      This company is an absolute nightmare. You cant get in touch with anyone for customer service. I have cancelled an appointment but continue to receive text messages about the cancelled appointment and warning of cancellation charges. They have already charged me even though I have not received any services at all. I am not patiently waiting to cancel this membership completely and finally be done with this traumatizing experience. I am also postpartum and this has been the absolute worst thing to deal with. I am at my wits end and cannot get anyone at Shed RX to help me. Do not waste your time with this absolutely horrible company. They are complete scam artists and I will be sure to let everyone know.

      I have reached out to them countless times about canceling my subscription and they will not contact me back.. this has been going on for over a week!!! Numerous texts (since thats the only way to communicate and or email) and I have emailed them-still nothing! They will text back if you are still spending money but the minute you say you dont want it anymore its crickets! Stay away from this company!!!

      ShedRx failed to renew/send me my prescription and has charged me for the last 3 months for nothing. They placed a note to the pharmacy to hold my prescription, then told me that it was already ordered and was on its way. I waited over a month (about 6 wks), until I found this out. They then told me the problem was resolved and that I would get my medication in the next 5 days. Another week went by and still no medication. I then texted again to get this issue resolved, they then assured me again that it was resolved and medication was on its way. During this time, and when I asked to be credited for the time that I wasnt given any service or medication, they would just ignore me. I asked and complained several times, just to be ignored.After getting fed up with their service, I then asked to cancel my membership/subscription. Its been 3 weeks now, where Ive told them several times to cancel my subscription, and they keep sidestepping and asking if Im sure, or why I would want to cancel. All of the info on the poor service is right there in our text conversations. I feel like Im being held hostage, I cant even cancel my membership or remove my payment information from their website. My advice: find a better provider, there are plenty better ones out there that will also accept ***. This business will take your money and rob you!

      My experience with Shed has been amazing. They have a coach with you all the way through your journey. Having a coach and listening and following her tips has made my second to none. Her tips have kept side effects at bay. I can tell you I wouldnt have had the success Ive had without her. Ive lost 30 lbs in 6 months. I know people who are taking similar medications through other providers and are not having the same success. Ive chosen to come off the medication and have had success not gaining it back due to the habits i built and was coached on. The cancellation process was easy. You just have to make sure you do it within their stated terms of 14 business days. This a normal term in line with other businesses who have subscriptions for products. Thank you Shed. If I ever need to do this again, I will choose Shed.

      ShedRX is covered by *********************** Accounts (FSA/HSA) and have a variety of options for weight loss support They provide coaching and supplements to support clients and communicate well. I'd highly recommend them for weight loss medications to support your goals. It worked better than expected for me.
