  My experience with g3 from front to end was phenomenal, great communication, they helped me walk through my tax credit. Now Im excited to be producing my power through the sun. 10/10 recommend using g3

  G3 was so great to work with. Our system had several delays due to city permitting and working with the utility. G3 kept us informed and up to speed through the whole process. So happy we chose to work with them.

  Had several different companies quote my solar for my house. It was a little complicated as it was on a pergola by the pool. G3 was thousands of dollars less. It took several months to get the permit and get the city to approve our design. G3 communicated with me every step of the way. It was not an easy system but the fought through and got it done for me. System looks great and works perfect. Thanks guys.

  This has been an absolute terrible experience from right after the salesman left and told me that my bill would be a certain price and then to find out that it was going up after a year. Then this Salaman provided a CC for $500.00 which in order to activate it I have to provide my birth certificate and SS number. NOT. And on top pf everything when my disabled husband has tried to reach this Cayden individual, he WON'T return calls and his manager *** will not returns either. So, I strongly not recommend this company.

  Do not use G3 Solar! They strung out my solar installation for many months. Aside from the installation process being a disaster (they sized the system wrong and didn't take correct dimensions before trying to install), their follow-up and communication has been a joke. They told me they will make things right multiple times, and they also claimed that my system is complete and working on multiple occasions. However, my electrical bills are higher now than they were last year with only a slight increase in usage YOY, and I don't see any credit on my electric bills for the power generated by the panels. They did a usage analysis and sent a tech to look at the panels and then simply told me that everything is working. I didn't pay $24k for a solar system that doesn't offset any of my electrical usage.

  This has been an absolute terrible experience from right after the salesman left until now where I am sitting in limbo waiting for their customer service to actually call me back like they were supposed to a week ago.The salesman told me that I could add $****** onto the price of the system for home renovations. He said it was no problem at all and they do it all the time.When it came time to install they sent me an unlicensed crew to install my system. My local inspector shut that down immediately. Then I had to wait a week and a half to two weeks for them to get a licensed crew to put in the system after they had already put brackets and holes in my roof.Now the finance company is refusing to release payment because the ****** that I was assured was no problem at all to add on is not going to fly. I've called and called and called and had my case escalated to different people in the system and they assured me they're going to give me a call by the end of business day and then never call. I have now left three voicemails for ***** the escalation manager and still haven't gotten any calls back. So either they're trying to scam me out of $****** or they don't have any control over what their salespeople are telling customers.I would never ever, ever recommend this company to anyone.

  This is the worst company ever. They have terrible customer service and wont fix their mistake. I got solar panels they said everything looks great after they inspected the roof 2 days after instal it rained and I found that clothes in my daughters closet were wet. Her room is nearly directly under where the panels are. It started as a large bubble of water in the ceiling then in a couple days turned to a giant hole. We have recently found out their is a dip in the roof causing the leaking into the ceiling. According to their site survey the roof was in great condition and the shingles were replaced 3 years ago right before we moved in. So now after more than 2 months of them never answering the phone when I call and 4 of their people coming to look at it they wont fix it. Their owner is biased against the salesman who sold me the panels and has told the salesmans company he (the G3 owner) will not fix anything for this sales reps ********** The owner has the worst business practices and his company should be shut down. If it werent for the company that sold me the panels going out of their way to help me contact this company I know I would have never got any response from them. My roof and ceiling are still not fixed and it has as of yesterday started to snow.

  This is an invalid review. the lead on their roof has nothing to do with the solar system. We have pictures to prove that it came from where the swamp cooler was on a totally seperate roof section. In our contract it states that we are not responsible for the condition of their roof before the solar install. The leak came from the swamp cooler and has nothing to do with our company. We told them to call a roofing company which they never did. So to help them out I had a contact to a roofing company where we went out an patched the roof temporarily for an emergency for free and then asked the roofing company to help them out with a really inexpensive bid to help them out. Im not sure what else we could have done with this customer.

  I live in South Carolina and had my panels installed around March 2020. This was the worst financial investment in my entire life! I am not saving money at all nor have I ever received the federal or state credits for going solar. Going solar is all a SCAM!
