    So far , outstanding!!! Just had the first part of my installation, have yet to actually have service but it has all been explained in great detail and have good communication. The crew that came to install the system were polite, courteous, and professional. ****** the Electrician (install in ********** was Extremely informative and answered all my questions, Even though I was probably annoyingly excessive with the number of questions I had due to my own curiosity. The entire crew had an extremely positive attitude, and worked hard and diligently on my large system. To say that I was impressed with the work crew would be an understatement, they were incredible. If the work crew as an indication of the service I can expect from Ambia... I expect good things in the future.**********

    I worked with Ambia to get solar on my home. The panels were installed in July 2023. After months of no communication, with me or the electric company to complete applications and inspections the finally got an inspection scheduled and failed due to incorrect wiring. Cue months more waiting with no communication to get it corrected and inspected again, despite repeated emails and texts to try and get updates. The panels were not usable until Feb 2024. I repeatedly contacted Ambia customer service for updates and about getting compensation for my electric bill since they originally agreed in the contact that my panels would be operational by October 2023. Every time they agreed to escalate to a manager who would call me back, but no one ever did.

    The two men that came in were great. They were **** and ***. They never stopped all day and were great. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. After they finished, they cleaned everything up. I didn't find any scrap in the yard. I am extremely happy at the work they performed. They answered all questions that I asked also. Thanks guys!
