      The quality of the product is mediocre, but the quality of the customer service is incredibly poor. Workout equipment is an expensive investment, but it can take them months to respond (or they may never respond) to a service request or question. It is not worth purchasing a product from them knowing that this level of customer service awaits you.

      This business has unethical standards. They really push their online membership plan when you buy equipment; in fact, I think its required to activate the machine. The "free" membership requires a credit card to use, even for the first time. I cancelled it right away, but they proceeded to charge my card under some other email address, a full year later. Wasted almost an hour of my life trying to get a refund. Don't give them your card.

      Cancelled the membership and stopped receiving invoices via email. Like anyone would, I assumed the subscription was cancelled. Was looking over my credit card statements one day to see that IFIT was still charging my credit card (FOR 5 MONTHS). I didn't notice, as they conveniently stopped sending me invoices via email. They would not reimburse me as they said I did not cancel. So then why did I stop getting invoices? hmm....This also happened to my Aunty. My advice, if you cancel online, make sure you get a confirmation email so you have proof or they will not refund you. It is common practice of IFIT to keep billing after cancelation. Watch out, they are scammers.

      Just like everyone else leaving reviews here, I wish I had read them before I bought this treadmill. Worked fine for 13 months, then the display screen stopped working. Hours and hours on the phone and in chats (when I have been hung up on, asked repeatedly to provide information they already have, etc) and still no solution. Was told April 10 that a new screen would be shipped to me in 2-3 weeks. One month later and I still have no screen and no one can tell me when I might receive it. The WORST customer service Ive ever encountered.

      I bought my treadmill in January. In March I had an issue with the incline not going back down and started smelling a burning smell. It took one call after another just to get someone to talk to me about the issues. Finally, I was told they would have the part delivered to me in three (3) weeks. Here it is almost two months later and still no part. Just like others, I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing the product. At this point I just want my money back. All the while they were still charging me for an iFit membership when my treadmill has been inoperable. Is there any way to file a class action lawsuit against these people? Any lawyers on here?

      I purchased a commercial treadmill three years ago. It received very little use over the past year. When I went to start it up, the belt kept starting and stopping. I have been going back and forth with the company for two weeks now to schedule an appointment so a technician can diagnose and fix the problem. This is ridiculous, and the last piece of equipment I buy from iFit/NordicTrack.

      What an atrocious company with horrific customer service. Avoid ********************** like the plague! We purchased a brand new treadmill which arrived damaged. Instead of sending a replacement treadmill, they're insisting that we wait months for a technician to come to our address to repair. In all of my years of purchasing products and services, iFIT has the least satisfactory customer service experience you could ever expect when purchasing a product of this price-point. Whatever you do, do NOT waste your valuable earnings or time on iFIT. There are far too many other great companies out there.

      I purchased a Nordic Track treadmill on April 17, 2023 and paid additional charges for in-home delivery and assembly. I received a call from Nordic Track at 8:46AM on April 28, 2023 indicating that the contracted carrier for my treadmill **************** ******** of AIT Worldwide logistics) notified them that I was cancelling the order. I was informed that this would result in a $250 restocking fee. The primary concern here is that I never cancelled delivery of the order.I called Nordic Track customer service and was told that the order was still in place. That agent could not explain the earlier message, so I contacted the caller who had reached out to me about the cancellation and informed her also that I did not cancel the order. She informed me that Nordic Track records do indicate that they received this message from Select Express. I was informed that the issue would be escalated, and I would hear back, likely next week. I asked for the name of the *** and was told it was unknown. Select Express contacted me on May 4, 2023, by text and informed me that delivery will occur in 2 days between 2PM and 6PM. 9 minutes later they texted me again and informed me that delivery would occur in 2 days between 5PM and 9PM. Please keep in mind that this order includes assembly so a 9PM delivery could result in a technician in my home until nearly midnight. So, I called Select Express and was informed that delivery and assembly would occur in 2 days between 5PM and 8PM. The obvious lack of decisiveness, efficiency and communication within this company is very concerning.I will not be using nor recommending their services in the future. Buddy *

      I wish I would have read all these reviews before purchasing. Right out of the box the touchscreen was broken and the touch screen does not work. I've had the machine for over a week and so far there is no quick remediation offered by the company. They tell me it could be a moth or so before I receive the pars, and assuming it comes, who knows if I will have any issues like the ones other people are experiencing with the functionality of the actual machine. They offer no technical support or no compensation for selling a defective product. I hate their customer service. They say I can return the machine but it will cost me $250 fee plus 10% for stocking fee. Thats over $400 for something I did not break!!! I HATE THEM!!!

      I have never had such poor customer service in my life. I have a brand new treadmill that doesnt work. It hasnt ever worked in the two months Ive owned it. After having to troubleshoot over the phone, they told me it needs a new part. Weeks later, I made multiple calls trying to figure out where the part was, only to be told (after 5+ calls) that it was going to take at least 6 weeks MORE. That was 3 weeks ago and I have reached out 4 times via email to the contact there, and they have totally ignored me. At this point, I just want to return this treadmill but no one will even answer me about how to do that. Truly in 40+ years on this planet, the most abysmal customer service I have ever experienced. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Mind blowingly awful. How are they still in business?
