      They didn't due a proper job according to the contract. I want to cancel. We did what they wanted to cancel and they claim no record. Now they charge my credit card for a server that they never came and did.

      I signed up for pest control service for bugs and bees on June 6 with a 2 year service agreement. They sprayed for bugs same date. Shortly after I noticed no improvement in bugs in my house and bees at my porch. They state to let them know continued issues and they will come for spot treatment in between scheduled treatments every quarter. I have been trying to get ahold of them for 7+ weeks. I called 5 different phone numbers for the company. No one answers the phone Ive waited 45+ minutes countless times. Left dozens of messages no call back. I have messaged on ******** multiple times, i have messaged through their website, and i have emailed. I get no responses. I recently reached someone on the phone after 7 weeks of trying and they stated they cannot help me I need a manager since at this point I want to cancel my service with them. They say a manager will return my call. It has been 10 days and the manager is not returning my call. At this point we sprayed for bugs ourself and resolved the problem ourselves I just want to cancel my plan they keep charging me for. Company seems like a scam there is no way to get ahold of anyone. I have call logs available as well as the messages i sent via ********/email.

      A representative came to my home about 3 months ago looking to have us sign a contract for the year. I explained to him that I would pay for them to spray that day but I would not be signing a contract. He told me it wouldnt be a problem and asked for some basic information for the invoice that would be emailed to me and then told me to sign authorizing them to spray that day. There was no confusion or misunderstanding. He knew I did not want to sign a contract. I now have a bill of over $220 which is 4 months worth of treatment and Im being told that I am locked into a contract and if Im not able to prove what was said in the conversation then I would need to pay the $250 cancellation fee to cancel the contract. When speaking to fox on the phone, I was told that speaking to a manager would be pointless and it wouldnt make much of a difference. I was told I would be given a call back from a manager because it was around 430pm and they close at 5pm so she was leaving for the day. Ive yet to get a call back from anyone at fox. This is a horrible way of doing business. I only want to pay for the one treatment they have done and cancel this contract that I never agreed to.

These actions have been performed and the only balance on the account is for the single treatment performed in June.       Fox door to door salesman.
      We have a next door neighborhood social media website that goes crazy as soon as fox door to door comes knocking.
      Our area is typical for this almost every single day is a different type of door to door situation. The majority are all scams.
      Fox though, aggressively and persistently knocks constantly in our area.
      I personally have called the police and as directed by them posted a no trespassing no knocking no soliciting sign. Fox salesman still walked onto my property across the yard not the driveway or sidewalk knocked on the front door and rang the door bell directly under a secondary DO NOT SOLICIT OR TRESSPASS surveillance sign. Then walked directly into my open garage door and came up to me while working. That is too far fox salesman. Trespassing by walking across grass and property and entering an individual home. Luckily for the salesman I had both of my large aggressive dogs inside the home while working. This situation could have been prevented and is also dangerous for all parties. Do not trespass and do not enter homes. Fox is known by all and trust me not wanted on our property. I do not want this situation to occur again for anyone. I am personally uncomfortable at my own home now after this situation. I do not feel safe. The officer recommended that I sell my home and move. That this is more than common occurrence for them. Is that the best answer? Or can this be stopped.
      Fox door to door has obviously crossed multiple lines. I prefer not to call the police while attempting to feel safe at home. I also would rather not have large red signs posted, disconnected door bell, closed garage and locked doors and still not feel safe.I am a 46 yo retired United States marine with over 20 years of service.
      Imagine the experience of an elderly person if I feel this way. In the security video you see your fox salesman walk directly across the street from my home and into my neighbors open garage. If the upload video does not wor.

