescription and refund me my money.

      Have emailed them several times as I initially used a Groupon and it didnt go thru and was charged the full $199 amount. Have texted and emailed them several times to 1) get a refund and 2) cancel my membership and still have not heard back. So frustrating, should have known with all these complaints. Will have to file a dispute with my credit card company if I dont hear back soon.
