      Theyre never a second late withdrawing the payment yet they are often late with medication delivery. Now require a 2 week notice for cancellation. I was about cancel last month but decided to give them 1 last chance. Well today, 2 days before the medication was supposed to arrive , Im notified I need to make an appointment with the doctor. Thats fine, I dont mind having the appointment but they didnt know before this??? Now its too late to cancel before next payment withdrawal. How convenient!

      Ive had a great experience with ShedRxs customer support. The medication shows up on time and their support team is always able to answer my questions quickly.

      Deliveries are always late. They never tell me that the product is going to be late. These medications are timed and are needing to be delivered appropriately so you can stay on schedule. Beware of this Company

      ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I paid for medication, I didn't receive what was advertised and what I paid for. They refuse to cancel my subscription that I did NOT sign up for, nor will they refund or send me what I did pay for. They will not respond AT ALL. FRAUDSTERS FRAUDSTERS FRAUDSTERS. ******. No will respond except AI. They STEAL your money. Then try and steal MORE because no one will contact you to cancel! ********

      Charged me 3 times for medication and never received it. Cannot get in touch with anyone!!! Extremely frustrating and would never deal with this company again

      *** had several issues with this company. First they never assessed my needs and fit for the med I wanted yet they were ready to ask me for a payment of $300 plus. I wanted my fee and they refused to give it back. I believe they are a hoax and steal peoples money. They feed off people vulnerabilities. I am out $15 while that aint much they didnt deserve that money - they didnt do anything.

      I had no problem signing up and getting my first dose of medication. But I had an adverse reaction with my first dose. I reached out via text and was told I needed to schedule an appointment with the doctor. Appointment was schedule same day and the doctor never showed up. I reached out again via text and they have gone silent. I have sent an email to cancel my subscription and have heard nothing. This is a scam. Do not use this company as they just take your money and run.

      Im a healthy 30 yrs old. The medication got me really sick. I was advised by my primary care physician to stop using. I tried canceling and was told I signed a 2 month contract and couldnt cancel until two months worth of payments had processed. Further, their initial exam is non existent. They give this away to anyone. Absolutely immoral company. I wouldnt advise them for anyone.

      ****. My wife was overcharged for plan, by $100 and not provided with higher dose of medication. Medication was usually warm and ice packs totally thawed. Tried to cancel, first told didnt complete agreement. After I showed proof of completing 2 months, then told I was 2 days late for 14 days before renewal. They charge you 2 weeks before sending medication, so that once you receive shipment it is too late to cancel. This way they keep your subscription going. Also, providers never actually personally evaluate or speak with patients

      I thankfully did not go with their expensive plan although I just needed a receipt for my FSA acct. and they are unresponsive just for a receipt. I kind of knew it was a SCAM when the person that did the video chat was a really larger guy and would not directly look into the camera or was unable to answer any questions. If I could leave negative stars I would.
