"iFit" is part of "ICON", *******'r of multiple lines of treadmills. I bought a NordicTrack Elite ******************* January 2020. Like many on here, the machine tried to update one night and failed. The machine is now a brick, and ICON wants $750 to fix the problem they created. There is now a class action lawsuit against ICON. Avoid this company and their products at all cost. I wish it was possible to give zero stars, because even one star is too generous.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I bought an exercise bike from Nordic Track. There was a free trail iFit membership with it. I did not like the programs they had and cancelled it almost immediately so I would not get charged for the membership. I confirmed that it was disconnected by going into the program on the bike. Now at least 4 years later, I get an email from iFit saying I am getting charged $431.64 for my annual membership. I look back to 2019 and have been getting charged every year, The charge comes in December 16th every year, in the middle of Christmas purchasing, and goes un-noticed. No email previously. I call iFit but they are closed on weekends, so I call this morning and of course they will refund my current charge, but the past three years I am out of luck, which I knew I would be. This is a warning to all who purchase any of their equipment, this is a scam and you really need to make sure you don't the annual charge on an account you have cancelled. I am requested to speak to a supervisor. One was not available to talk to me, so I am currently waiting a call back regarding the past charges. There is a reason why iFit has a 1.4 star BBB rating.

I bought a treadmill on Monday, December 11 and it was delivered Wednesday, December 13. I had no appointment or delivery communication from the company. They just showed up at my door and said they can only drop it off and the tip of my drievway. I had no one to help carry this large machine to my front door or garage. I didnt accept the order. Called Nordic Track immediately and asked them to refund me fully. They agreed however, they demanded $250 plus 10% restocking fee. After speaking with 3 different representatives, they offered I pay $250 plus 5% restocking fee or they will reschedule delivery and compensate me. They are willing to compensate but not refund? If I as a consumer need to abide their policy, shouldnt the company itself abide the same? For example, per their policy they are to give a delivery appointment and a 4 hour window.Im stuck paying this company that was unkind and not understanding of the situation. After speaking to the third supervisor, he said I can make an exception if I want to, but Im not going to for you. Thats discriminatory and personal. Yet they get away with robbing people of their hard earned money when they as well cant follow their own policies.

I bought a commercial treadmill-it is under warranty-less than a year old. It is broken-feels like you might fall through the treadmill. They will not send a technician out. They have to diagnose over phone, send a part, you install & if that doesn't work you can schedule a technician. I have wasted hours on the phone with them. This is a total scam and very poor customer service for an expensive item. I would never recommend Nordic Track and Ifit. Horrible and a scam.

I bought a new treadmill. The guy came out and installed it and there was a sticker on the screen that said I had to download the iFit app to "activate" the treadmill or it wouldn't work. I asked the installer guy, he knew nothing about it, so I downloaded the app, made an account, *********, it took forever. Every time I tried to go to the next page it would just circle and circle. FINALLY got through on my computer instead of my phone and it wanted me to sign up for a FORTY DOLLAR A MONTH SUBSCRIPTION with no other options. I got mad, found the treadmill instruction manual, and figured out that all I had to do was press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to activate it! I don't know what kind of marketing deal iFIT has with ProForm but I don't appreciate being lied to by a **** sticker and having my time wasted. Also, NO ONE wants to spend forty bucks A MONTH for some stupid fitness app. I will never use the iFIT app because of what I feel is a predatory practice to try to force people to sign up for their stupid app. I also think this probably violates some sort of "truth in advertising" rules. It has to be illegal to tell people they can't use their treadmill without an app, then trying to force them to buy a subscription to use the app! I think both ProForm and iFIT should be held accountable because they clearly both agreed to this deal.

I purchased an FS10i elliptical, and five months into it, a technician has come out five times to fix various issues with this unit. I just got off the phone with support to schedule my 6th appointment for a technician to repair my newest issue. They will not replace the unit because the 1st issue was outside the 30-day window. I am stuck with a lemon that continues not to work. I am utterly dissatisfied with the FS10i elliptical and will never buy or recommend Nordick track products. Horrible customer service is equal to the horrible ***** elliptical!!

We bought our treadmill during covid and have nothing but problems. We have had every part replacement at least once and some twice. Customer service is absolutely horrible and this should have been considered a lemon but they refuse to do the right thing. They send people out to fix the machine and they end up doing more damage. They order wrong parts and then Nordic wants to charge me more fees to have someone come out again.....ridiculous. This coming should not be allowed to do business this way with us have no recourse. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR EQUIPMENT.

I have an elliptical machine that I use every day. I purchased the iFIT subscription for a year, but never really got into using the programs. After my year subscription was up, they automatically charged my card for another year in advance, which I find very sneaky. I went online and believed I had cancelled it. When I called to try to have them refund the advance charge for the upcoming year, they said it was too late. At this point it was a month in, so I understand that I should pay for the month, but I don't understand why I have to pay for the next 11 months of a service that I am not going to use. To me, this is very shady business. I am very disappointed that companies can get away with this.

Trying to cancel , PERMANENTLY, your iFit membership is IMPOSSIBLE! Once you THINK youve cancelled it and have covered all your bases, they sneak into your account years later and take your $$ for a membership you cancelled over a year ago! I just looked at my account! Here I go again!
