If a zero star was an option thats what would be given. We have been battling with NordicTrack since 2021. They shipped us a BROKEN treadmill first, then sent out a "replacement" which the walking board broke within the first 32 days. When we called and asked for a full refund, they said NO, we were 2 days outside the 30 window! They sent out a replacement walking board and told us we could fix it ourselves.... We paid for the extended warranty - so luckily they contracted out to a service company - they came out and fixed the walking board. Within one month of the new walking board, it broke AGAIN. They shipped us out a brand-new model (**** when we purchased a ****). Within months of having the **** new unit the controller panel broke. it took over 2 months for this to get fixed. Once fixed the controller panel broke AGAIN. This took another 2+ months to get replaced. When the tech came out there was more wrong than just the controller panel. they had to request more parts to be shipped, so we had to wait again. Now we tried to run on it and it started to burn. They REFUSE to give us our refund at this point and will only continue to "band-aid" the problems that continue to happen. They will ship out all new guts of the unit, but this will take another 2+ months to ship and get installed. We are beyond frustrated and unsatisfied with NordicTrack. They are rude when you call and will do NOTHING to help you when they finally answer your calls. I was on the phone for over 2 hours today and all they did was pass me off from department to department and then the "manager" hung up on me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NORDICTRAK, save your money or spend it with any other fitness company out there!

Bough a $3300 treadmill, Commerial 22i in 2020 and less than a year into using it and keeping it safe and clean, the belt started skipping until it finally would not run at all. Called the Nordictrack, received a part and paid $300 for labor to get the machine fixed. It worked well for about a year and now here we are again with the same issue. The machine lasted from April 2020 to June 2023, with one motherboard replacement in between. This time they told me the parts are now in back order. In the end, we decided to sent the machine to a landfill. After a cost analysis, we rented the machine for three years for about $75 a month, which is more than a gym membership. We also paid three years of the iFIT membership. I do not recommend buying an iFIT machine from this company. Nordictrack does not care. The customer service people in ********* have been amazing and do the best they can. IT is not their fault they have to deal with us angry customers over this. I used the ** many times during COVID and it was an exciting thing to do, unfortunately I can't keep up with buying motherboards once a year + labor.

Got our treadmill in 2020. We've had to change the control panel twice, 2nd time just a month ago and now the issues are starting again. Belt sometimes does not start but everything else is fine or the belt will just stop mid run. We've had treadmill mechanics look at it and they also did routine maintenance. The warranty department for Nordictrack is not helpful and it's all becoming too painful to deal with...we want to get rid of it and buy a simple $300 treadmill. How can something that cost over $2000 be so terrible?!

We bought a NordicTrack Commercial **** at the end of 2020. After about 2 years, we started to run into issues with the motor/belt stopping during a workout. After that, the software/screen stopped working rendering the treadmill useless. After calling NordicTrack, I learned that NordicTrack outsourced its service to a third-party vendor. This means that NordicTrack is not able to schedule appointments (as they have outsourced the work), but they still handle the customer payments for service. To move forward with scheduling the service, NordicTrack requires customers to pay $159 BEFORE they will submit a service ticket to their third-party vendor to SCHEDULE an appointment! This approach (to collect the payment upfront and drop ownership of scheduling and follow up on someone else) feels like they are absolving themselves from responsibility. After paying the $159, I was told that Id hear from someone within 3-5 days to schedule time for a technician to come out. Im closer to 2 weeks now with no word from any third-party vendor to schedule the appointment. After calling NordicTrack again, they said they can escalate my ticket with the third-party but thats the best they can do since they do not do the service themselves. Not sure why I had to pay NordicTrack for service if they were so hands off. I am planning on disputing the charge on my credit card.

