    I touched base today with the first guy, ***, who was out to my house end of last week to set up an in-home consult and told him I wasn't ready for a meeting. ****** proceeded to contact me tonight and was insistent on a home visit. I asked him to stop messaging me and he continued to harass and borderline threaten me. I am glad I didn't let this person in my home and around my family. I can't stress the aggression in his communication and warn others to stay away. He is a serious problem. I will never do business with this company.

    The workers who have done the install of solar panels and new electric box have been great! They were courteous, helpful, polite and I would gladly have them work again.HOWEVER, communication has been sorely lacking. The solar panels went ** in July. It is now Dec and the final hook up has not been completed. The electric box replacement was not done until Nov. Since the panel install in July, it has been VERY HARD to get anyone to talk to us. Email and occasional text but nothing else.Had I known it was going to take this long, I would have had serious reservations. Be sure you have a go to person if you are working with this company.

    This is a terrible company and should be avoided at all cost. My father paid for solar panels which were installed last year and they have yet to turn them on. He has now tried to contact the company several times with no response. We even tried to email the address they provided, but it no longer exists anymore. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

    Ambia has the worst customer service of any company I have ever worked with. They were very quick to get me under contract and install, but then would not respond to emails or messages left. Ambia does not do the installs they subcontract, and on the day of my installation, they installed a different size of panel than the drawing that was submitted to my city and utility company, so the installation failed when inspected. They have not updated the drawing, which would take 5 minutes. The installation was completed in August and I have a system that is sitting doing nothing.

    This company is absolute garbage. Zero communication. My panels were installed on 6/19/23. FOUR MONTHS LATER THEY ARE STILL NOT ON. No one will return my emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

    I recently bought solar panels through this company and long story short don't go with this company. It has been a hassle trying to get this company to turn on the solar panels. I've had them installed for about two months now and have been told multiple things, I've had different project managers that don't respond to emails and when you do get in touch with them they tell you they will get it situated and call you back and never do. IM TELLING YOU DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. If it wasn't for me having to pay for the uninstall I would have then uninstall them.
