I have been with Fox Pest Control since September 2020. I have never had one complaint about their professionalism, knowledge, friendliness or quality of work. We have been bug and pest free since then, with an occasional interloper from someone else's yard! Ha! I especially love that my yard is treated for fleas and ticks and I have not needed this treatment for my dog since 2020!! My technician, *****, is a very courteous and timely employee who takes the time to greet me and my dog as well as explain anything he will be doing on that particular day. He also gives me plenty of time to ask questions. I will never need another pest service except Fox!!Fox Pest Control HQ

I love Fox Pest Control. I just call and they come out. Pricing is very fair to keep away pesky bugs. I use Fox on both of my houses. One had mice and ant issues. Now they are gone.***** is great. She comes out on time, understands the issue, treats the issue, and plans for the follow up. I love knowing I can call anytime I see one of those pests and they will make it go away. I was upset about how they charged me thousands of dollars to install and set up the sentricon stations (termite prevention) and when I called a year later to cancel they said they will be removing them because they are "leased" this was never made clear and is a complete waste of money. They are easy to get online and install on your own. Don't waste your time with this company!Fox Pest Control HQ

The ******* ****************** and ************** were very informative about everything that was done. Awesome customer service! The service was done in a timely manner and very professional. They even knocked down all the spider webs around the house! I like that they called and notified us when to expect them also. ***** is our sales rep and he helped work out a good deal for ** and included a military discount. He scheduled service the day we signed up and the techs were over within a couple hours. Our techs were Jhoquon and *****. They were professional, informative, and worked in a timely manner. They wore shoe covers for inside the house (important with crawling babies) and meticulously got all the floorboards. When treating the outside, they took care of some critters that were already present in our porch. They worked hard and efficiently! We are happy to have them do our quarterly service!Fox Pest Control HQ
