      I agree with other users that I would give this zero stars if I could. Membership does not work or connect to devices and then they charged me double for the membership. I'd recommend buying a treadmill from another company and using another membership versus buying from Nordictrack.

      Don't sign up for the "free" subscription. At this point, it is years that I have tried to get it to stop charging my card. It is a nightmare and I have spent hours on the phone with very nice people who have no power to refund me. Good product, but not good system. I regret buying into their system.

      This company has given me the worst customer service. They have given me the runaround to fix my defective treadmill purchased a year and a half ago. For four months, Ive replaced three complete consoles on my treadmill. Each time the same results. This company was aware of the software updates bricking the screens needed to function the unit. I am a 31 year retired employee from ****** and am shocked they sold this item. Its pretty pathetic that I have to take these measures to get the word out on this PROFORM experience.

      I purchased a commercial **** treadmill for $2500. It arrived 6 weeks ago and still not working. Took 9 hours total over 5 days to reach a human. Tech has me download an app for video and looks at the motor for approximately 8 seconds and tells me I need 2 PC boards, theyll send them in about 6 weeks. I told him NM Id like to return it. Sure, for $250 fee w 10% of your purchase price. Finally have 2 PC boards, theyll send a tech in about 4-6 weeks. Ive hired my own tech, not the correct parts. Back to trying to reach a human, sending me another 2 parts. Thats where Im at!!! This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a large purchase. Very upsetting!******************* *************

      I purchased I studio bike Proform. The product was delivered damaged. I bought the item in June and they refused to replace my item. I have got no help from customer service resolving this issue. I am currently waiting til September **** for a possible repair. I have never got to use my brand new product. They refuse to take it back.

      I purchased a NordicTrack Commercial Treadmill. The treadmill stopped working within a year its stuck in a loading loop. I have made calls to customer service they have made no attempt to send anyone out. They keep trying to walk me through using a paper clip to reset which never works.

      I am very dissatisfied and disappointed (and that is putting it mildly) with the extended warranty we purchased through UTS for our S22i. ( NTEX02121 Serial # **************. We purchased it on 6/24/21 and it was delivered on 7/14/2021. We recently started having issues with grinding as we pedaled and were told to order replacement Frame Bearings (order #ICS9707591). Sadly the technician could not undo the blot using the ***************** provided and also his power tool. Therefore he could not install the new bearings. He also noticed that there was rust on the lower legs. We keep all our equipment (Freestider, Incline Trainer and rowing machine) in our climate controlled family room (A/C and heat) and always wipe down our equipment after each use. UTS voided our warranty due to the rust BUT that is not the issue, replacing the bearing is, or the fact that the technician could not do that. We have been a loyal NordicTrack customer since the days of the wooden ski machine and feel very dissatisfied with the way UTS has treated us. We will be pursuing action via the BBB, ******** Consumer Protection and if need be, the Small Claims court.

      I purchased a Studio Cycle S15i in 2020 for over $2000. The last forced update fried the *********** and now the machine is useless. To fix it I need to fork over $654. Unacceptable!Deb ******* ** 0 stars!!

      This company has treated me quite poorly. My treadmill has be broken since December 27th, 2022. I have numerous phone calls and direct messages to no solution. They sent me the wrong part. After sending them 3 videos diagnosing the problem. Then the part I needed was on back order until it was then no longer under warranty. Then they charged me ****** for it plus wanted to charge me another ****** to bring out another service person when the first one was here 5 minutes because I had the wrong part. I have no idea what to do.

      If ZERO stars were possible this would be it. I see several others have had similar issues with this company. In May I ordered a brand new Commercial **** treadmill (NTL11855453). I paid $2,224 for the new treadmill and $199 for white glove delivery, as well as a warranty for 4 years. The treadmill was delivered on July 3, as we were away on vacation from the time of order to delivery. The delivery company iFit used were appalling the two crew members were rude and were really not interested in doing anything I asked. They left the room very dirty. They reversed into my neighbors fence when they left, broke about 100 feet of fence and although I have filed a claim so far I have heard nothing. The treadmill belt does not work and will not ! This is a brand new machine, and the technician never bothered checking to make sure that the belt actually MOVED before he left the job site. I called iFit customer support, was cut off 3 times, and despite the fact they had my contact information, did not bother to return my call. When I eventually managed to speak to someone they asked us to removed the front plate to check out malfunction. Really? My husband and I are both over 75 years and expecting us to get down on the floor to fix their problem is totally unacceptable.Considering what we paid, this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I will not recommend them to anyone and I am going to return the machine. How anyone manages to do business with them beats me. They sell you an agreement and warranty and are dishonest enough to not meet their obligations. I am going to copy this review on YELP and every other site possible, in order to forewarn others contemplating a purchase from them. I advise anyone considering purchasing Norditrack to go elsewhere.
