A HORRIBLE company. I bought a Proform treadmill for my mom from **** Club in November 2022. It worked fine until February 2023. The roller started going out. I called customer support from the number on the warranty booklet. They arranged for a new part to be sent to me. 30 days later, I check the tracking info. The part has not even shipped. I contact iFit and they say the part was just received in their share house and it will take 3-4 more weeks to process. I cant get a tech scheduled until I receive the part at my home. Its a pretty safe bet for company to offer a 1 year warranty when they engage in delaying tactics like this. Reading other reviews, this company is garbage and is a blemish on American business.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got this proform treadmill instead of another big brand because I love the trainers and the outdoor workouts in differ my settings instead of only having the option for studio workouts. Well, that as a huge mistake. My treadmill has been inoperable 40% of the entire time I have owned it. I have the extended warranty and have had a tech out to my house 5 separate times. Each time, I have to take a half day off work because they give you a 4 hour window to arrive. They have replaced the motor, the walking deck, a wiring harness, multiple belts, etc etc and it STILL does not work. They now want to send ANOTHER tech to my house to rediagnose the problem. Ive spoken to someone and asked for a replacement or a refund. They said they would send me a form to fill out and that has not happens. I am ready to put this $2,000 investment on the curb for big trash day and just get a peloton which is what I should have done in the first place. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Garbage machine. I have the proform **** treadmill so it is the top of their line and it is absolute trash. DO NOT BUY! You will be sorry.

They auto-renew your membership without warning and receipt. Just stealthy charge your credit card. No email notice. Not even a purchase receipt.

I feel strongly a class action is required to ***************** business practices at NordicTrack. I bought the treadmill in November 2021. In December 2022, just a little over 12 months, the console (screen) was dead and I wasn't able to get the treadmill started. We called customer support in early January, provided photos, video and told them the console was dead. But they said it was the motor breakdown. OK, they sent the motor parts and a tech came to repair; only to confirm that it was the console that failed. After 2-3 weeks, again we had to call customer support, they put the console part in order. After another month, it was end of February, no update. The replacement part was still under 'Validating". We called again in March, the ** said the part was in backorder, and ETA would be end of March. Now I have lost 3 months of the treadmill to use. It's now April, no news. I called again and asked the status, the ** just said didn't know, pretty much with same response - back ordered. We couldn't be more frustrated! If the replacement part isn't available, they should find a solution to replace the equipment. I can't just wait forever - 3 months? 6 months? or a year to wait for the part to come? The warranty is called deceptive business practices. Based on all other customers' reviews, ifit/NordicTrack deserves a class action for warranty misrepresentation. I'll wait for 2 more weeks to see if they live up to expectations, the manager said ETA is **** days (for getting the part) + **** days (for shipping over).

We purchased an iFit treadmill in 2021. This past February it stopped working. Our treadmill was still under warranty, so we contacted the company for a fix. They told us we had to contact ***** for our part. ***** told us they did not handle our treadmill and we had to deal with Proform. Circling back to Proform, they checked our information again and sent us a part. We were told we had to wait for the part to arrive and then contact another party to fix the machine. The "other party" is one man, so we had to wait for a time that he was available. When he finally arrived to fix the machine, he told us they sent the wrong part and told us to contact Proform for the correct part. The correct part is on backorder, and they have no idea when it will be in stock again. They will not Overnight any shipments to customers, and even though we were under warranty, we were being told we still had to pay the replacement cost. THAT IS NOT WARRANTY! Meanwhile, I am still paying for a machine that we cannot use. It is has become an expensive deco art piece! On top of all this, our warranty is no longer valid. Hopefully, we won't get charged for the piece once (if ever) it comes off backorder.

This company is absolutely impossible to get ahold of. I purchased an extended warranty for my Nordic Track Treadmill and I have tried for 3 weeks to get in touch with them to get someone to come service it. I have been on hold 4 times for over an hour, contacted them through email and I have yet to hear back from them. Today I called their 24 hour customer service only to get a message they were closed. How is a 24 hour service center closed? I will never buy equipment from Nordic Track again or an IFIT service agreement. This is absurd!!! If you could give less than 1 star I would. BBB needs to look into this.

Terrible software and product support. Treadmill equipment is great but without working software it is a doorstop. This company has a class action lawsuit against them for this issue. Their business rating should be an F-

Impossible to get ahold of and unresponsive after paying for service call. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they reached out a few days later. After spotty emails to coordinate an appointment, the service call was ultimately cancelled the day of. I had to call customer service to find out they cancelled because I disputed the charge and "no longer wanted service". I have spent hours trying to get my equipment fixed and months later I have to start at the beginning of the process. Apparently my extended warranty doesn't cover my fan issue but at this point even paying out of pocket is a challenge. I will never by equipment from any of the ******************* ever again. This equipment is less than 3 years old (not even daily use) and the customer service is terrible.

Treadmill has had issues from day 1. Fan went out then we had to replace the entire screen and top assembly. Over a month ago my treadmill broke so I started a warranty claim. Still no part has been sent out. We needed the drive motor now and they don't have any in stock and no eta on getting more. It also took them 2 weeks to respond to my warranty claim. Its just been bad working with them.
