Absolute horror show. Buyer Beware. I purchased a NordicTrack treadmill with ifit. After less than 2 years of barely using it, it stopped turning on. I called the company and they explained that they are having issues with their server and they hope the problem will rectify itself. It doesnt. I call back and they tell me that I need to purchase an entirely new ifit console for $600 plus labor. I had only bought the $1800 treadmill 18 months prior. They refuse to do anything to help claiming that I should have purchased the extended warranty.

IFit has the worst customer support!. They lie and avoid helping their customers. I can only guess it is because they are overworked because of their $!Ty machines that break after a few months. Nordic Track does not stand by their equipment. They refuse to give me a refund. How does a company get away with selling equipment that breaks down? The only way I was finally able to get the bike fixed was to write a bad review. Now I am demanding a refund of my purchase and they said I agreed to return within the first 30 days. Well I also agreed to have a bike that i could use, not one that would break and take over 6 months to be fixed. Nordic Track agreed to sell me a bike that worked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on a Nordic Tack bike!!!!!!! iFit is not worth the $39 a month!

have a treadmill just out of warranty. screen went dead. tried for weeks to get through to someone who could help but always got frustrated and either hung up when i couldn't understand the person or they hung up on me when it became apparent they couldn't figure out what to do. finally spent an hour and half on a call speaking to 3 different people to get the parts ordered that i needed. of course they dont have any of the parts in stock and its up to me to constantly keep in touch to find out if and when they will ever show up. this is a shockingly poorly run company and i wish to god i have done a more thorough review of the company before investing my money and the limited space i have on whats essentially a giant paperweight. do not under any circumstance buy from this company. you may think hey this equipment is cheap enough ill use it without the monitor if it goes out but no, you cant use the physical buttons without the screen working. pure garbage and im really close to throwing it out

I know a scheme when I see one. Can only order parts if you register and get their app and sign up for their BS service--doesn't matter their product broke within its first two months of use. I'd had an older model that was great, but now, beware. They're quality is nonexistent, customer service gives you the run-around, and frankly at this point, I may just destroy the **** thing with outdoor equipment to at least get some joy from it.Screw this company.Screw their products.I wasted over $300. F*@&.

I paid hundred of dollars extra to have my treadmill set up properly, but it wasnt. Also it came with a broken part. They suggested I fix the part myself, refused to send someone out to set it up properly, and almost impossible to get assistance. I went for months with unanswered emails, calls, chats. They refused to refund the set up fee (since it wasnt done properly). I told them I want to return it. I had been trying to get ahold of them since June. Finally someone emailed back in august. And Ive been going back and forth with zero resolution via email for months. Now they tell me Im out of the return period and cant return it. Go with another company. Truly the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Purchased a treadmill which needed maintenance/repairs after 3 months. We paid for the extended warranty and were told the warranty is void if we put the treadmill in the garage! I don't have room to keep it in the house! What a piece of c*** that did not last more than 3 months.

I bought a Promform treadmills the 2020. The equipment just stopped working right after the warranty expired. They charge me extremely expensive fees for repair and service.

Dealing with iFit/Pro Form was the worst experience I have ever had when dealing with a business. I bought a ProForm Hybrid Trainer from ******* and from the day it was delivered it was awful. It took 7 months, multiple days off work, multiple visits from a technician, hours and hours on hold, hours and hours communicating through chat, and every part on the machine replaced (except for the frame) for my machine to finally work. Its still not working perfectly but it is working. I even communicated with the Corporate Escalations team and received nothing but so sorry but. Because I bought my machine, brand new, from *******, they wouldnt replace it. I had to get my bank involved because they refused to refund, and stop charging, for iFit even though the machine didnt work and I couldnt use it. They are the absolute worst company to deal with and their customer service is appalling. I will never buy a ProForm machine again.

I purchase a commercial treadmill on 9/11/22 and they charged me extra for white glove service (delivered and to assemble) I found out ifit contracts out to a third party company (Ryder Ever Better in ******). However, they are not responsible for their mishaps! This company had two delver dates scheduled and were a No call/No show. They want to schedule a third time again. I was told their truck broke down twice. Norditrak (ifit) cant do anything about it other than send me a heart monitor that arrived before my treadmill & so did the invoice! How am I supposed to pay for something I have yet to receive. Ifit refuses to help figure out where & when I will get my product! Dont go with this company if you dont have too! They are aware of the vendors they contract out too! Its 10/3 and the next availability for another NoShow is three weeks out! No phone call from either companies! Just emails!

I've been an iFit member for about two years since I purchased a treadmill with an iFit membership included. Last year I purchased a rower which came with an iFit family membership but I didn't activate the membership card immediately. However, yesterday when I attempted to activate the membership number, I received the message that the "activation code is no longer valid", but that I could continue my membership by paying $39.00 a month, plus any taxes--almost $500 a year! There is no wording on the card stating that it must be activated within a certain timeframe. I have no idea whether iFit has the legal right to do this or not, but, in any case, it is a total lack of good faith on their part to their customers.
