Buy it assemble it then expect to stand by and receive no customer support. I bought one three years ago and have replaced the screen twice. That means contacting the customer service through a maze of obstacles and waiting more than a month (cant use the machine) for them to give the customer any attention. So it is doing it againthey seriously want me to take time off from work to stand by the machine while I do all the work. This is not the worst customer service I have seen it is the worst that I can even imagine. Buy one of these bikes at your own risk. Out of 32 months of ownership I have been able to use it 27 months.

I bought a NordicTrac S22i Studio Cycle for my girlfriend back in 2020 for Christmas. The bike was a bit late getting here, so iFIT included a one year membership with the bike as well as a gift card for an additional year to be used at the end of the second year. As expected, we got lazy and let things lapse a bit and when I tried to redeem the free year membership, the card was no longer valid. I emailed the customer service team, and *****, ******, ****** and ****** worked to figure out the problem. Although there was not an easy fix, the team worked together and was able to credit me 11 months, in addition to a one month free trial, equaling a one year free membership. I could not have asked for a more responsive and courteous group of individuals to assist me with my issue. Thanks so much for your help, iFIT.

Terrible customer support. They hung up on me three times the last time I called them about my ifit console. It is the third one since I owned my incline trainer. Their update bricked my machine and it hasnt worked consecutively for more than 6 months. They made me pay for installation of my console and when I asked for a refund after my technician stated others did not have to pay they denied me saying I could have installed it myself. Instead of standing by their faulty product, they intentionally frustrate and make their costumers wait for email responses with fixes that dont work. They admitted I had higher than average customer service issues but did nothing to make me whole or stand by their product. I have a bricked machine again and still waiting for customer support to get back to me again. It has been so disruptive to my training I have lost gains I have made toward my half marathon. Bottom line: it has never performed as expected and I would never recommend or buy another one.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Recently did an ifit update and now my treadmill is worthless. The customer service said they no longer support my model. What after 5 years? There is no way to bypass ifit or get past the software update so its absolutely worthless. They will not make it right either. They expect me to purchase a new treadmill when this is completely their fault! I have been trying to talk with management for weeks and no one answers the call or calls back (after spending hours on the phone). Its insane that they expect you to just throw a TREADMILL away after 5 years. So wasteful and such pathetic business practice.

I purchased a Nordictrack commercial **** tredmill 6 years ago. An iFit software update recently caused the console to not function anymore. there is no way to bypass iFit and use the tredmill manually. They said they wont warranty it and even if I bought a new console it wouldnt be supported and would be unable to update. I now have a 300 pound useless paperweight and no help from the company except them trying to sell me another tredmill. Very poor business practices and extremely wasteful.

We bought an s15i 2 years ago. A recent firmware update totally broken our s15i and cant be used. Ifit is currently facing a class action lawsuit for this. They have bricked many pieces of exercise equipment with this firmware. Stay far away from Nordictrack and ifit. I fit/Nordictrack if youre reading this, you need to solve your issues. Its been almost 6 months since Ive been able to use my s15i, yet you still charge me for my subscription. **************** is not your forte and probably should offer fixes and refunds for equipment for free!

Bought a S22i bike in 2021. Stopped working as soon as warranty expired. Per service tech the controller boards routinely fail since an on/off switch was removed from the design of the bike. Over $400 and two technician service calls to fix. Put in multiple online service requests that were not returned. Ordered a heart rate monitor from them that only worked once (and a repair request for that which was never returned). I will never purchase from iFit/nordictrack again.

I purchased a rower and an I-fit extended warranty. 5 months into getting the rower the spool and rope broke so I contacted them since I had purchased a 4 year extended parts & labor warranty. It took several weeks to get the part in and then when I tried to get a technician assigned to fix it, they advised they did not have a tech in my area. I was advised to find someone to fix it, send them a copy of the paid invoice and I would be refunded the cost of the technician. I did as requested on 5/13/23 and it has been almost 3 months since I sent them all the requested information and still no check. I have emailed, called and spoken to several people and have always gotten the runaround. My latest inquiry resulted in them having to get info and then call me back with information, which I was told that the check was issued on 7/21/23 and it would take 30 days for me to receive it. This occurred on 8/11/23. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They do not uphold what they promised and their customer service is awful!!

When picking a membership plan on the website, they don't allow you to select individual plan. You have to call (which you have to chat with someone to get the correct number) then speak to a representative who will give you a code so you can purchase the individual plan. This is very deceitful.

Purchased a nordictrack treadmill a few years ago with a "lifetime" warranty on the motor. When the motor died, I contacted them to have it replaced knowing that a new motor would cost $177.00 to purchase on my own. They said they would be happy to replace the motor but first they need to send out a technician to verify the motor was broken. I would have to pay $159.00 plus a service fee for this "certified" nordictrack technician. So basically I just have to buy the motor myself anyway. Silly company
