    This is a horrible company! We bought our solar panels about 4 and a half years ago. We have had to replace the inverter 2 different times and the cell kit once and now the cell kit has failed again- they are unreliable to say the least: they always make promises that they are unable to keep regarding when they are going to show up at your house to service your failed equipment.Most recently I have been trying to get G3 out to our house to replace the Cell Kit which is under warranty from Solar Edge- they keep making excuses (going on a month now) as to why they cannot get someone to come out.This company is a joke and deserves to go out of business or just to get shut down by the Better Business Bureau I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy and I suggest anyone thinking about getting solar panels installed to steer clear of them

    The company and ***** were very helpful in understanding my situation regarding solar and worked extensively to make sure I had all the information up-front on if solar makes sense for me.They sent information about the panels and hardware they'd use, likely how many and their whole process and how it's made to make home-owners lives easier by taking the risk of following up for permitting and design with no cost to start for you. As they explained it it sounded like payments if financing is needed won't kick in until the solar is on. There was a little pressure to sign a purchase agreement and loan application, but after explaining more about wanting time to do research and check in with how home insurance would be effected, provided me space and time to look into these things.They aren't the cheapest (and even admit that they probably aren't) but what comes built in is the warranty and service. It was quoted around 60k for a 9ish KWH system and some home insulation and efficiency improvements.Ultimately I did not go with a system right now being right on the edge of making it beneficial (system cost, insurance, life factors), they would be a solar company I'd compare for my next home if I were in the areas they service.

    Horrible company to deal with. The loan got funded prior to completion and the project is still not finished. *********************, project coordinator, wont call back or respond to emails. Sets dates for repairs and nothing happens not even a phone call. This has been going on for over a year. Now it looks like I will have to get my attorney involved. Find a better company for your solar needs. Going with this company was my biggest mistake.

    Responded to "no upfront cost" ad. Booked an appointment. Rep never showed up and never contacted me to say they were going to be late or rebook appointment. Company seems like a scam. I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time with this garbage company.

    DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They are very hard to get a hold to they dont respond in a timely manner at all! ! We were still getting electric bills from January until now. We were told that we get a year free with NO electric bill it was a lie. I wish we wouldnt have chosen this company Im very displeased with the whole system not happy! The ****** nest is not compatible with our home heating system and we were informed it would increase our solar offset. So with the ****** nest not being compatible we will not receive the proper offset to ensure we have no electric bill! We as well have yet to make receive a call back in regard to being able to track our systems production therefore we dont know if they system is properly working and or generating electricity for our home. I wish I could send it all back to them! PLEASE dont deal with these people dont walk away run as fast as you can they tell lies about the whole set up!

    Do not use this company. I have had nothing but problems with them. my system since installed has only worked properly for about 1 month. That was last month. Panels are constantly going down. I still have an electric bill and am paying the loan for the system. After install people don't answer your calls. the seller and installer. I now have a different installer. Right now I'm having problems with 4 panels. Run! don't walk away. Don't do it.

    03/19/24 The system was installed in middle of December 2023. It has not been energized because the power company will not change over the meter until 3G gets a placard up indicating two points of power input from the solar. Repeated calls and emails have not been addressed to resolve the issue. I have found out 3G doesn't even have an office in ****, but are based out of ****** **.Will i ever get anyone to explain operation once up and running? Don't think so. Also found out their prices are inflated after talking with other solar companies. They have fast talking sales people, so buyer beware.

    Would never recommend them to anyone. Its been months of this process and here are the issues we faced. 1. Being pressured to sign an e-contract without being given time to read the contract 2. No communication on how processes are supposed to go once we signed. Had random communication from unidentified people with no follow through. For instance, solar installer did no show up 3 times. They did not call and cancel. They simply did not show up and I had to call to see what had happened. G3 then left the pallet of materials in my driveway blocking access for 2 weeks until they were able to send a crew. I was told they were going to send someone to move it. They did not. Absolute lack of follow through on everything on their end. 3. I was told there would be a 25 year material warranty. THAT IS FALSE. After me bothering 3 different people, I was finally sent warranty info for only PART of the system and they both say theres only 10 year warranty. Outright lied to. 4. They tried to get me to sign a document stating that my solar was installed and ready for utility inspection that was the complete wrong form. They seemed to be unaware of even where Im located ? 5. Throughout the entire process it was absolutely unclear who ran what. No one identified themselves professionally nor performed any duties to fix issues or clarify communication without me attempting to contact multiple times. 6. Now G3 submit the wrong photos and photos that ARE NOT even of the system they installed on my house to our electric provider so we cannot get PTO. *** tried contacting G3 multiple times to fix this but I have not heard anything back and no action has been taken. In conclusion. I feel stuck and scammed. My roof now has a permanent money pit on it that doesnt even function. I would never recommend G3 to anyone else after this horrible experience.

    The project has been great from getting started to the install. The equipment drop off and the panel installers were great and very polite. The scheduling department and the group trenching for the cable have been pathetic. Scheduling didnt understand the job scope and I had people showing up to install needing someone at the house to let them In when were not at home when I specifically asked if we needed to be home and was told we did not need to be. Wrong!!! Trenching still isnt finished so I have equipment on my roof ready to be turned on but no cable to land or even a trench to put it in. Still waiting.

    My system was installed on 2018, last September it stop working. I have tried to reach this unprofessional G3 solar business and have not gotten any help. I am paying for a system that is not working. I am need of system update. Plus I have warranty with G3 solar but they are not willing to contact me back. Do not use this company at all Sincerely ******* D **************
