Team ***** arrived 1/2 hour before scheduled after previous crew was a no-show three days prior.The crew seemed to know what they were doing. The crew boss realized our house wasnt set up as he had been told, and had to make adjustments after calling into superiors.They did get the job done fairly quickly.They did clean the area up and the boss showed that all 12 panels were producing before they left.They did have to make a small adjustment on the stand *** for the panels to square of them all up before they left.

Worst customer (sales) service at the front door. Pushback when I said I was not interested. Continued inquiries and sales pitch when I explained that my husband was already speaking to another company. When I finally said enough, it needs to stop now, as I closed the door, he said, it doesnt cost anything to be nice . I reopened it, said that I had been nice, that he continued to assert himself rather than listen to me, until I needed to stop, and that it cost(him/his company) a lot not to know when someone was not interested. I told him to learn that , that it would help him, and started to close the door. He had yet another retort! Very inappropriate behavior on private property considering that he was neither invited nor asked to continue. Will never work with this company.Radix
