    We had a salesman come to our house and he was very high pressure. He sent us several Docusign documents and encouraged us to sign just as a routine to get the *********** process going to see if we "qualified" for the program. He told us we could stop and back out at any time. After doing research we called him to cancel the project. He tried very hard for us to put the "project on hold". The next day we called and sent an email telling him we were no longer interested as we found other companies that were much more cost efficient. We never heard back from him. We checked the documents that he sent and they were actually "contracts." Luckily we cancelled the contract verbally and in writing on the very last day. This was very deceiving. I would not give them any stars at all.

    ***** and **** were very friendly, explained the process regarding solar for the home. Went into detail regarding the process, answered all questions, and explained future expectations regarding both parties. No down payments, no loan applications, no money up front.
