    I signed an agreement with g3 solar for installation on my home on August 24, 2023.It is November 9, 2023 and still nothing. I would not recommend g3 to any homeowners.

    G3 is a good company to work with. If you have any questions about how your system will be put in, run, and what to expect from your system. They can help you understand what to expect out of the system. I can work with this company. The salesperson understand what you are feeling about the new system. And they will help you understand and calm you down and explain how to get rid of your worries.

    Given the many variables involved with solar panels getting installed I feel muly process went very smooth. ******* was my sales contact and he helped throughout the entire process. ******* was my project coordinator and was always cheerful and responsive. Solar panels just started producing a week ago and financing has so far been exactly as described.

    Horrible company. Quote people wrong size systems, use garbage inverters and panels, lie about their offsets . Use sun contracts so you have no idea who is installing your system. Good luck when and if something goes wrong because then you have to go through G3 , they have to go through the sub and its a horrible and time consuming process. Novice sales reps who arent trained properly.

    Horrible experience with G3 Solar - buyer beware! This organization was the prime contractor, subbing work out to a local organization **** Solar. From the get go this organization has not maintained sensible and accurate engineering for our solar project, which had led to multiple delays and inaccuracies within the contract itself (and leading to questions regarding the validity of our project). Finally, after 12 painful months of dealing with this organization and their atrocious level of project manager turnover (6 project managers for our project in the course of 12 months), our solar system was turned on. Since then, after being provided empty promises of compensation for not only the loan payments we'd been paying for (despite having a non-operable system), to then being told we would be compensated for time between our authorization to operate and when G3 could actually pull it together and turn the system on (again, delays due to engineering errors on their side of the project), G3 has not come forward to make good on any of those promised items. Now, they have not provided all of the appropriate project close out work and routinely dismiss my and my husband's communication with them. For any consumers considering working with them, avoid this organization at all costs. The only appropriate retribution would be to see them go out of business.

    The people at G3 were awesome!! My project manager ******* was amazing!! The install crew was clean and efficient. I cant say enough about what a great experience it was to work with them!! I would recommend them to anybody and everybody that is interested in installing Solar!!
