    G3 Solar is the absolute worst company I have ever done business with. Let me tell you about my experience:Salesman shows up at my door. Nice kid. Very personable and professional. I decide to sign up. My project went smoothly up to the point I agreed to the installation. As soon as my name was on the paperwork. Im Ghosted.Someone eventually called to schedule material drop off on a Friday and install on Monday. Then someone called and asked for the appointment for installation on Monday be moved to Friday and material drop on Thursday. They dump materials in the middle of my garage floor on Thursday while I'm at work. Im in ohio. It's cold and it snows, that's why i have an attached garage.Installer shows up on Friday and leaves 15 minutes later. Rescheduled for Saturday. No show. Rescheduled for Monday. No show. No call on Monday.I called Tuesday asked for materials to be removed. 3 more no shows on material pick up.I finally put a chain on the pallet of materials and drug them to the curb, snapped a picture and sent it to them.Told them to get the materials or the thieves will.G3 finally picked up materials that night. When G3 thought they would get their materials stolen they were able to get a truck out.That was my experience with installing and scheduling. This was my calls to the office experience:Talked to receptionist. She was very nice and professional. Got her supervisor.She makes excuses and promises she will call the next morning with confirmation of the contract termination. No call.I call that afternoon and finally got her to email termination confirmation. I admit. I was not nice after they continued to repeatedly lie.Here are G3 solars totals:3 missed installs 3 missed pick ups.Multiple lies from at least 3 people in their office.G3 Solar is incompetent and dishonest. The only way they could possibly stay in business is because the federal government is more incompetent than they are.Stay away from G3 Solar.

    The salesman ***************************!Can in to my home! Set down with me and my wife! Tpld us about the program and the benefits of going solar, He explains that the size of my house i would need about twenty panels, then 16 though I only receive 14 Panels.I have not receiving the contract I'm supposed to have with the company I wouldn't even give me the program app to follow the usages. I was told that I would stop receiving electric bill or an administrative bill, no so, I'm still receiving bills.

    The 3GSolar installed solar panels on my roof in ******************* several years ago. Two years ago, a leak was reported where they had drilled for the installation of Panels. Several panels needed to be removed before the leak could be fixed. Their two employees were working with me to fix the problem once the rain had stopped. It's been two years now and they both have stopped answering my phone calls, and the leak has become much more serious. I am contemplating a legal action against the company.

    My experience with G3 has been absolutely amazing. I researched a lot! So glad I did and picked G3 after the horror stories Ive heard about other companies. *** since referred several friends and family members. Ask for ************************* hes the best! The *********** they provide for their solar customers makes ALL the difference dont even consider another company

    ********************* @ G3 Solar sold ** on a roof replacement and new Solar panel project on our home. Couldn't be happier with the decision. From closing to install, **** was very on it every step of the way.

    Excellent service, with terrific communication along the entire process. other than needing to let the installing into the house, my involvement with the installers was minimal. A+ would recommend!