      I've been a customer of Fox for almost 2 years. In the last 2 months I've had nothing but issues when attempting to reach Fox pest control to request their service. To my knowledge they have a contractual agreement with me in exchange for the monthly premiums I pay them. They advertise same day service if before 2pm and offer a 100% customer guarantee on their website. The issue is, you can't even reach them. I've been trying to get someone out here for 2 weeks. I've emailed, called, and called another branch who refused to help me stating they are short staffed and they will send over a request. On two separate instances I've needed Fox's help and it took days to get through. I'd wait on hold for over and hour to press 9 for a callback to only never get a call back. I'd eventually get a call back two days after to only be told they are over a week out. I've had bees flying around in my gutter on my house now for over 10 days because Fox never answers and when they finally do it's takes them a week to come out. It's become a safety issue for my kids because it's right by the rear door and it's like Fox doesn't care. They have no problem processing that charge every month. I pay for a service that is not being rendered nor being done so in a reasonable amount of time. The customer doesn't want to hear you're short staffed. You run a business and it's unprofessional. I no longer want to deal with any business with Fox I want the to cancel all my services and let me out of any remaining contract as they violated their end of the agreement. I wish there was something they could do to retain me as they also provide my termite treatment but at this time I'll be going elsewhere for service. I can't even request to do that because when I call or email to do it I get nobody.

      I was definitely scammed into signing a paper that I believed was for a one time spraying of my property for bugs and mice. And they were paid for that I was told if I want them to come back in the fall to call. but they are now charging my checking account for services I have not even received. I cancelled with them today but now they want to charge me a 200 dollar cancellation fee. I shut down my debit card and will get a new one but this company is very deceiving when they speak to you!! I will not pay 200 for canceling!! its a total Scam

      We signed a contract with Fox Pest Control Albany on 06/28/23 # ******* and paid first installment $214.92 on 07/10/23. We were told that service was provided within 10 days of signing the contract . On 08/02/2023 I was stung by multiple yellow jacket bees while sitting on my porch. I had a bad allergic reaction to the bee stings. On 08/03/2023 I tried to call the company and was put on hold for 45 minutes. As requested by the phone message by the company we left our information and were promised a call during 2 days.. We did not receive and call backs. On 08/03/2023 I sent and e-mail to the company, then on 08/07/23 I sent another e-mail and did not receive any response to any e-mails. On 08/07/23 I Called again and talked to Kathy from customer service. She could not schedule treatment, Per Kathy I have to wait another 2 days from Fox Albany to call me to schedule the service and only if we find the yellow jacket bee nest . We are customers and cannot provided information about the the location of the nest. That is the reason we call the pest. control. Kathy refused to give her last name and refused to transfer to her manager. She also said that she is very sorry and they are understaffed. Then the company should not sign new contracts if they cannot fulfill existing customer contracts.
      Needless to say that I am very disappointed by lack of service of service. We cannot wait for the company to fulfill their obligation in a timely manner. We request cancellation of the contract and full refund of $214.92 and cancellation of any future installments on my credit card.

We understand his frustration and regret that we were unable to come out sooner. We were able to perform a wasp treatment for the customer on 8/9. Our office later called to follow up with the customer, who stated the issue appears to be resolved. We also scheduled a follow up treatment for a separate pest.       I opened up an account on 7/25/23. I didn’t see or sign any contract. They came on 7/25 to spray for yellow jackets, only in one spot. The yellows jackets were still there and getting into my house where I have kids and mother that is allergic to it. I called on 7/28 they said they’ll come back Monday 7/31 between 9-11 am but never showed up. I was home all day with my mom, kids and dog that would’ve none if they came by. I called again because they never showed up. I had to hire another exterminator to help with the yellow jackets. They actually came and did their job. I called fox again and talked to Alissa to get a refund and she try to say there was an early termination fee of 250.00 that I signed. She emailed me the contract that I never seen before with a signature that wasn’t mine. They forged my signature but I still was being nice and talked to Alissa again to get a refund and to go our separate ways but she refused. They actually forged my signature on there contract.

      Have attempted multiple times by phone and email to reach them and never can get a hold of anyone. I need my account cancelled as I won't even be living in the any any longer. No one ever calls or emails back they are impossible to reach
