      My solar panels were installed in May and I was told it was 14 days for the final inspection and then my solar would be turned on. We are now in the end of August and my solar is still not turned on, to top it off they have taken 2 soon to be a 3rd payment for my solar. So Im paying for solar panels that are sitting on my roof doing nothing. I have had multiple people from this company simply stop taking my calls and texts. You can the main office and you cant get through or never get a call back. I have been told multiple times I would be refunded for the money they have taken and have been told multiple dates for my final inspection that hasnt happened. Finally I called the city myself and got the inspection scheduled (its ok just let me do your job for you while you take my money) nothing but problems with this company since their panels went on my roof. Depending on how the final inspection goes, if my solar is not on in the next month Im pursing legal action to have my contract terminated with this company.

      Very professional, knew about the product and what was used as of sealant, etc.. The job was done in a fast and proficient manner. And they were friendly great group of men. Would use again

      The powerhouse crew did a great job *****. ******* and ****** did a really clean looking install of my system. Very professional and fast. I would recommend these guys to install a solar system anytime. Thank you

      Team ***** was awesome. They cleaned up their mess. They did a great job they stayed till it was done. Very polite informative highly recommend.

      We will not be using this company. The salesman came by two days ago and then came back yesterday with a second person in *****. They said the we would get a tax credit to go towards the panels and that we would have to put that money towards the loan to keep the monthly payment the same. News bulletin, that tax credit is a non-refundable credit per the **** you wont get that money back, it will only reduce any outstanding taxes owed.2. They tried telling us the loan rate was **** and that our payment would be exactly what our last electric bill was. And that with the tax credit we would only pay roughly $24K out of pocket. Then they said they made a mistake and used an incorrect rate of 6.x% and that our new out of pocket would be roughly $39K. Thats a pretty big mistake with a significant change in cost that was blamed on the loan company charging a fee for the lower rate.3. They tried to convince us that this amount was correct, but when you add up the required monthly payments, the out of pocket was over $80K.4. When we asked for time to think about it, it immediately became a high pressure situation and they did everything they could to make us think we were stupid for not making the deal.I would caution everyone to pay close attention to the pitch that is given and make sure to ask a lot of questions. Do NOT let them pressure you into signing anything. They said we could cancel any time after signing, but with all the red flags we refused.
