      Same as so many others! So frustrated. Software upgrade resulted in an inoperable console and now am having to spend over $700 to fix (no longer under warranty). Had been working just fine prior to end of 2022.

      Very dishonest and unprofessional company I purchased a treadmill from them that didnt work when it was delivered. They put us on hold and wouldnt answer calls also on line run arounds without any help same with membership that I was lead to believe that the treadmill would t work without it save yourself and dont make the same mistake I made

      BUYERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had read the reviews on this page before purchasing the treadmill. We bought the Nordictrack Commercial ****, in February. We paid extra to have it professionally installed. After only a few weeks, the machine started freezing. It stops then it starts again. The screen is still on and the clock still runs, but the belt doesn't move. It just starts and stops randomly. Can you imagine how dangerous this is? You are running and the belt just stops suddenly? CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I have spent hours chatting with them. Yesterday, I spent the whole day trying to get a solution. First, they wanted to charge me for a technician to come and check it. Then, they told me they would send me a new belt and I would have to install it. When I asked when I would get the belt they told me they didn't know because it's out of stock. Do you know what I find very suspicious? The problem started right after I canceled the 30-day free subscription. I think they can access the machine through the wifi. I tried disconnecting the wifi and the machine will not work. The machine is not even 2 months-old. I want them to take it back and I want a full refund. I don't trust the machine, and I don't trust this company.

      I purchased a NordicTrack 7i to replace my old NordicTrack treadmill that I had for nearly 20 years. The 7i failed out of the box, as many others have referenced it's a faulty incline motor! After numerous emails back and forth, I am still being told that the incline motor is on back-order with no expected delivery date; however, they do let me know that I can purchase an extended warranty. I don't want an extended warranty; I want a working treadmill! I have never been so disappointed in a product. What a waste of money. I now have an amazing paperweight. Unfortunately, we are forced to leave a star rating so this received a one but should be zero. (I also have no clue how this company has an A- rating based on the number of complaints.)

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a treadmill and bike at the same time spending over $5000. IFIT pushed an update and both my machines were inoperable the very same day. The console no longer worked. I called over and over and customer service was no helped. They had no idea what they were talking about or what to do. There were times I was on hold for over 3 hours. I always got the same customer service rep and constantly had to ALWAYS explain the situation even though I had tickets in. They had me send photos, do video calls, pin resets, etc just to tell me sorry, you have to purchase new consoles. The treadmill would be $454 dollars and oh they are on back order and $413 for the bike console and we have that in stock. They were not willing to send me a replacement even though the update is what caused the problem. I am not mad, I am ANGRY. I will not give them anymore money.

      This company is a joke. When you cancel your subscription they will not refund your money. Spent over an hour on the phone with one of their representatives, and got no where. Beware of buying or subscribing anything from IFIT. What a bunch of thieves

      Nordic Track customer support is pathetic. I bought an extended warranty, and now they emailed me that my 1 year free warranty is ending. Do they not see that I bought an extended warranty with them? When I chat with their customer service, they don't know. Is this a real company or a scam?

      /BUYER BEWARE!!! We purchased a treadmill back in 07/2020 with and extended warranty good for 5 years (07/2025) and our fan went out. I called Pro Form and said I needed to call the extended warranty company, so i did after 2.5 weeks of calls and emails never being returned. I finally got hold of them and they said it does not cover the fan because doesn't affect the use of the treadmill which is why we bought the treadmill. We wanted the big fans that came with this compared to the competition and purchased an extended warranty that we were sold on covering all parts and annual maintenance in the warranty. Apparently is covers nothing and is complete garbage, I asked for my money back and said I could have prorated but I demand all $179.99 + taxes returned because that is how it was sold. The person I spoke with knew nothing and all the supervisors have been busy every time we called in a meeting. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY and i want 100% of our money back!!!!

      I ordered a NORDICTRACK EXP 7i TREADMILL from them, and it came to me with some faulty parts. During assembly, we discovered that their screws for the right handrail did not fit into the screwholes no matter how hard we tried. They fit on the left side, so this was obviously a faulty piece of railing. I tried to contact them about the next courses of actions. That was a big mistake. When I tried calling, they bounced me around from department to department until I got to the repairs/warranty. Then they dropped my call. I called back and then they tried to to say that my treadmill's warranty was voided...before I had even assembled the machine. I stuck with it, and they tried to get me to troubleshoot the problem through me SENDING THEM PICTURES AND RESPONDING OVER CHAT. This was an excruciating process that quickly ate up 2 hours of my time. Finally, because I was fed up with the whole experience, I told them that I wanted to return this faulty piece of c*** machine that was wasting way too much of my time. They said that their return policy had a $250 + 10% restocking fee. They are essentially con artists. I wouldn't be surprised if part of their business model included shipping out faulty products, and then relying on that ridiculous return policy and exasperated customers to generate some revenue because making and delivering quality products sure isn't.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. THEY OFFER ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE JUNK!

      IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING I WOULD. I RECEIVED MY TREADMILL 2 WEEKS AGO I DIDNT EVEN USE MY TREADMILL ONCE AND FOUND THAT IT WAS DEFECTIIVE. THE INCLINE ISNT WORKING. IT WAS DIAGNOSED BY A TECH OVER THE ***** THAT I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE INCLINE MOTOR. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE PART. I TRIED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND WAS TOLD THAT IN ORDER TO GET A REPLACEMENT IT WOULD HAVE TO IRREPAIRABLE. AND IF WANTED TO RETURN FOR A REFUND, THATI WOULD BE CHARGED $200 TO HAVE THEM PICK IT UP AND CHARGED 10% RSF. THIS IS ******** WOULD BE NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THIS COMPANY'S POLICY AND REDICULOUS AND REALLY NOT FAIR TO THE CONSUMER.