My NordicTrack T 6.5 Si Treadmill is completely defective due to a KNOWN software issue even PRIOR to being released, yet they released it anyway. Over Christmas in 2022 they forced a mandatory software update that rendered the screen completely useless. I was on hold with customer service for hours, on multiple occasions. Their customer service first wanted to charge me $159 for a tech to look at it, then over $600 for a new console. They cancelled my service appointment without telling me because of an issue on THEIR end. I rebooked the appointment and the tech advised that it only needed a tablet, not a new console. He confirmed this was a KNOWN issue and my issues were identical to the ones that numerous machines have been experiencing since the software update. I called customer service again and they wanted $300 for the tablet. They would not replace it, despite acknowledging there was a known issue. So what now? .....I have joined the class action lawsuit against the company. Ironic that they are no longer providing service for these units.

iFit is great for about a year and a half after they get the machine working but then they turn into a nightmare. Here to tell you iFit is running a total scam and buyer beware of anything iFit or Nordictrack. They are a money sucking machine and their customer service is awful. I've spent close to $400 over 2 months trying to get them to fix their tablet on my Nordictrack treadmill That was purchased a little over a year and a half ago. No tablet, no machine operation at all. Now they want another $450 for the part they told me they were sending free of charge while they charged me another $140 to send a tech out to install said part. Now they say only way they can help me is sell me the whole console. When it first broke in April I paid $270 for tech to come service and was told part is $155.20 for the tablet that runs the whole machine. Tech came out to tell me it's broken and I need a new tablet and that this is a very common issue that their tablets die very frequently. I wanted him to fix it. He explained how I had to call iFit and now order the part and the tech to come back out. I spent $140 for that call and was told part was being sent for free in **** days. ****************************************************************************************************************************** part. Today was told the only way they can help me is for me to purchase $450 console. I'm done and struggling to get the last tech visit money refunded. Was told he could refund but then was disconnected. I've asked for supervisors several times and just get placed on hold and evidently lied to about someone escalating and getting part sent out for free. They have turned my good for me stress reducing healthy habit into a total source of stress, frustration and regret. Please beware and don't let them take your money.

If I can give them 0 star I would. Bought a treadmill from them a little over than 2 years. One day the screen doesnt turn on. Its very hot at the bottom. They offered a payment plan 36 months because this machine is almost $3000. Im still making payments on the machine but the machine itself stop working and the treadmill is no longer under warranty. The machine would only work if the screen is on there arent any manual option that it can operate without the screen. I would never ever buy from them again. Horrible customer service with no real solution.

I would give negative stars if possible, ************ is running a total scam. I ordered a treadmill Proform **** which started to have issues with belt slipping after a few months of purchase. I had paid $500 for a 5 year extended warranty. When I call the manufacturer they tell me they cant do much about it as machine is not making any noise and in running condition. I told them it jerks at speeds more than 5 mph, enough that I have nearly lost my balance a few times and was about to fall. They most they offered was to send me ***** keys to calibrate my machine even though anything less than one year is covered by manufacturer warranty. Then I was transferred to an external company that covered the machine for extended warranty (none of this was mentioned at Proform website when I purchased). The company told me that i would need to wait for one year from date of purchase before they can do anything to help me and technically any issues less than one year should be covered by the manufacturer. Had I known this is a scam to begin with and Proform would never honor its warranty I would have never spent the money to buy their product.

Id give zero stars if that were an option. I ordered a stationary bike from this company in April, it arrived broken, so I couldnt use it because the screen/console was shattered, so the touch screen doesnt work. Meaning you cant log in therefore rendering this stationary bike useless. I reached out to this company to order a replacement, they sent the wrong part, so a week later I had to reorder a replacement. That was three weeks ago. I was told it would be three to 4 weeks for the correct (second attempt) part to arrive, so I reached out today, three weeks later as there has been zero movement on the ticket, only to be told that the item is still back ordered and it would be 4-6 weeks and the. They changed their tune and said they actually didnt know when the item would arrive. So I requested a refund, well to add insult to injury they charge you to return a machine that arrived broken..: a hefty 250 dollars plus an additional 10% restocking fee so taking over 300 dollars ***** of my money to send back a hunk of junk thatll never work. I deeply regret having ever spent one cent with this company. Their service departments lie to you, give you the run around, kick you out of chats and do very little to remedy their mistakes. Buyer beware. Theyll take your money, send you broken equipment and then give you the runaround when you try to get your machine up and running.
