    G3 Solar breached their contract, waited until my financing had expired to start installation, left a massive mess in my yard and driveway in the snow and then wouldnt complete installation. Agreed to in house financing was ver the phone, was reassured several times, and then was told no, a cash only offer or they were pulling out. At this point I was so frustrated I let it go in January of 2023. Here we are now in August and I get a call about trying to finish the project or coming to pick their equipment up. I had the home rented out and wasnt entirely sure what all was still there, told them I knew the rails were on n the side of the house and to come get them. Never received a call until 3 days later at just before midnight I get a call from a local police officer who said one of their techs came I. And took pictures and videos of m property showing the equipment and they had filed charges for stealing against me which would carry a felony because of the value.. I sent the officer the text messages between ******************************* and I showing where she said she would have a crew come out and pick up the equipment. To the messages he was very confused and said he was glad he called me first. On a side note, the panels had been moved to the back of the garage by a tenant and were found as I was cleaning it out this week with the cooler weather we had in *********.

    My Parents purchased solar panels from this company and hits been a disappointment since. Their electric bill was never reduced. They never really received the large tax credit they were promised being that they both are disabled. My Dad paid the $40,000 to pay off the solar panels and shortly afterward one of the panels completely stop working dominion energy contacted my parents, they came out and informed them of the problem. The electric bill went from $250 which was high to $900.00 my parents contacted G3 the electric reached out to them. They called my they have been giving my parents the run around for more than 7 months now. G3 is not a company I would recommend. I'm working on finding a lawyer for a class action lawsuit

    we have been in constant contact with this customer from our CRM notes. The panel that he is complaining about had a bullet hole in it. The customer states that we installed it that way. Its been almost 5 years since the installation. Im sure we would have been contacted before now if we installed a panel with a bullet hole in it. We did however, file a claim with the panel company to see if they would replace it.

    G3 Solar was amazing to work with. **** in **** was so helpful. She kept ** informed every step of the way- We were installed 35 days after signing docs. The permitting stage went very fast for **. Highly recommend this company! We are very pleased!

    Wow This process was fast and convenient ***************** in **** was my contact person with G3 every timeline he told me was early from instillation to powering of my panels , Crew was fast , inspection, was fast , I have been 100% Happy with my decision to switch to solar panel energy

    I had 48 panels installed and Im truly happy with the entire process. Highly recommended G3 solar. I was updated every step of the way. Inspection took about 3 weeks but that was the expectation I received in the email from project coordinator. Super happy with it all
