    I have a solar system installed it has not passed inspection so it cannot be turned on..l have been waiting over 2 months for what was described to me as a easy fix. It needs a coupling the inspector and electrician said when they were at my home for the inspection over 2 months ago.. they said it was a (easy fix) .

    To fix this problem we need to have a temporary disconnect with *************************** We have been in communication with the customer. Our last communication was on the 3rd of October.  We don't have control over *************************** We are really at their mercy.  We DO have it scheduled for the 28th of October with *************************** That is the soonest we could get.  We are diligently working on getting this completed.

    In July of 2021, we purchased Solar panels/installation from G3. Installation commenced on 9/8/21. Due to back and forth issues with the town i live in(*********, **), G3 was unable to get an approval on the installation until 12/2021. Which is when the panels were eventually switched on. Part of the installation process was to change out some of the circuit breakers in the circuit panel for the home. Within 120 days of the panels being operational, the circuits starting tripping and part of our home lost power. the issue has persisted since and what started as an occasional incident is now grown to an issue that occurs multiple times throughout the day and well into the evening. i first alerted G3 of this on 6/14/22 and asked for someone to come out and take a look at the issue for me. i spoke with a *************************** and he stated that he would have a technician contact me about coming out. since then, i have not gotten a response from G3. no one has contacted me back about the issue. i have tried G3 several times since the initial call and no one has returned my phone calls.. on 7/29/22, i reached out to the lender for our solar panels to file a complaint with them in hopes that they can reach out to G3 and have someone get back in contact with us. we have not gotten a response on that complaint. My concern is that the problem will proceed to grow and subsequently loss power to the whole home and not just one portion and we can no longer be in the home due to extreme temps where we live.
