      I purchased my Pro-Form bike almost two years ago. My bike broke for the first time December 26, 2021. I called to have my bike repaired so many times, that I have lost count. I called daily and spent a minimum of an hour in the phone each time to just be put on hold several times before getting a hold of someone. My bike took 4 months to get fixed. Then in August of 2022, only a few months after having it repaired, it broke again. A repair person has been out three times and the problem is still not fixed. The amount of time and effort I spent to get a product I paid for, including monthly membership, and warranty coverage; has been absolutely absurd. iFit's customer service and products are not worth the money. I will never purchase anything else from them!!!

      Bought a pro form 505cts treadmill on 9/5/22 . Called their customer service to let them know on the issues i was having with my equipment. Once i contacted them and started telling them the problems i was having, they didnt offer me any sort of help and asked me for pictures of garage ( to see the location). I submitted the pictures and yet were still asking for more. Finally sent more and i wasnt offered any sort of help. I had bought the warranty with it, and are clearly not being honorable with it. If anything all they did was just cancel the warranty on my treadmill so now they wont honor anything. I despise this company and with no respect to people privacy at all.

      Incredibly poor customer service. We purchased a Professional **** treadmill in October, and have had nothing but problems since it was delivered. First, we paid an additional $200 for professional delivery. The delivery team damaged numerous treadmill parts upon deliver, and incorrectly installed several parts as well. We connected NordicTrack on the day of deliver to report this, and all they offered was to ship us the damaged parts for us to install - they said they could not refund the delivery fee or come conduct the repairs for us, even though the parts were damaged during delivery. We received and installed 4 of the 5 parts that were damaged, however, we have still not received a replacement for the 5th component, which is the most problematic. Second, about three weeks after getting the treadmill we started noticing a burning plastic smell after about ***** minutes of light use (e.g. fast walking, not even running). We reach out immediately, and upon inspection with the customer service representative noticed that the belt of the treadmill had not been lubricated at all prior to delivery (this is supposed to be done). So we were send lubrication, which we applied ourselves to the belt. This did not resolve the issue. Now, we're trying to get back in touch with customer service to trouble-shoot this issue again, but I honestly would never recommend a NordicTrack Treadmill to anyone after this experience. We clearly got a defective treadmill, and NorticTrack has no interest in helping us resolve the issues that have come up.

      I wish I could give this company zero stars. DO NOT BUY! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased my treadmill last year and now machine is not working and they cannot help me....

      Bought a Pro-Form Elliptical last year and it is still within warranty. I called today for an issue with elliptical making noise while paddling, he asked me to do video call which i did and showed him noise coming while paddling. Late he said his boss wants to take video and email him. Usually it does not allow any mail more than 25MB to email. I told him that I can not send because file is too big, He need to give me link for his company drop box if they are asking for video recording, he said he do not have any drop box to load video. I told him that I need to talk with your Boss but he never transfer call to his Boss. It was very frustrating after spending for an hour he was dodging not to send any repair guy even though elliptical is under warranty. This is the worst experience I have and like to give NEGATIVE STARS. After buying expensive equipment does not owner own warranty. NEVER BUY ANY EQUIPMENT OR WARRANTY WITH THIS COMPANY

      I cannot believe this company hasnt been sued or put out of business. They are scammers and the product is so expensive and breaks easily. They TRAP you with ifit and dont take returns. This company is horrible and take advantage of people. Never buy one for your home, ever. The *** doesnt care at all about its customers. The company and product is terrible.

      Too bad No Stars-ZERO was not an option. Not at all satisfied. The purchase was made in July, they delivered the wrong treadmill in August and when the treadmill was delivered it was damaged. The White ***** Team recommended a swop out because they have never seen damages as extensive. We have tried to return the product because of the non-stop run around we received, but the freight cost and moving of the equipment would be our responsibility, which is expensive. As of today, we finally have been able to receive parts ordered and that was after being told that we would have to identify the damages and go to page 39 of the manual to identify and inform the company of the damages. I can only imagine how far that would have gotten us since we aren't Nordic technicians. My experience has been the worse in my entire life. I thought purchasing a treadmill from NordicTrack directly would be the best route to take for reasonable delivery time and because NordicTrack products are well known and thinking a good reputation. I definitely would not recommend this product because of my experience. It has been 4 months since purchasing the equipment and haven't been able to use it. I am afraid that if they fix it, we may still have problems with it. Don't trust they will do right by me, although it only took three days for them to deduct the purchase from my account. So tired of this! Consumer Beware!

      I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARTS!I purchased a Commercial X22i treadmill and not even a year in, with very minimal use this very expensive piece of equipment would not update the iFit app and therefore could not be used. After several calls and hours waiting for customer support, I was told that I had to master reset the whole system-not cool for a brand new machine. Fast forward a short time and the treadmill began to make a very loud noise that initially lasted a few minutes during a workout and then progressed to a very loud noise that lasted for the duration of a workout and then the noise started as soon as it was turned on, to the point that I am afraid to use the machine for fear that something will explode or it will be damaged beyond repair. I called it in and the customer service agent assumed what the problem was and ordered some random parts to be shipped to my residence (almost 3 months later, the tracking information has not been updated, the item never reached the shipping facility, and never made it to my home) NordicTrack initially would not send a technician to diagnose the problem. When I called again and finally got a tech to come out, he said that the whole console needed to be replaced. 4 weeks later not a word from him or NordicTrack. I am still paying for this machine and I cannot use it and to make matters worse, I received a letter from NordicTrack that my warranty is about to expire. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY NORDICTRACK. YOU WILL BE TAKING A BIG ******. BEWARE

      Bought a Pro-Form Elliptical and the extended warranty and service plan, all costing roughly $1000. The elliptical never worked, not once, and it took 4 weeks to finally contact somebody who told me that regardless of the service plan I purchased, I am the one who must troubleshoot the elliptical.After an hour or so of clumsy troubleshooting, they finally agreed to send a technician out. I am hoping to hear from them soon because I do not want to be out that money with nothing to show for it.Also, when I finally did get a CSR in a chat, she was extremely rude and condescending. Yes, it's plugged in, yes the display screen is on, yes again and again to the same question.

      I bought a Proform Elliptical E& from them October of 2020. When I needed someone to come out and repair it and maintenance it that never happened because no one ever answered the phone or they would send me to someone else. Now my screen doesn't work and I have been contacting someone and you want to know when they responded when my parts warranty expired how convenient and they are still giving me the run around and no one answers. no you have to talk to this person and that person and they just send me back and forth. Now I have a machine that I can't use because they REFUSED to HELP do not buy anything from them I mean anything because you will never get the help needed for the equipment.
