      IFit membership is a HUGE SCAM!!!!They charge you monthly without any authorization or acknowledgment. I have clearly stated I DONT WANT ANY MEMBERSHIP PERIOD The sales clerk acknowledged you have opt out on our free membership and no further action is needed on my end. 3 months later I have charges on my credit card. The weirdest thing is I purchased the product on my Citi credit card but I have reoccurring membership charges on my Discover card. I have never given my credit card number on my discover card except for paying the 3rd party for delivery and installation. Furthermore, what I found out **** credit card has denied charges that iFit was attempting and when they exhausted their resources, they found my Discover credit card and proceeded to make changes and doctor up fake billing statements as their evidence of proof that my acknowledgment was legitimate. What they couldnt find was my signature or initials for approval. I also requested recording of my conversation with the sales manager and they said it was confidential and no further actions can be assessed unless I obtain it from the court. IFit is a HUGE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Dont purchase anything that has IFit as their primary source of exercise or training programs.

      I am a very loyal iFit/Norditrack customer and have 3 current machines including a **** Commercial Treadmill, s22i Bike and Fusion. I also have active service plans on all of them through iFit (who uses Icon). For my **** Treadmill (spent $3,000), when it was delivered 2 years ago, the fans did not work out of the box. I called and Nordictrack/iFit sent someone out to replace the dead fans. Later in the first year, one of the two fans died and again no problem Nordictrack/iFit sent someone out to replace the dead fan. Now today ~ 2 years old, one of the fans is not working again and incredibly noisy. I called Icon Fitness who I bought the $500+ service plan through iFit and the representative said they do not cover fans because they are not needed to use the machine. I told him about the past fan issues and he said the manufacturer covers fans, but the $500 extended warranty I purchased does not. I explained to him that the fans are built into the machine and are extremely loud so I am having issues hearing my workouts. He said they still would not cover it because there is a headphone **** and I could simply not use the speaker and plug in headphones. What?!?! He also said he personally recommends just putting another fan on the ground because the treadmill fans really are not that good anyway. For someone who has spent $8000+ on new exercise equipment from iFit and $1000+ in service plans in the past couple years, this was just terrible customer service. The fan IS a part of the treadmill and this is the 3rd time it has broken. I hope iFit makes this right and contacts me.

      I-fit has double charged me for months and refuses to refund the over charge, never sent statements to my email or by mail, started charging a second card out of the blue. The agent I was speaking to hung up on me.

      Bought a nordic track FS5i from a ******* retailer. I took it home and the left leg/arm are off alignment and dont fit into the roller. Called Icon who handles warranty claims for Nordic Track and was told the parts are no longer available, I was directed to 3rd party treadmill repair websites instead to purchase my own replacement parts (they arm and leg are like $200 each, and I just paid $1000 for a brand new unit so why should i have to do that?). The unit was defective on arrival and less than a week old since it was purchased. Anyway, beware if you're thinking about buying this. The machine looks great but if anything goes sideways they won't honor the warranty or give you any service at all. There is supposed to be a 1 year warranty on defect and a 30 day refund option. this is a blatant lie

      NordicTrack treadmill keeps breaking down. They sent a replacement part and told me to figure out how to change it myself. Now the console has stopped working and they are not doing anything about it, telling me to do the thing I keep telling them it does not work.Support is non existing.

      It seems to me like I'm not the only one with issues. I will never buy another treadmill from NordicTrack. I had hardly used this treadmill at all and it's under warranty. The treadmill got stuck on incline and it's been 4 months and replaced 6 different parts on the treadmill and they are still replacing parts and the machine is not fixed yet. They have people working there that have no idea what is wrong with it if it breaks, or something happens to it. It's a guessing game and in the process, you are stuck for months with a product you paid a lot of money for that still doesn't work. I have never been through anything like it in my life. I will never buy another product from them.

      Bought the pro-form H-14, computer has continuous flaws loose my work out time. The machine itself was making knocking noise and rubbing sound called costumer service which was overseas and needed me to send audio of machine. Office *** was unable to get it thru to company as I could not and I was told call costumer service again. Had fixed myself cancelled extended warranty got part of my money back figured when it breaks take to scrap yard. Is not built in ***! Will not buy again!!

      I bought my rower because it came with a 1 year Ifit membership. Tried to redeem the card and it states that the card is invalid. I reached out to IFIT and they said the "promotion is over". All the cards that come with equipment are "INVALID" now.The card I received in the box with the rower and the verbiage on the rower and the card do not say anything about being a special promotion or an expiration date. It did not state anything was needed to redeem other than the activation code. I reached out to them and was told I had to send them a photo of my reciept, a photo of the 1 year free card and a photo of my equipment. This should NOT be required, but I sent all but the reciept because I can't find the reciept.. I even took a photo of my cat on my rower box with the "1 free year" written clearly on the box!! I tried looking for a photo of the box after I stuffed it into my SUV! This is an unacceptable unethical business practice to make all cards INVALID, when clearly should be valid and part of the marketing for what comes with the equipment! Then when the customer actually decides to reach out, they have to submit personal photos of the exercise equipment in their home and all the other information. Nowhere on the card or box does it say any of this is required. They did finally put the year on my account, but once again, very poor business practice!!!

      Total scam! I cancelled my membership over two months ago. They charged me the following month- I went back on their site to verify that my membership was cancelled, yes it was! I also removed my payment method THEN I reached out and sent in requests asking for refund a for the first charge (again AFTER cancelling), no response. This morning a whole 90 days later after cancelling my membership. I just received another membership charge. So again I go on their website, again it states my membership was cancelled. I tried putting any another request to get a refund, suddenly the page for refunds was "invalid". Okay- so now I went to send in a formal complaint on their website- it WON'T allow you to do that. Okay- so now I talk to the "Chat Bot", I explain I cancelled my membership and would like a refund. Chat Bot, sends me to a "Live Agent" I explain again, I cancelled membership and is still being charged and I would like a refund. You know what the "Live Agent" told me. "IT DID NOT UNDERSTAND MY REQUEST", so I wrote it three different ways, finally just typing out, I need a refund for unauthorized purchase, it again said "I don't understand your request!" Ifit is a scam company! They are continually using my account monthly to charge me and I cancelled my memberships months ago and INTENTIONALLY set up their website to not allow you to get resolution OR even TALK TO SOMEONE!

      Purchased a treadmill. Commercial ****, back in March of 2023. Arrived non operational. Called service and parts ordered/Tech sent out. It is now September, 2023. Treadmill still does not work. Tech and parts sent out 4 times in 5 months. I was also enlisted to do computer and consol resets via video conference. Nordictrac will not refund my money or replace the treadmill. I have attempted to contact management but the customer service people act as though there is no one above them..I am very frustrated and am in need of some help.
