      I hired Fox Pest Control Company, CT for mice control and signed a 1 yr contract. I was categorically informed that the technician will locate and fill all the holes in and out of the house to prevent mice entry in the house. I was informed that the technician would inspect the house, garage and attic to locate and fill all the holes and put mice traps and bate where required. The technician came at 630pm which was half an hour late. He started to look around the house and kept filling the gaps using steel wool mash and put 5 traps in the garage area. He came in the house and start looking for holes and found one hole under the heating board. He said that he is not going to fill that hole as this hole needs to be filled with silicon. I asked him if he has silicon with him to fill it up to which he refused and said that this is not his job. Then he moved to kitchen area and under the sink there was a hole at the pipe entrance. He said that this hole is too big (which is not true) and he can't fill it up as he doesn't have enough steel wool mash with him. I requested him to bring more mash and come back tomorrow and do the job. He said that he can't do that, and I have to re-schedule the appointment. I requested him to provide me with his supervisory number so that I can call him, to which he sudden flared up and started abusing me standing inside my house in front of my family. I politely asked him not to use such language while standing in my house and again asked for his supervisor's number. He started shouting and became more abusive and continuously using the * word in front of my family. My wife was so scared that she locked the door and started to cry. She even closed all the windows of the living room. The technician without telling me took the traps out of the garage and throw them in the truck. I called the customer service today and cancelled the contract. I also informed the receptionist that I am going to launch a review in BBB. I am deeply under shock.

      Yesterday, one of the *** reps visited our condominium community Peninsula at ************* in ***********. He tried to get homeowners to sign up for pest control services by claiming that others had already signed up and that we could split the costs. In fact that by not signing up, I was causing my neighbor to pay more. He gave this spiel to multiple homeowners.He claimed to have permission to come on our private property. Another lie. I wish that I could provide a negative star

      This company has an A rating with the BBB. That doesn't say much for the rating system the BBB has. I've had my service with Fox Pest Control for a Year. The first issue I had with the *** was last year when the service Tech Treated the outside of my home in a pouring down rain that lasted all day. I felt sorry for the guy but also was thinking there is no way the treatment would not wash away. I called and they came back out and treated again. Within a couple weeks the wood boring bees were back. fall was near and the bees would be gone, also the next treatment was coming up. The tech that sold me the plan said they could treat for the wood boring bee without killing the honey bees. A concern for me. this was the first Red Flag and I should have canceled at that time. Thru the fall and winter I didn't see much difference in their service and what I had been doing on my own, as far as the ants, spiders and other bugs. I was paying $60.00 a month think I would see a much better job than what I was doing. that didn't happen. Final straw I got a notice that they did a treatment 05/25/24 I didn't see them do a treatment. I have cameras around my house, I looked at them and no one had done a treatment. The picture of the house was not my house. I replied to the notice twice saying no treatment was done at my house. I got no response. A couple days I got a customer survey. I gave a 1 star and in the remarks said no one treated my house. I got a reply saying it would be forward to my local service rep. and they'd be contacting me. Almost a month later I had enough. I cancelled the service. I was charged $250.00 and paid it. I was also told it was my responsibility to call and reschedule the treatment that they said they did. I replied twice to their emails and once to their survey, when I was told some one would be getting back with me. $720.00 in service payments $250.00 because I had enough. ****** learned. This company is not the way to go. Buy Beware.

      This company sold me a **************** promising that they will come out to the house every 2 weeks. the best part is that the ******************************************** never disclosed their Termination fee of $250. I was never informed about that. I have been trying to cancel this service where they charge monthly of $57 but no luck. They won't even release the name of the rep that I initially spoke to, so that tells you how ethical they are. I will file a complaint with IL **** of *********** right after this!

      This companys door knocker in ********** NH will not stop soliciting at my door. We have multiple No Soliciting signs but he doesnt seem to care. Him and his *********** need to stay off of our property.

      the tech showed up to my house,was there for about 25 mintues in which 10 was talking to me.He didn't complete the work that was promised and lied right to my face.called customer service and requested a supervisor come to my house to deal with the compliant.2 hrs later not even a phone call.run from this company!!!!

      The sales rep who knocked on my door told me they use all organic treatments that won't harm any non-targets. Their website tells a different story about the pesticides and rodenticides they use. The ingredient in their rodenticides is harmful to birds of prey, wildlife and even cats and dogs if those non-target animals come in contact with a poisoned rodent. The rodents don't die right away, either. It takes at least a few days so they are still running around. I worry about neighboring outdoor cats in addition to the beautiful hawks I see flying over our houses. I did not sign up but others on my street did when they were going door-to-door. I'm disgusted and heart-broken.
